Most of war crimes were committed and getting committed under the Kagame's orders as the high commander and president. I am not awaiting for apologies from those westerners supporting him (criminal advises and ammunition)in those assassinations, arbitrary arrests, forced disappearances and mass-slaughters.

You will not tell me or tell Rwandans with apologies that you didn't know those forced disappearances, mass-slaughters, arbitrary arrests, RPF executions and assassinations, imprisonments, RPF slaughter methods, etc. You only do not want to open the door and let us speak out. You remain inside a closed door and millions of Rwandans are crying outside. You hear their knock, you hear their call, you won't go and won't to listen. Their knock is daily repeated.
