BREAKING NEWS: Victoire Ingabire, Rwandan opposition leader released but put under house arrest

[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule with an iron hand, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus)and mass arrests of Hutus by the RPF criminal organization =>AS International]

Find out and Be the First to know: By Realizing that the Would-be President of Rwanda Mrs. Ingabire Victoire has unexpectedly been released, the most brutal dictator and Rwandan tyrant Paul Kagame in recent history is under pressure of the World Community. At the same time, he knows time is coming when he has to pay back for his unspeakable crimes. As a strategy to stay on power, he needs the Francophonie for support using her current Minister of Foreign Affairs that should head this International organization for French-speaking countries.

She's under monitoring by the RPF government and secret services. By doing so, Kagame is seeking to legitimize the illegitimate: unspeakable crimes and permanent fake elections.
One of the main figures of the Rwandan opposition, Victoire Ingabire, was released from prison on Saturday as part of the early release of more than 2,000 prisoners decided the day before by President Paul Kagame of the totalitarian RPF regime.
“I thank the president who allowed this release,” said the opponent as she left Mageragere prison in the Rwandan capital, Kigali.

“I hope this marks the beginning of the opening of the political space in Rwanda,” she added, calling on Kagame to “free other political prisoners.”
The surprise release of 2140 detainees, including Ms. Ingabire and singer Kizito Mihigo, was decided at a cabinet meeting on Friday, during which a presidential pardon was approved.
“The Council of Ministers chaired by President Paul Kagame today approved the early release of 2140 convicts to whom the provisions of the law gave them rights,” said a statement from the Ministry of Justice.
“Among them are Mr. Kizito Mihigo and Ms. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, whose remainder of the sentence was commuted by presidential prerogative following their last leniency applications filed in June this year,” added the text.
Long Sentence
The opposition, ethnic Hutu leader, Ingabire has been in jail since 2010 when she returned from exile in the Netherlands to run for president.
Instead she was arrested and charged with terrorism and treason. She was given a ten year sentence for "genocide ideology" and "divisionism" after she raised questions over the 1994 genocide of mostly Tutsi people which left 800,000 people dead.
Ms. Ingabire was arrested in 2010 shortly after her return to Rwanda when she wanted to run for president against Paul Kagame as a candidate for the United Democratic Forces (UDF-Inkingi), a non-recognized opposition party. the authorities of Kigali.
Again and again
This Hutu economist, who was not in Rwanda during the genocide, had previously spent 17 years in exile in the Netherlands.
She was serving a 15-year prison sentence in 2013 by the Supreme Court for “conspiracy against the authorities by terrorism and war” and “minimization of the 1994 genocide” .
Kigali had accused her of denying the reality of the genocide by demanding that the perpetrators of crimes against Hutu also be tried.
Ingabire called on  President Paul Kagame: "To release other political prisoners." Hundreds more are believed to be behind bars, including Diane Rwigara whose attempt to stand in last year's elections was thwarted over allegations she forged signatures on her nomination papers. She was then charged with inciting insurrection against the state.
Kizito Mihigo, a very popular singer in Rwanda, was arrested in 2015 and sentenced to 10 years in prison for conspiracy to assassinate the president.
Re-elected in August 2017 for a third term of seven years, Paul Kagame is credited with the important development of a country drained after the genocide. But he is also regularly accused of flouting freedom of expression and muzzling all opposition.
Francophonie & African Court on Human and Peoples' Rights
In November, the African Court on Human and Peoples’ Rights (ACHPR) ruled that Ms. Ingabire’s conviction violated her rights to freedom of expression and adequate defense

The Truth can be buried and stomped into the ground where none can see, yet eventually it will, like a seed, break through the surface once again far more potent than ever, and Nothing can stop it. Truth can be suppressed for a "time", yet It cannot be destroyed. ==> Wolverine
