des Fardc n'appartient qu'aux vaillants soldats congolais. Haro donc aux
récupérateurs de tous poils. La victoire des Fardc ne peut en aucun cas
appartenir à Joseph Kabila, un traître à la nation
congolaise, sa haute
trahison est connue de tous. Un traître demeure un traître, un imposteur
également. Des mammouths joséphistes et des mobutistes joséphisés tentent de
faire de la récupération pour nous embrouiller. Durant les douze ans qu'il
trône abusivement à la tête de la République démocratique du Congo, Joseph
Kabila,en bon usurpateur a passé son temps à démoraliser nos troupes, à
trahir notre armée, à financer et équiper le M23 puisqu'il est l'un des trois
mousquetaires avec Paul Kagamé et Yoweri Museveni qui ont
sacrifié nos soldats au front. A-t-on déjà vu une armée victorieuse aller
s'asseoir après à la table de négociation avec des criminels pour signer des
accords ? L'ancien conseiller culturel de M'zée Laurent-Désiré Kabila, Jean-Kalama
Ilunga du Front Civil de Résistance Populaire, qui est un ancien
militaire, nous donne son expertise, c'est à coeur qu'il a répondu à nos

Probablement! Mais je tiens à éclairer l'opinion sur cette analogie qui,
en fait, fait allusion à Pyrrhus roi d'Epire qui avait vaincu les Romains à la
bataille d'Héraclès en 280 av. J-C. et à celle d'Ausculum en 279 av. J-C. au
prix d'immenses pertes humaines de telle sorte que son royaume ne s’en était
pas remis! De ce point de vue, je suis partiellement d'accord avec vous, si
l'on tient compte de la genèse de l'agression injuste rwando-ougandaise qui
était imposée au peuple congolais et qui avait produit plus de 8 millions de morts
congolais privés, délibérément jusqu'à ce jour, du droit d'accès à la justice
juste alors qu'entre temps, les criminels se promènent librement jouissant de
l'impunité au Kongo-Kinshasa, où, en plus, ils ont reçu, comme prime, des
postes dans les rouages du pouvoir politique et s'évertuent à entretenir
l'amalgame et la confusion! Il s’agit, pour être clair, de ceux qui se font
qualifier de ''tutsi congolais'' infiltrés! Par ailleurs, vous avez raison de
qualifier cette organisation criminelle rwandaise tutsi dite M23 de ''milice
tutsi rwandaise'' plutôt que de rébellion parce qu'effectivement, elle n'est
pas une rébellion congolaise, mais une milice rwandaise tutsi montée de toutes
pièces par le pouvoir rwandais et ougandais avec la complicité de Joseph Kabila
afin de servir de voile pour masquer l'agression par le Rwanda et l'Ouganda
contre le peuple congolais! Aujourd'hui, au lieu de de tourner en rond pour un soi-disant
accord ou déclaration ou n'importe quoi , c'est un acte de reddition de la
milice M23 qu'il convient pour mettre un terme à tout! C'est hallucinant
d'assister aujourd'hui à ce sketch insipide de Kampala où la caricature de
gouvernement représentés par 7 personnes, se fait tourner en bourrique!

miliciens tutsi rwandais ont nargué les Fardc, tué des congolais, pillé les
ressources, violé femmes, hommes et enfants...Il y a-t-il une main noire qui se
cache derrière?

pas commencé, il y a 3 ans! C'est pour cela que je rappelle que, pendant la
2ème république, les Forces armées zaïroises en sigle FAZ étaient fragilisées
au travers des actes irresponsables où les officiers congolais formés dans les
écoles militaires les plus prestigieuses du monde, étaient victimes de
nombreuses purges! Avec M'zée Laurent-Désiré Kabila, les Forces armées
congolaises en sigle FAC étaient infiltrées au plus haut niveau par les
rwandais tutsi qui pilotaient des actions de sabotage, même certains consistant
à opposer et diviser les congolais pour créer la confusion et l'amalgame!
L'infiltré criminel rwandais James Kabarebe qui occupait le poste de chef
d'état-major général ad interim des Forces armées congolaises FAC, était aux
manettes de la déstabilisation : Il avait, par exemple, organiser l'assassinat
d'Etienne Tshisekedi pour faire porter le chapeau à M'zée Laurent-Désiré Kabila
en vue de provoquer une implosion du système! Ce complot cynique avait échoué
parce que ce dernier avait éloigné de Kinshasa le leader de l'UDPS pour Kabeya
Kamwanga! Pour mettre en sécurité Tshisekedi, M'zée avait chargé le général
Faustin Munene, alors vice-ministre de la sécurité, parce qu'il n'avait aucune
confiance en Joseph Kabila, proche de James Kabarebe et qui complotait avec les
rwandais pour nuire à M'zée Laurent Désiré Kabila! On en parlera ! Ce qui est
vrai, aujourd'hui sur débandade du M23, c'est d'abord la détermination des
officiers et soldats des FARDC d'aller au combat et de le gagner en
désobéissant aux instructions laxistes et traîtres du pouvoir de Kinshasa, qui
a fait peur aux agents de la déstabilisation au service du Rwanda qui ont
choisi de passer par la négociation pour entourlouper les congolais! C'est,
effectivement, cette main noire qui mène le jeu! Il s'agit du britannique Tony
Blair, aujourd'hui, membre du conseil à la présidence de la république du
Rwanda et sa dizaine d'agents britanniques qui travaillent avec le gouvernement
du Rwanda pour la déstabilisation de la RDC en vue de sa balkanisation!

ce petit questionnement pour comprendre!
Primo: Qui avait signé les nominations
et la promotion des officiers rwandais tutsi pour les infiltrer dans les FARDC?

Secundo: Qui avait autorisé,
unilatéralement et sans l'accord du parlement, l'incursion sur le territoire
congolais de plus de 3 bataillons de l'armée tutsi du Rwanda en janvier 2009 (un
deal machiavélique entre Kagame et Joseph Kabila seul), ainsi que la sortie
de la banque centrale de la RDC des millions de dollars US que James Kabarebe
était venu récupérer pour financer cette opération, alors que les militaires
congolais n'étaient pas payés? Joseph Kabila!
Tertio : Qui avait autorisé pour que les
miliciens rwandais tutsi du CNDP endossent, du jour au lendemain, les tenues et
emblèmes des FARDC? Et qui avait protégé le criminel rwandais Bosco Ntangada de
la CPI sous prétexte qu'il était une garantie pour la ''paix''? Qui avait placé
ce dernier à la tête de cette organisation criminelle rwandaise tutsi CNDP? Joseph Kabila!
La suite, tout le monde la
connaît: le trio Paul Kagame-Yoweri Kaguta Museveni-Joseph Kabila n'arrivant
pas à contrôler Bosco Ntangada, avaient, cyniquement transformé, le CNDP
en M23! Ce sont eux qui en sont les géniteurs! Ainsi donc pour créer de
l'ombre sur la tragédie congolaise, les projecteurs de l'actualité politique
étaient, puissamment et délibérément, braqués sur cette milice criminelle
rwandaise tutsi dit M23 pour la mettre en avant!
Pris dans son propre piège,
Joseph Kabila tente, désespérément et c'est vrai, de s'accaparer des
lauriers d'une victoire pour laquelle il n'a toujours joué paradoxalement que
le jeu de la haute trahison pour le Rwanda contre le peuple congolais et la
RDC! Tout est clair et les congolais ne sont pas dupes parce que les lauriers
de cette victoire appartiennent aux militaires congolais et au peuple congolais
qui a le droit de savourer cette victoire bien que partielle en attendant la
capture du traître Joseph Kabila et ses affidés pour qu'elle soit complète!

effet, étant donné que notre pays est dépourvu d'un pouvoir d'Etat légitime et
légal et que ce conglomérat d'aventuriers qui tiennent en otage les
institutions du peuple congolais dirigent par défi et considérant, par
ailleurs, que le Kongo-Kinshasa, notre patrie, est, indéfiniment, soumis à l'
agression de ses voisins, principalement le Rwanda, depuis le début de l'année,
le Front Civil de Résistance Populaire avait déclaré, légitimement, la
guerre contre le Rwanda en tant
qu'organisation de résistance du peuple, pour
le peuple et par le peuple congolais déterminé à se prendre en charge et à
défendre becs et ongles l' intérêt national! Il y a un peu plus d'un mois le
Front Civil de Résistance Populaire, par ma voix, a envoyé un message
d'exhortation aux militaires congolais des FARDC ainsi qu'aux policiers
congolais pour leur signifier que, nous les
résistants nous ne sommes pas leurs ennemis, qu'ils ne sont pas militaires ou
policiers au service d'un individu à savoir Joseph Kabila, coupable avéré de
haute trahison contre le peuple congolais et la RDC, mais qu' ils sont
strictement au service du peuple congolais!
A ce titre, ils ont le
devoir sacré de défendre la souveraineté, l' unité nationale, l'intégrité du
territoire....! Nous avons exprimé notre respect pour ses hommes et ses
femmes congolais qui ont choisi le métier de la défense et prêts à sacrifier
leur vie pour défendre la patrie agressée jusqu'à la victoire totale! Mzee
Laurent Désiré Kabila, soldat du peuple, avait dit que cette guerre nous
imposée sera longue et populaire, et qu'elle finira là où elle avait commencé:

découvert 300 tonnes de matériels du M23: les armes d’origine russe, d’autres
armes d’identification chinoise et arabe auraient été également découvertes y
compris deux véhicules de l’armée rwandaise abandonnés par le M23 dans cette
zone. Que dites-vous ?

savez bien que l'Est de la RDC est depuis plusieurs années le terrain de
prédilection de vendeurs d'armes de tout bord, couvert par le Rwanda et
l'Ouganda! Le Rwanda est au cœur de toute la tragédie congolaise! A l'Est de la
RDC, les caches d'armes par le Rwanda sont légion!Joseph Kabila a

This Thursday, November 7,
Governor Julien Paluku led for the second consecutive
year, a mission to Chanzu,
the former stronghold of Makenga. The
delegation from Kinshasa was mostly composed
by diplomats from different countries that came to inquire information about the discovery of arms caches on this famous
hill. Remember that it was on Tuesday,
November 5, 2013 that Makenga
and his allies failed to resist the FARDC firepower.

Arrived to Chanzu , the U.S. diplomats, French, Belgian , Russian, German , Zambia , Egypt , Uganda , Tanzania , Zimbabwe, South Africa ... as well as experts from the United Nations and the European Union , were outraged by hundreds of tons of deadly arsenals and ammunition. Heavy weaponry that could snipe from long range was found abandoned at the place. It was very "impressive" for all diplomats when they found the hidden weapons at Chanzu.

In this region Chanzu - Chengerero , diplomats have seen with their own eyes a Jeep Land Rover brand of the Rwandan army, painted green and yellow color -task to the astonishment of all. In this mission, you could see members of the joint verification mechanism bringing together delegates from 11 Member States of the International Conference on the Great Lakes Region (ICGLR).

Before returning to Kinshasa on Friday, November 8, diplomats quoted above were taken to Kanyaruchinya , 5kms from Goma , where the army has presented 287 members of M23 captured and surrendered including former FDLR , Ugandan , Rwandan especially young Rwandans expelled recently from Tanzania .

Rwanda: Reveal whereabouts of detained Rwandan refugee
Joel Mutabazi, a Rwandan refugee, was abducted from a safehouse on 25 October 2013 where he was under the protection of the Ugandan authorities and illegally returned to Rwanda. He is currently detained in Rwanda at an undisclosed location. Amnesty International calls for the Rwandan authorities to reveal his whereabouts and to ensure that he has access to a lawyer of his choice, to medical care, and is able to communicate with his family.
The Rwandan police issued a statement on 31 October 2013 confirming that Joel Mutabazi was detained in Rwanda. They said he is suspected of terrorism in Rwanda.
The police have declined to provide any information to Amnesty International, including where he is being detained, the legal basis for his detention and whether he has access to a lawyer.
Joel Mutabazi is at particular risk from the Rwandan authorities because of his former role in the Rwandan security forces, including as a bodyguard to President Kagame. He was detained incommunicado by Rwanda’s Department of Military Intelligence at Camp Kami for several months in 2010 and 2011, where he was subjected to torture. Amnesty International has documented numerous allegations of torture and other ill-treatment of individuals detained at Camp Kami.
The Ugandan authorities transferred Joel Mutabazi without going though official extradition proceedings.
Joel Mutabazi fled Rwanda after receiving credible information that his life was under threat. He sought asylum in Uganda in October 2011.
Background:
Joel Mutabazi had previously survived an assassination attempt on 12 July 2012 at his home in Kasangati, Wakiso District, Central Region, Uganda. Joel Mutabazi reported that he heard voices outside his front door and initially assumed that it was his wife, who had gone to a neighbour’s house to watch television. He opened the door and found a man with a pistol. The man fired one shot immediately, which narrowly missed Joel Mutabazi, as he ducked to protect himself. The bullet hit the door instead. The assailant fired again and the second bullet hit the other door. After Joel Mutabazi cried for help, the assailant fled. After this incident, the Ugandan government in conjunction with the UN Refugee Agency (UNHCR) placed Joel Mutabazi under police protection.
It was reported in August 2013 that a previous abduction attempt failed. On this occasion, Joel Mutabazi was allegedly put in a car and was set free when the Office of the Prime Minister intervened by telephone and called on the Inspector General of Police to ensure he was not extradited to Rwanda because of his refugee status.

| Ms. Ingabire Victoire The Would-Be President of Rwanda Now in Kagame's prison

Not to release Ms. Ingabire reflects the obvious inefficiency of the judicial process as a whole. There is no doubt the Rwandan judicial system serves the interests of the repressive RPF ruling government. Postponing Ingabire's judgment is exactly one of the Rwandan dictator's weapons used to break the law, an act which is destructive and does not help to solve the conflict and avoid the opportunity that would lead to the reconciliation among Rwandans and the fact that Paul Kagame wants Ms Ingabire in prison is again and again kagame's way of blackmailing the world community and that has much to do with the US along waited measures to isolate the Kagame regime. More of that to put off the judgment shows up again Kagame's involvement in the Rwandan judicial system aiming not to heal internal wounds of millions of Rwandans.
Ms. Ingabire Victoire Umuhoza is alone in a cell in the
infamous 1930-prison of Kigali, in Rwanda, where her hijackers are General Kagame and his RPF Tutsi-led government. Her sister with her one-year child, many of relatives were slaughtered by RPF fighters not only before during 1994 but also the remaining brothers and sisters were slaughtered in 1997 and during the infamous period of January, February, March and April months during the very well planned assassinations and massacres took place particularly in Ruhengeri and Gisenyi prefectures.Since 1997, Umuhoza has been involved in the struggle of the Rwandan political opposition in exile. Umuhoza has been quoted as saying "My objective is to introduce Rwanda to the rule of law and a constitutional state where international democratic standards are respected, where nationalism will at last be the cornerstone for all public institutions." Her political activities are centred around the idea of a state of justice where individuals choose their associations based on their shared political aspirations rather than their ethnic or regional background. She has also been vocal in calling for more women's empowerment in Rwanda.
In 1997, Umuhoza joined the Republican Rally for Democracy in Rwanda. A year later, she became the president of its Netherlands branch and in 2000, she was nominated president of RDR at the international level.
Ingabire was placed under house arrest in April 2010. She was arrested on 14 October 2010. She appeared in court and was charged alongside four alleged co-conspirators (Colonel Tharcisse Nditurende, Lieutenant Colonel Noel Habiyaremye, Lieutenant Jean Marie Vianney Karuta and Major Vital Uwumuremyi).
Rwandan prosecution accused her of "Forming an armed group with the aim of destabilising the country, complicity to acts of terrorism, conspiracy against the government by use of war and terrorism, inciting the masses to revolt against the government, genocide ideology and provoking divisionism". She denies all the charges which she claims are politically motivated.
Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza is a founding member of many associations and foundations in the union sector:
Association Contact, Dialogue et Actions Caritatives (CODAC) which seeks to give moral, legal advice and material support to the survivors of the Great Lakes region in the Netherlands or in their region; Association URAHO of women refugees from Rwanda in the Netherlands, focusing on getting Rwandese women out of isolation and helping them integrate into Dutch society, to assist non-accompanied children and asylum seekers; Fondation PROJUSTITIA-Rwanda, committed to fighting in favour of fair justice for all victims of the Rwandan tragedy; HARAMBE, platform of African women’s associations in the Netherlands committed to promoting development of African women on the continent. Umuhoza was also member of the executive committee of ZWALU, a platform bringing together foreign women in the Netherlands to promote their emancipation.

What crime did You commit to deserve prison?

Within these walls of Kagame's prison

We feel so helpless, so weak. Most of our relatives were mass-slaughtered
The RPF impunity for millions of crimes still flourishes in our lovely country
If you were here, We would have Freedom and democracy,
What you always dreamed for.
We wonder how life of all Rwandans would have been
if you weren't jailed by the Rwandan criminal still at large
And we ask the world community why you remain behind these bars

We love you for a fact: You happened to be Ndabaga wacu
But we know our life is different as you still in your hijackers'hands
Many of exiled Rwandans and your cocitizens
won't stay abroad, we all need you and our daily tears won't stop
We know You have been betrayed.
The obstacle that we will encounter on the path to freedom is betrayal
We need to survive it and we will.
God, the defender of our cause, is answering us
We cannot control or hide, we still have hope and dreams
You are' a prisoner but not alone, all of us think of you and are with you
With each passing day, we grow stronger
No one in this world can comprehend how hard it is
But We will win !
To have you in Kagame's jail, because of your thoughts
and goowill to set us free.
Still We put all of our faith in the Lord who looks after you
