Letter to President Obama

Get the most up to date breaking new stories as they happen across the globe...

To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history.”2010 elections: Repeat of Rwanda tragedy. The August 9,2010 elections needlessly repeats 2003 elections ... Indict Rwanda´s Tyrant Kagame! The mastermind of the Rwanda and Congolese genocides. The african Leader! The Man of Peace ! (Clinton and Blair - Shame on them)The west has democracy because it has institutions that hold people accountable.

Mister President,

Because I am convinced that current American policy toward Rwanda and Democratic Republic of Congo is not succeeding, and that we may soon experiencethe continuing genocide against the Hutus (Bantus) in the African Great Lakes Region particularly in DRC and Rwanda more serious than any we have known since the Rwandan and Congolese genocides. How could we live such a shame and humiliation after 8 millions got mass-slaughtered by the same Kagame and his RPF criminal army? Indeed, I do think President Obama should stop not listening to the victims and survivors of Kagame's mass-murder.
Therefore I and many of all us urge you to seize that opportunity, and to enunciate a new strategy that would secure the interests of the U.S. and protect all of the inhabitants of DRC and Rwanda with respect of Human rights. Those who committed genocide, rape in the DRC such as M23 openly supported by Rwanda and should face justice. That strategy should aim, above all, at the removal of Kagame’s regime from power.

All Rwandans and Congolese people stand ready to offer our full support in this difficult but necessary endeavour.
Make it plainly clear to the Chinese and all other repressors that democracy and human rights are still, and will always be the unwavering principles of the democratic world that can not be bought.
Respectfully,
