How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:

The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso

Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.

Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.

Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.

The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.

The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).

Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

All men are created equal. Rwandans, too !

Recently, a Rwandan opposition political leader returned home after 16 years outside of the country. She is the first woman to attempt a run at the presidency of Rwanda. Upon landing at the Kigali Airport, Ms. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza headed to the genocide memorial at Gisozi. During an interview with a member of the media, she expressed words that virtually every Rwandan living inside Rwanda is too terrified to utter. She said that the memorial shows the genocide committed against Tutsis in Rwanda but leaves out massacres committed against Hutus. In Rwanda, it is a cardinal sin to mix these two issues.

The issue of genocide against Tutsi’s is well acknowledged and is a reminder of Rwanda’s dark past. What is intriguing is that it is sacrilege to acknowledge that there were crimes against humanity and massacres committed against Hutus. The major issue with these crimes against humanity is that they were committed by the RPF (Rwanda’s current ruling party) as Human Rights Watch and other human rights organizations have pointed out time and time again. The big issue with Ms. Umuhoza’s speech is that she is telling an “inconvenient truth”.

As soon as Umuhoza made these comments, government newspapers such as New Times, government officials, other government sponsored media organizations, and several genocide survivor organizations went on a full blown attack against the politician and called for her prosecution on charges of divisionism and genocide denial. The question here is this: how does saying that Hutu’s were killed deny that Tutsi’s were killed? How does saying that Americans were killed in the recent earthquake in Haiti deny that Haitians were killed?

This genocide denial charge and divisionism are crimes that the Rwandan government added to the tiny country’s laws in order to muzzle opposition and to silence any voices of dissent. It was predictable that Ms. Umuhoza would face such talk and it is conceivable that she may have to answer to these charges in court. This will be Rwanda’s way of blocking her candidacy to the presidency as she poses a real threat to actually win Rwanda’s upcoming elections if they are held in a free and fair manner. Kampala - Rwanda’s hopes of having two dissident army generals currently in self-imposed exile extradited from South Africa to face trial appear to have taken a fatal blow after President Jacob Zuma said his country is obliged to follow international laws on asylum.
South Africa’s President Zuma confirmed to reporters at the end of his two-day state visit to Uganda on Friday that his country had granted asylum to Col. Patrick Karegeya, former director of Rwanda’s external intelligence office, and temporary asylum to Lt. Gen. Kayumba Nyamaswa, an envoy to India.

Professor: Eight million Africans died in wars financed by US, UK

Law Professor Peter Erlinder, Lead Defense Counsel for the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda, says without hesitation that the UK and the US have financed Central African wars in which eight million Africans have died.

As a law professor, and Lead Defense Counsel for the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda, Professor Erlinder is very careful to be sure he has evidence at hand to prove any statement he stands by and he says the evidence for his claim is all here, in his Rwanda Documents Project,

Law Professor Peter Erlinder, Lead Defense Counsel for the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda, says without hesitation that the UK and the US have financed Central African wars in which eight million Africans have died.

He knows he's on the Rwanda Hit List that journalist and human rights investigator Keith Harmon Snow reported last week, but said that he's expendable because the documents are all there.
He also said that if there had been any international reporters at the ICTR in 2009 when the court ruled that there was no conspiracy to commit genocide in Rwanda, in 1994, the received history of the genocide and Rwandan President Paul Kagame's ruling Rwandan Patriotic Front's justification would have crumbled.

As the truth of what has really been happening in Rwanda and Congo since the early 1990s becomes more widely known—and even more undeniable—, as the international criminal warrants begin to pile up on the Rwandan president's desk, as the Western forces for violent regime change begin to sight-in on some of their old road dogs: bloody Anglo-Saxon-sponsored fascists, like Mikheil Saakhasvili, Yoweri Museveni, Pal Joey Kabila and Pontius Pilate Paul Kagame, begin frantically striking out in all directions to wreak as much havoc, to spill as much innocent blood, to ratchet up terror to the max in hopes of escaping the fates they exacted on the victims whose corpses they elevated themselves upon. The distinction between Hutu and Tutsi has always been a pure social construct and political instrument, with its tribal antecedents serving merely to obfuscate reason and color political expediency with the hues of savage ethnic blood feuds.
The victimization unto extermination of Rwandans and Congolese has always been quite cynically ecumenical. The case of Tutsi journalist/activist Déo Mushayidi, his recent arrest in Tanzania and 'transfer' (a euphemism for illegal extradition à la Milosevic) to a Kigali court, brought forth this appeal for justice and decency from Charles Onana, one of the most respected (and rightfully feared by the bad guys) investigative journalists in practice today. With an election looming in a few months, Rwanda’s authoritarian government has made an astounding claim: democracy leads directly to genocide.

The claim is made in an article this week by Jean Paul Kimonyo, an advisor in the office of Rwandan President Paul Kagame. He argues that Rwanda has only had “plural politics” for two brief periods in its history, and both times it “led to mass killings.”

He also makes the sweeping statement that “political parties and independent media” were a big reason for the killings. All parties and all media, in his view, are just as dangerous as the hate-spewing radio stations and politicians that fuelled the 1994 Rwandan genocide.

A Rwandan general, wanted for war crimes as well as the murder of three Spaniards, has spent two weeks living in South Africa despite the existence of international warrants for his arrest. Kayumba Nyamwasa is accused by the Spanish High Court of killing the Catalan missionary Joaquim Vallmajó in 1994, as well as Manuel Madrazo and Luis Valtueña, members of the NGO Médecins du Monde, in 1997.
The general was working as ambassador in India, until returning to Kigali to take part in a diplomatic meeting. At the end of February, he was interviewed by the police in relation to a separate attack that took place on February 19. It was then that he fled to Uganda, and then to South Africa.

POLITICAL IMPASSE: KAGAME ADMINISTRATION DERAILS OPPOSITION CONSTITUTIONAL FOR THE SECOND TIME

The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination with an iron hand, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus), and mass-arrests and mass-murder by the RPF criminal organization.=> ASIF]

We are sorry to inform Rwandans and friends of Rwanda that our Constitutional Congress scheduled in Kigali on 12 March 2010 is for the second time torpedoed by President Kagame administration. We express our deepest apologies to hundreds of delegates who travelled from all over the country for all the inconvenience and the humiliations endured.

This is an unacceptable political impasse imposed by the regime to the Rwandan population. On top of other documented threats and political harassments, the regime is confirming its resolve to seal off the political space. Under visible pressure the municipal administration failed to allow the congress that was supposed to convene on 26th February 2010.

In violation of article 5 of the Organic law n° 19/2007 of 04/05/2007 modifying and complementing organic law n° 16/2003 of 27/06/2003 governing political organizations and politicians the Mayor of Nyarugenge (Kigali) ordered, in a letter dated 05th March 2010 that the meeting will be authorized only if the National police confirm that it will carry out its duty to ensure security of the meeting.

In a chicken or the egg dilemma, the police informed us officially in a letter dated 10th March that it’s not their business to authorise political meetings and therefore can’t discuss security details as long as there is no licence to convene issued by relevant administration. The municipal administration pretends to be under confusing instructions from the Ministry of Local Government, referring to a
non existing law transferring the licensing of political meetings to the national police or other security services. Stated thus, the problem seems trivial.

The government should understand that peaceful political activities and opposition parties are not a threat to national security. There is no state of emergency backing plans to put political and civil rights under the police or security apparatus diktat. Taking into account the obvious lack of goodwill from the government to open the shrinking political space;

[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule with an iron hand, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus)and mass arrests of Hutus by the RPF criminal organization =>ASIF]

My experience with the Great Lakes region of Africa began in 1991. While traveling in southern Uganda I was witness to the shooting of an unarmed man by unknown assailants believed to be rebels of the Rwandan Patriotic Army/Front. Since then I have worked tirelessly to uncover the truth about the war in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) and 'genocide' in Rwanda.
I began researching and reporting on war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Rwanda in 1995; I began reporting on events in Zaire (DRC) in 1996. In 2000 I visited the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda (ICTR) in Arusha, (Tanzania) and began to explore the case of Major Bernard Ntuyahaga, ex-Forces Armée Rwandaise (ex-FAR), a celebrated Hutu 'genocide ringleader, whom I personally met there.

Rwanda's Gitarama Prison, described on Akorra.com, on 03.10.2010, as one of the "Top 5 Most Horrible Prisons on Earth." In 2007, Amnesty International reported that Gitarama Prison held 7,477 detainees, though its capacity was 3,000.

"Genocide ideology" became a crime in Rwanda in 2003, the same year President Paul Kagame officially became Rwanda's president, with that year's ratification of the new Rwandan Constitution, available online in PDF format. The Constitution includes Article 13:

Genocide masterminded by RPF

Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out. After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government,fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.
