Rwanda: Cartographie des crimes

Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.
Let us remember Our People
Let us remember our people, it is our right
You can't stop thinking
Don't you know
Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up
And get their share
SurViVors are gonna rise up
And take what's theirs.
We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors!
Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den
(Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors!
Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights
et up, stand up, don't give up the fight
“I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.”
The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones.
"You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom".

Welcome to Home Truths
The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.
Everybody Hurts
“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

Rwanda-rebranding
Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression
Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE”
Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.
Targeting dissidents abroad
One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives
was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually
incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates
and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques
of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents
overseas.
This should be seen in the context of accusations
that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A
recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan
exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….
Ways To Get Rid of Kagame
How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
- The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
- Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
- Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
- Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
- The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
- The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
- Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

The Other Side of Gender:
Masculinity Issues in Violent Conflict

The study of gender is often assumed to be about women. Increasingly, however, researchers and development practitioners are demonstrating the importance of addressing the other side of gender--men and issues of masculinity--particularly when it comes to violent conflict. The extreme sexual violence used as a weapon of war in the DRC has brought this gendered lens to the forefront. We realize that any proposed solutions to the problem are incomplete without understanding the underlying predicaments and motivations of men and boys, as well as the often complex relationships between men and women in these societies.
Rwandan Defense Forces Flown into Western Congo
Defeated; Kabila Regime Under Siege on Multiple Fronts
[This title is an updated version of the December 22 publication:
"Belgian Paratroopers to Crush Rising Congo Rebellion?"]
6 January 2010
A rising alliance calling themselves "The Resistance Patriots of Dongo" (Patriotes-Réistants de Dongo) has gained currency and recruits after Congolese people learned that the Dongo resistance forces were fighting against Rwandan Tutsi troops in the little frontier town of Dongo.
Sources in Congo's capital Kinshasa report that an emergency "crisis" meeting was convened in Brussels on Friday, Nov. 28, 2009, after a distress call was sent by Congo-Kinshasa President Hypolitte Kanambe, known to the Western world by his alias, Joseph Kabila Kabange. According to intelligence sources, the Belgian military attaché in Kinshasa has been instructed to lay the groundwork for the arrival of a detachment of elite Belgian Armed Forces (BAF) paratroopers as soon as possible, before mid-December.
Sources in Kinshasa report that in mid-November President Joseph Kabila secretly airlifted a battalion of Rwandan Defense Forces (RDF) across Congo to put down the small rebellion. The operation involved multiple flights in November and was supported by the United Nations Observer Mission in Congo (MONUC) and the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM). The RDF forces, moved to Congo from Rwanda exclusively for the operation, were uniformed as Armed Forces of the DRC (FARDC) troops.
Pitched battles involving RDF occurred in past weeks on Nov. 22-24 and Nov. 26-28 in the Dongo region. Along with RDF regulars, MONUC troops from the supposed international "peacekeeping" mission have been fighting alongside Tutsi Rwandan soldiers infiltrated by Rwanda, with the Kabila government's support, into Congo's national army, the FARDC.

Chieftainships and Traditional Authority of the Congo
AN OPEN LETTER TO HIS EXCELLENCY BARAK OBAMA, PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
SUBJECT: Our categorical REFUSAL of your AFRICOM Project in the Congo
COPIES TO:
-The Honourable Ban Ki Moon, Secretary General of the United Nations,
-The governments, Peoples and Nations of the World;
Dear President Obama,
We, traditional Chiefs and the rightful landowners of the Democratic Republic of the Congo, are sending you, through this letter, our stirring message to denounce and condemn at a global level , with all our energy, the machinations and relentless multitude of hardly veiled crimes by the previous American administrations , at least since 1994, in the process of exterminating the population of the Congo.
Harsh anti-gay legislation proposed in both Uganda and Rwanda has turned more Western attention to East Africa than anything since the 1994 Rwanda Genocide, though Westerners drink coffee and tea grown in Rwanda every day, while Rwandans go hungry.
On 12.24.2009, the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, released a detailed account of how Rwandan President Paul Kagame's government, dominated by the Rwandan Patriotic Front Party, continues to harass its members as they attempt to register, as a party, and register voters, prior to Rwanda's August 2010 national election.

[Here's an antidote to some of the toxic bilge coming out of Anglo-Saxony these days on the subject of Rwanda. Even quisling frogs like Gérard Prunier (whose perfect English is perfectly maddening) have joined with their trans-chunnel and trans-Atlantic kith, like Linda Melvern and Wm Schabas, in pissing in the information pool which has so recently been refilled with hard information against their mythic genocide of '800,000 Tutsis and moderate Hutus carried out in 100 days by Extremist Hutus in pastel periwigs and weilding Red Chinese machetes', just so as not to let go of the historical lie that has for so long been their meal ticket.
Thus, from dankest Canadia, comes our strong comrade, Me Chris Black, with yet further proof that, no matter what the military humanists bleat, ça ne s'est pas passé comme ça au Rwanda.
So here, read this--then try and cop a hook at D'Arusha à Arusha, a new French doc by Chris Gargot--and start demanding that your favorite English-language, leftish press (I'm thinking Verso, Soft Skull, MR and Pluto, here) start printing translations of important French works on this history--like those of Pierre Péan, Ambassador JMV Ndagijimana, Col Jacques Hogard, Faustin Ntilikina, Charles Onana--and that's just the few lurch forth in my incipient senility.
But this history is key to understanding the thorough privatization of the world and all dominant state functions--esp the military--from which U.S. President Obama is (impossibly) charged with saving us. Putin did it for Russia--but Russia had 70 years of socialism in its history. That vague part of the socialist history that survived the bloody purges of the late 19th and 20th Centuries, by the Pinkertons and the FBI, has been driven deep into the denial reflex of the collective sub-conscious of a nation terrorized into willful ignorance unto amnesia.
This one's for all those who continue to fight for truth, justice and peace, against the craven forces of terrorized idiocy--and it's for Obama, too. --mc]
The reaction of some readers to the publication of the open letter to Paul Kagame
by the Hutu political prisoners held by the US-controlled Rwanda Tribunal is a tragic manifestation of the deliberate disinformation fed to the world’s public, especially the English-language public, since Kagame and his gangsters destroyed democracy in Rwanda and annihilated millions of people, both Hutu and Tutsi, in his four-year campaign of terror to install a fascist Tutsi minority junta in the country.

The year 2010 is significant for African SurViVors International.
In response to the critical humanitarian crisis in the Democratic Republic of the Congo, ASIF calls on all of other organizations to cooperatively work with us for stopping the bloody war in the Eastern Region of Congo.
As we said before, you can't talk about Christmas without mentioning Jesus. In the same context, you cannot talk about human rights abuses in congo, war crimes in Congo, crimes against Humanity in Congo and genocide without mentioning General Paul Kagame.
Concerning the DRC, an independent inquiry is necessay than ever to determine those who are involved in the conflict and who are committing all kind of inimaginable crimes on the Congolese soil: Multinational mining companies, American and Briths individuals, Rwandan government (RDF),FDLR, RDC,CNDP,FARDC, MONUC, Maï Maï and Pareko and other RPF proxy armies.
Concerning Rwanda, a sustained dialogue among Rwandans is more than necessary to end the regional conflict. The dialogue should be helping conflictual parties and the civil societies to map and name problems and relationships. A dialogue sustained over time can produce such a transforming political process.
Amsterdam - The African SurViVors International Foundation (ASIF) Committee, along with all survivors across the world particularly in Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of The Congo, Angola, Iraq, Rwanda, Somalia, Sri Lanka and Sudan/Darfur, along with the staff at national headquarters in Wilnis in The Netherlands, would like to take this moment to wish you and your family a Blessed Christmas Day and the Happy New Year 2010!
This is the time of year when you can take stock of the blessings you have, and plan for new success in the New Year. One of the blessings we have here at ASIF are our members, partners, and volunteers, because it simply would not happen without all of you. Human rights are the foundation of freedom, justice and peace in the world. When human rights are not respected, tension and even armed conflict often follow. That what we actually live in the Congo, across Rwanda, Somalia and Darfur in Sudan.
The New Year 2010 provides exciting opportunities to all of us, but our success depends on all of us working together toward our goals of Human Rights education, conflict resolution, culture of good governance, and democratic values, Justice and reconciliation. The UN Charter makes this clear by affirming its “faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and nations large and small.”

The UN Charter makes this clear by affirming its “faith in fundamental human rights, in the dignity and worth of the human person, in the equal rights of men and women and nations large and small.”
The World Programme for Human Rights Education points out that “Human rights education encompasses:
(a) Knowledge and skills — learning about human rights and mechanisms for their protection, as well as acquiring skills to apply them in daily life;
(b) Values, attitudes and behaviour — developing values and reinforcing attitudes and behavior, which uphold human rights;
(c) Action — taking action to defend and promote human rights around the world.”
Human rights is not a subject that can be studied at a distance. All people at all levels in Africa should not just learn about the Universal Declaration, about racial injustice, discrimination, war crimes and genocide or about poverty in developing countries without also being challenged to think about what it all means for them personally.
As human rights educator and advocate, African SurVivors International staff members must ask the involved people, students and ourselves, “How does this all relate to the way we live our lives?” The answers to this question will tell us much about how effectively we have taught our students and different community members in different workshops.
Using information and communication technologies (ICTs) to promote human rights education.
Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.”
Plan an Internet event or campaign
Using the Internet to advertise and even to host an event is a growing trend in communication and in outreach.
Thank you for being a friend, member, partner and supporter, and best wishes from our family to yours!
Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays 2010 from African SurViVors International!
We look forward to enjoying great New Year 2010 with all of you!
Be healthy, wealthy and sound!
The Truth can be buried and stomped into the ground where none can see, yet eventually it will, like a seed, break through the surface once again far more potent than ever, and Nothing can stop it. Truth can be suppressed for a "time", yet It cannot be destroyed. ==> Wolverine

Kigali - Last week, the Rwandan newspaper Umuseso published a story with the names of 2 senior people alleged to be behind the Rwandan Democratic Green Party: Patrick Mazimpaka (former Deputy Chairperson of the African Union's African Commission, and former Special political Advisor to President Kagame) and Col. Joesph Karemera (former Rwandan Minster of Health and Minister of Education). This information reportedly came from a "leaked" intelligence report submitted to Rwandan President Paul Kagame.
Last weekend, the Rwandan newspaper Umuvugizipublished more details and names. Below is the original article Umuvugizi and its translation from Kinyarwandan and the 256 News article. WNJ did not translate the document and therefore cannot take responsiblity for any errors contained therein. There is also another article below that originated from Uganda's 256 News Agency carrying the same information.
This is potentialy very bad news for the Greens because RPF party and RDF army officials are on the list. Many of these individuals have had a falling out with the RPF/RDF and some are considered dissidents and have been illegally detained in the past. According to Green Party sources, none of the names listed are members/supporters and they never have been. They fear the state will use this information as a political weapon to stigmatize them through the fallacy of assocation with RPF supporters who consider those listed as dissidents and also members of the general public who do not support the RPF. Green Party members also fear arbitrary detentions, torture, and oppression of their right to peacful assembly, as well as freedom of speech and press as they have experienced in the past during their peaceful assemblies.

Letter to Human rights Watch/Press Department - ASIF,Genocidestopper.
Dear Ms. Drake,
Further to my phone call, we would like to ask you how better we could closely and shoulder to shoulder work together on the Human Rights issues in the African Great Lakes Region particularly in Rwanda and Democratic Republic of the Congo.
If your method of defining human rights is correct then it would not be hard for you to understand that on one hand Rwanda is run by RPF criminals and people have no rights at all. On the Other hand, the DRC is experiencing huge human rights violations due to the protection of criminals from Rwanda. We are about the no mention of the impunity that Paul Kagame enjoys as he uses his proxy armies in Congo with officially the objective of destroying the FDLR described as a criminal and terrorist organization.
At the same time, we will have criminals like General Mutebusi actually in Rwanda and General Nkunda who also injoys protection from General Kagame somewhere in Rwanda and finally General Bosco Ntaganda, the RPF “protégé” who still kills and rapes with total impunity in Congo and who still enjoys protection from KABILA-KAGAME-MONUC before he got replaced BY ANOTHER RPF CRIMINAL. We all know that those CNDP "MILITARY LEADERS" were or still are RPF military members since the Rwanda invasion October 1st, 1990.
Instead of creating confusion in the public, why are you afraid to join our voices and ask for ending support to General Kagame by American and British individuals including the Pentagon and the British administration?
We all know and have proofs that General Kagame is the real big issue. Our campaign urges everyone including Human Rights Watch to 'Finger General Kagame' as their contribution to fighting Congolese and Rwanda rising war crimes rate. How long are we going to deal with false issues whereas the real issues might help the Congolese and Rwandan people to retrieve peace through Justice? Not to address the real issues will always lead to the non-ending violence in that region. General Kagame will always find somebody else to replace those criminals already identified by the world community and Rwandan and Congolese victims as well.
Finally Human Rights Watch and African survivors International, as Human rights organizations, we should focus on Peace and democracy rather than fueling wars in that region. In Rwanda, we should encourage dialogue between all parties in the conflict. Justice should be for all. In the Democratic Republic of the Congo, we should encourage an independent inquiry about crimes committed in the Eastern region of the Congo and bring to justice those criminals.
Congolese people are wondering whether they less value than Central African Republic people. Why? Because the former vice president of Congo got jailed and send to the ICC for allegedly crimes committed in the Central African Republic. The Hutu community and the majority in Rwanda still wonder why RPF criminals are not brought to justice even though the RPF crimes were very well documented.
What can we do in these situations? How do you respond to that?
We look forward to hearing back from you.

UN: Ensure Peacekeepers in Congo Focus on Protecting Civilians
(New York) - UN Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon should ensure that the UN peacekeeping force in Congo focuses on protecting civilians and avoids supporting Congolese army operations that implicate peacekeepers in violations of the laws of war, Human Rights Watch said today. The UN Security Council is expected to adopt a new resolution on the peacekeeping mission's mandate on December 23, 2009.
"The civilian cost of the current military operations in eastern Congo has been catastrophic," said Georgette Gagnon, Africa director at Human Rights Watch. "The secretary-general should ensure that MONUC's new mandate is implemented in a way that ensures peacekeepers do not find themselves aiding those who are committing war crimes."
Human Rights Watch called for MONUC's conditionality policy that sets out conditions for the mission's support to Congolese army units to include the removal of Congolese army commanders with a documented track record of grave human rights abuses.

ASI AND CONGOLESE REMAINING QUESTIONS

[The Rwandan authorities in Kigali are afraid because the new prorogation of the ICTR’s mandate surely causes Kagame to tremble along with all of his thugs that are associated with the RPF, a terrorist and criminal organization. However, I can assure you that Kigali has a heavy responsibility to alleviate the situation in no time.
+Bellow is my friendly advice to Mr. Paul Kagame:

General Kabarebe, RPF Deputy Crimes organizer in Democratic Republic of The Congo

Horrendous human rights violations plagued the small African country of Rwanda in the early 1990s culminating in what is widely known today as the Rwandan Genocide of 1994. Many people died during these events, while a greater number were displaced and dispersed throughout surrounding countries and far abroad on various continents around the globe.
The mass tragedies and critical human rights violations coupled with considerable political tensions in Rwanda during this period received considerable international attention prompting the international community and the United Nations to establish the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR). Its mission as stated by the United Nations website is as follows:“recognizing that serious violations of humanitarian law were committed in Rwanda , and acting under Chapter VII of the United Nations Charter, the Security Council created the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR) by resolution 955 of 8 November 1994. The purpose of this measure is to contribute to the process of national reconciliation in Rwanda and to the maintenance of peace in the region.
The International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda was established for the prosecution of persons responsible for genocide and other serious violations of international humanitarian law committed in the territory of Rwanda between 1 January 1994 and 31 December 1994. It may also deal with the prosecution of Rwandan citizens responsible for genocide and other such violations of international law committed in the territory of neighboring States during the same period.”

Nebahat Albayrak, deputy minister of immigration in the Dutch Balkenende IV government has released a statement yesterday that cynically states that Government Policy against "misuse of free movement for family reunification" is a success.
It is clear from the statement that the Dutch Government considers very quickly that a Dutch citizen is misusing his or her right in order to circumvent the harsh Dutch immigration policies against family reunification. This interpretation of "misuse" runs against a long history of European jurisprudence concerning the stimulation of free movement. From this jurisprudence it is clear that the court very quickly assumes that a relationship with European free movement is established when a European citizen has left his country to reside in another member state. Let me just give a quote of EU ruling in the 1992 Surinder Singh case:
"A national of a Member State might be deterred from leaving his country of origin in order to pursue an activity as an employed or self-employed person as envisaged by the Treaty in the territory of another Member State if, on returning to the Member State of which he is a national in order to pursue an activity there as an employed or self-employed person, the conditions of his entry and residence were not at least equivalent to those which he would enjoy under the Treaty or secondary law in the territory of another Member State."

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries.
My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity.
This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.
Genocide masterminded by RPF
Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out.
After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason
Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
