Let us remember Our People
Let us remember our people, it is our right
You can't stop thinking
Don't you know
Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up
And get their share
SurViVors are gonna rise up
And take what's theirs.
We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors!
Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den
(Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors!
Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights
et up, stand up, don't give up the fight
“I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.”
The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones.
"You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom".

Welcome to Home Truths
The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.
Everybody Hurts
“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

Rwanda-rebranding
Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression
Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE”
Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.
Targeting dissidents abroad
One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives
was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually
incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates
and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques
of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents
overseas.
This should be seen in the context of accusations
that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A
recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan
exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….
Ways To Get Rid of Kagame
How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
- The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
- Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
- Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
- Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
- The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
- The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
- Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

RPF intentions into whitewashing the Tutsi minority crimes committed in the past against the majority of the Rwandan population.
Something is actually happening in Rwanda and Rwandans have no clue about that.
RPF Tutsis' Responsibility in crimes committed from 1990 to 1998 is all dumped on the Hutus. They say : "Hutus did it. They are the ones to blame. We are innocent."
To make it clear: The generally acknowledged founders of Historical revisionism in Rwanda mainly are Antoine Mugesera, Jill and Tito Rutaremara. At the great ICTR trials, RPF backers charged and still charge that Hutus had killed 500,000 Tutsis and Hutu moderates.
Then RPF criminal organizations made public another assertion that the majority of Hutus allegebly killed from 800,000 to one million Tutsis and Hutu moderates. Pattern: Gikongoro Prefecture does no longer exist on the Rwandan map: Reason: To hide the Rwandan Auschwitz: Kibeho with 150,000 Hutus butchered by RPA in 1995. Have a look at the map here above.

Undoubtedly, dealing with such a painful and dark chapter in history of Rwanda as the current Rwandan Nazi era is an immensely difficult task particularly when those criminals run the country. Examples: RPF Tutsi criminals, its backers those who invaded in 1990 and 1994 Rwanda together with RPF have been recently declared as "heroes". Abundantly illustrated, there is an adaptation in transforming the killed Hutus into the Tutsis.
The Gisozi cemetery and other cimeteries across Rwanda are believed to be of the killed Tutsis. Question as an example: How many people, all ethnic members included, lived in Kigali before 1994?
Different places believed to be Rwandan Auschwitz have changed their names and others were simply deleted from the Rwandan map. Books are burnt and librairies and Universities libraries are emptied from history books.
Rwandans still ask for Paul Kagame's and RPF organization's accountability about the role they played from 1990 and their accomplices are quite questionable since the Tutsi RPF invasion that led up to the 1994 tragic events as a bridge to seize power and pursue the ongoing genocide against Hutus.
The revisionists strive to establish what happened; they are positive, while the exterminationists doggedly continue to tell us about things which didn't happen: their work is negative and cannot be acceptable. All Rwandans, Hutus, tutsis and Twas must sit together around the table and discuss this painful matter. RPF has no mandate to do that.
Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority (85% Hutus) of the Rwandan people by the RPF criminal organization.

Kigali — Last week, the National Curriculum Development Centre (NCDC) announced it would soon release revised editions of Rwanda's history books which will be used in schools. NCDC says history books, currently used in schools are not factual and distorts the history of this nation. This is true. The importance of history should never be underestimated.
Almost every subject and field of study is linked to history. It has been said that he who controls the past dominates the future. Our view of history shapes the way we view the present, and therefore it dictates what answers we offer for existing problems. Sadly, Rwanda's history has been written in the books of lies.
For long many generations of our people were indoctrinated with falsified historical literature. Take the example of the so-called 1959 revolution of MDR-PARMEHUTU party, which sadly has been part of the history that our students are taught. How can such a criminal and distractive act qualify to go in the books of history of this nation as a revolution?
A revolution does not deny its own people the right to their homeland and revolutionaries do not point their guns to their own people. Some of the disbanded national symbols like national anthem, national flag and national emblem were indeed a representation of this distorted history.
The history that the majority of a certain age-bracket in the country consumed sowed seeds of hatred that eventually culminated into the 1994 Genocide against the Tutsi. Therefore, it is critical that we correct this past distortion, not only for the record but for the common good of all Rwandans. Those who do not learn from history are destined to repeat it and it is worse when the existing history is a pile of lies.
The Truth can be buried and stomped into the ground where none can see, yet eventually it will, like a seed, break through the surface once again far more potent than ever, and Nothing can stop it. Truth can be suppressed for a "time", yet It cannot be destroyed. ==> Wolverine

Tony Blair controls Rwanda and the bloody puppet and mass-killer Paul Kagame has no choice than do as told. You know why?
8,5 millions assassinated ! The toll is certainly higher and worse than what happened in the end of the 20th century in other countries. Isn't it? If it goes unreported, it is because stakeholders have managed to suppress the story and to protect the perpetrators from accountability.
7,5 millions is like the whole Irish, Gabon, Malawi or Palestinian population wiped out. Could the holocaust have happened without anybody knowing about it? Most likely. The ongoing silent genocide in Rwanda and Congo has proved it.

Kigali - Tony Blair, personal advisor of the Kagame terrorist regime.
Harsh laws banning "genocide ideology", harassment of independent journalists and military intervention in the Democratic Republic of Congo make Rwanda's accession "ill-advised", says a report released this week by the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI), an NGO.
The organisation said Rwandan troops had been guilty of abuses during three incursions into Congo and that the gacaca (community justice) courts established to try genocide suspects violated international norms.
Serious ills during the past fifteen years of Kagame’s autocratic and iron-fist rule and progress made in other areas. The old tired tune of “what we went through” has lost its persuasive power: Rwanda has experienced SEVERAL genocides and the risk of others—God forbids—is only being reinforced by those bent on revenge and self-victimization.
Can we take Kagame's tactics at face value? Did not Western leaders have similar relationships with Mobutu of Zaire when he first assumed power?
Have a look: 3,500,000 Rwandan plus 5,000,000 Congolese people are priceless. We are not about 8,5 millions of bucks, we are about millions of Human beings assasssinated by the regime supported by Tony Blair and whose advices led to mass-slaughters.
The evening before Human Rights Watch expert on Rwanda Alison Des Forges’ critical quote on the secret deal worked out between Rwanda’s murderous U.S.-backed President Paul Kagame and Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) President Joseph Kabila appeared in a Washington Post article written by Stephanie McCrummen from Kigali, the Rwandan capital, Des Forges died in a the fiery crash of Continental Flight 3407, en route from Newark to Buffalo, Des Forges’ home town. Des Forges, an expert on the ethnic violence that has swept Rwanda, Burundi and the eastern DRC, was returning from a trip to Europe on Human Rights Watch business.
Also on Flight 3407 was Beverly Eckert, a 9/11 widow whose husband, Sean Rooney, died on 9/11 while in his Aon Risk Services office in the South Tower of the World Trade Center. On Dec. 19, 2003, Eckert wrote an op ed in USA Today titled “My Silence Cannot be Bought.” She rejected a pay-out offer from the 9/11 victims’ compensation fund and opted for a lawsuit to seek out answers to her many questions about 9/11.

Much will be written, undoubtedly, about Beverly Eckert and her suspicions about 9/11. But it was Des Forges who had an enemy in the Kagame regime, which has, in the past, used assassinations in Rwanda and abroad as a tool to silence its critics. One such operation was planned against this editor in Tanzania
On Dec. 3, 2008, WMR reported: “The Rwandan government, through its political and intelligence network in Washington, applied pressure on the International Criminal Tribunal fo r Rwanda in Arusha, Tanzania, to reject this editor’s testimony on two different occasions about the 1994 plane shoot down [of the presidents of Rwanda and Burundi].
On a third occasion, I received word that Kagame’s intelligence team in Arusha would ensure I would “never make it” to my U.N.-arranged guest house on the way from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
Heeding the warning about Kagame’s intentions that were passed on to me by a friendly African intelligence service, I quickly cancelled my trip to Arusha. Members of Rwanda’s regime have been indicted by judges in France and Spain for murder.
In return for allowing Rwandan troops into the DRC, Rwanda “arrested” its Tutsi proxy rebel general, Gen. LaurentNkunda, after he fled the eastern DRC into Rwanda. Nkunda was the head of the Rwandan-sponsored National Congress for the Defense of the People (CNDP), which replaced the former Rally for Congolese Democracy (RCD). The RCD was involved in the 1998 second invasion of the DRC by Rwanda, an invasion supported by the Clinton administration. Rwandan troops first invaded the DRC in 1996 to overthrow the then-Zairian dictator Mobutu Sese Seko.
WMR’s sources in Africa report that Nkunda is not under real arrest in Rwanda because he is not in jail. In addition, Rwanda is ignoring repeated extradition requests from the DRC for Nkunda to be returned, but it appears that these requests are merely “window dressing” attempts by Kabila’s government to show that it is interested in putting the rebel general on trial.
Nkunda, a self-declared Christian preacher, is linked to a shadowy U.S.-based Pentecostal group called the “Rebels for Christ.” Nkunda is also an open admirer of George W. Bush.
Kabila, according to WMR’s African sources, is suspected of being an ethnic Burundian Tutsi who was adopted by his father and predecessor as president, Laurent D. Kabila, who was assassinated in 2001, in a plot said to have been engineered by Rwanda with the help of Angolan elements.
Des Forges questioned the Rwandan-DRC pact in her interview with the Post. She said, “Is the FDLR now suddenly on the verge of becoming more militarily powerful? I don’t think we’ve seen that … And if they haven’t, then what you have is Rwanda trotting out an old warhorse of an excuse to go in again. The question is, what is the intent?”
Des Forges obviously knew the answer. With U.S. military forces of the U.S. Africa Command (AFRICOM) now backing a joint Ugandan-DRC offensive in the northeastern DRC to wipe out the Lord’s Resistance Army (LRA), with hundreds of civilian casualties in the DRC and Uganda, and a secret pact worked out between Kabila and Kagame to permit Rwandan troops to occupy the eastern DRC, the target of both operations is securing the vast territory that is rich in commodities that the United States, Britain and Israel – all allies of Uganda and Rwanda – want badly.
Those commodities are gold, diamonds, columbite-tantalite (coltan), platinum and natural gas.
And Des Forges’ criticism of the pact between Kagame and Kabila earned her some powerful enemies ranging from the murderous Kagame, who will not think twice about sending his agents to silence critics abroad, and international interests who want to see nothing prevent them from looting the DRC’s vast mineral and energy resources.
Eckert’s criticism of the 9/11 Commission report and her honest skepticism about the events of that day in 2001 also earned her some powerful enemies. The sudden crash of Continental Flight 3407 eliminated two spirited enemies of those who hide in the shadows of government and business around the world.

Des Forges was quoted in the Post criticizing a deal worked out and signed in Goma, DRC, on Dec. 5, 2008, between Kagame and Kabila that permits Rwandan troops to legally enter the DRC to ostensibly clean out elements of the Rwandan Hutu militia – the Democratic Liberation Forces of Rwanda (FDLR) – operating in the country. However, the FDLR is seen by both Rwanda and the DRC as a spent force that is an internal DRC problem and not a threat to Rwanda.
In return for allowing Rwandan troops into the DRC, Rwanda “arrested” its Tutsi proxy rebel general, Gen. Laurent
I don’

What a shame !

The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority (85% Hutus) of the Rwandan people by the RPF criminal organization.

[CM/P continues to support President Obama despite all the seeming insults to the intelligence of his constituency--and to History, itself.
The appointments of Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Richard Holbrooke--to name just three--are hard unto impossible to explain except as reflexes of a deeply decadant and savagely anti-democratic system for the administration of such a large and powerful nation.

The appointments of Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Richard Holbrooke--to name just three--are hard unto impossible to explain except as reflexes of a deeply decadant and savagely anti-democratic system for the administration of such a large and powerful nation.
Biden, like so many other good working-class American Catholics, was a rabid supporter of the illegal secession from the Yugoslav Socialist Federation in 1991 of the revived Fascist Croatian Free State (and the cannonization of the Ustashi's own Arch-Bishop Stepinac);
Clinton, like so many other sentimental feminists (Eve Ensler and Ben Affleck also come to mind), did yeo(wo)man's work in arranging important financial incentives for making rape (of women and children, one supposes, though this crime has recently claimed victims among fighting-age males in Congo), which has always been a crime in every nation on the planet, into a war crime, a crime against Humanity and even an act of genocide (Ms Clinton got a $600K reward together that brought such an indictment from the ICTR against the Former Rwandan Women's Development and Family Welfare Minister, Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, see p://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/419850.stm);
and Holbrooke, like all noble knights errant of the financial round table, almost single handedly from his broker's chair at Credit Suiss First Boston, broke into the privileged trade relations of the former Yugoslav Republics of Croatia and BiH, to insinuate therein the wasteful ministrations of Western investment banks, collected significant courtier's fees and service charges, and so raised the cost of living in these nominally socialist-administered political-economies that many chose suicide to paying outlandishly high energy prices for the same Russian feul they'd gotten pre-Dick at a third the price from YugoGaz when Slobodan Milosevic was heading that agency, just to help the Holbrookes with the rent on their Eastside Manhattan coop.
Maybe these appointments can be written off as corrupt Clinton-era legacies--or just further murky reflections in an ever-more degenerating and putrescent US social service employees pool. But President Obama's recent appointment of Stephen Rapp as his Ambassador for War Crimes, replacing Pierre Prosper--coming as it does at this critical moment in the writing of recent military history in Africa and elsewhere, and having as much or as little as it does of Obama's own political volition behind it--can only exacerbate an already morbidly ill US foreign policy, especially where the vast, rich and strategically essential African continent is concerned.
We won't blame Obama for this selection, yet another set back for Historical Truth and Justice; but we will come in as hot as we can to bring out the evidence of its folly. For after all, as Prof Erlinder, a great and good fighter in our cause, mentioned in a personal email: --I "like" Obama too, and would much rather shoot hoops with him, than cut brush with Bush ... but, we now have the smartest, most likeable and most competent captain that the Titanic has ever had. ....
But he does not own the ship, does not determine the ports of call, has already demonstrated that "first class" gets the lifeboats and, even though he hears us yelling down in steerage--and was once down here himself-- ..... we are not a priority for the "Cunard Line" mukimuks that pay his salary.
More importantly, no matter how hard he pulls on the wheel .... when allowed to ..... the course of the ship was set long ago, and .... the iceberg is still looming in the darkness.-- Wow, whadda buzz-kill, huh. Man, let's all just pull up a deck chair, kick back, ice up those cocktails (there's a whole lot a fresh ice right off the port bow), and see what the band'll play next. Former Chief UN Rwanda Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte: “Obama War Crimes Ambassador Complicit in War Crimes Cover-up.” Does Obama Know? ….or Care? by Prof. Peter Erlinder In mid-July, the NY Times reported that the Obama administration had selected Stephen Rapp to replace Pierre Prosper, the Bush administration’s Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes.
A former Iowa U.S. Attorney, and Democrat politico, Rapp began his international career at the UN Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in 2001, while Carla Del Ponte was Chief Prosecutor. In Del Ponte’s 2008 memoir, Madam Prosecutor: Confronting Humanity’s Worst Criminals and the Culture of Impunity, translated into English in early 2009, Del Ponte explains how she was removed from her ICTR position in 2003 by U.S. Ambassador Prosper, himself, because she refused to cooperate with a U.S.-initiated “cover-up” of war crimes committed by the current Rwandan government during the 1994 “Rwandan Genocide.”
According to Del Ponte, the ICTR Prosecutor had the evidence long before 2003 to prosecute Kagame for “touching-off” the Rwanda Genocide by ordering the assassination of Rwanda’s sitting President Juvenal Habyarimana. Her book also details dozens of massacre sites involving thousands of victims for which the Kagame government and military should be prosecuted.
The well-publicized canard, that “the identity of the assassins is unknown” is a bald-faced lie, known to all ICTR senior prosecutors, according to Ms. Del Ponte. Two years after Del Ponte was removed from office, Rapp became “Chief” of ICTR Prosecutions with access to all of the evidence known to Ms. Del Ponte, and more.
During his four years at the ICTR, Rapp also was in a position to prosecute Kagame and members of the current government of Rwanda, but, to this date, not ONE member of Kagame’s military has been prosecuted at the ICTR … and the “cover-up” continues to this day. Unlike, Ms. Del Ponte, Mr. Rapp was rewarded with an appointment as Chief Prosecutor at the U.S.-funded Sierra Leone Tribunal and, now, with a coveted ambassadorship.
Former Chief ICTR Prosecutor Del Ponte Details ICTR “Cover-up” According to Del Ponte, in May 2003 she was called to Washington D.C. by Prosper (ironically, also a former ICTR prosecutor with knowledge of Kagame’s crimes) who informed her that the U.S. would remove her from her UN post if she carried through with her publicly announced plans to indict Kagame and members of his government and military.
According to Del Ponte, when she refused to knuckle-under because “she worked for the UN, not for the U.S,” Prosper told her her ICTR career was over. True to his threat, by October, Del Ponte was replaced by a US-approved ICTR prosecutor, Hassan Abubacar Jallow. Stephen Rapp was elevated to Chief of Prosecution by Jallow two years later.
ICTR Trials: More Evidence of Rwanda Crimes Cover-Up Del Ponte’s revelations are not the only evidence that a U.S. initiated “ICTR cover-up” is creating impunity for crimes committed by Kagame and his military. Memos from September 10, 1994, in evidence in the ICTR Military-1 Trial, confirm that U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher was informed that Kagame’s troops were killing “10,000 civilians a month” in military-style, according to an investigation funded by USAID.
And, in early 1997, Chief ICTR Investigative Prosecutor and former Australian Crown Prosecutor Michael Hourigan; former FBI Agent James Lyons; and former UN-Chief of Military Intelligence in Rwanda, Amadou Deme: all reported to Ms. Del Ponte’s predecessor, Louise Arbour, that Kagame should be prosecuted for assassinating the previous president.
Arbour scuttled the investigation, suppressed the report and disbanded the investigative team. Shortly thereafter, Arbour was elevated to Canada’s Supreme Court and has recently been chosen to head the International Crisis Group, after an illustrious UN career. Former ICTR Prosecutor Rapp Complicit in Cover-up.

Former ICTR Prosecutor Rapp Complicit in Cover-up.
But, even though Arbour suppressed the “Hourigan Report” it must have been known to Ms. Del Ponte, Mr. Rapp and other ICTR prosecutors, because ICTR judges had ordered the ICTR Prosecutor to release the “Hourigan report” which had already been released to a defense team as early as 2000, a year before Rapp began his ICTR work, and two years before Del Ponte was fired by Prosper.
Like Del Ponte, when Rapp became the ICTR Chief of Prosecutions under Jallow in 2005, he had access to all of the information necessary to prosecute Kagame and main figures in his military and government.
But to date, not one indictment has been issued against Kagame by the ICTR Prosecutor. Kagame & Co. Already Indicted in France and Spain Athough the U.S. has been successful in preventing Kagame’s crew from being indicted at the ICTR, other courts have indicted Kagame and members of his retinue.

In late 2007, French Judge Jean-Louis Bruguière indicted the assassins of Habyarimana and recommended that Kagame be prosecuted by the ICTR. And, in February 2008, Spanish Judge Fernando Merelles issued a 180-page indictment specifically charging Kagame with Genocide, War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity, including the massacres of more than 300,000 civilians.
And Mr. Rapp’s former boss, Mr. Jallow, publicly admitted before the UN Security Council in spring 2008 that Kagame’s military is responsible for the assassination of Rwanda’s Catholic leadership in 1994. But still no ICTR prosecutions.
The Consequences of the ICTR Cover-up of Kagame’s Crimes The tragic consequence of the failure to prosecute Kagame at the ICTR, from 1994 to-date, is that Kagame was free to invade Congo in 1996 and 1998, and is currently occupying a part of eastern Congo 14-times larger than Rwanda.
No less than four UN Security Counsel-commissioned Panel of Experts Report(s) on the Illegal Exploitation of the DR Congo (2001, 2002, 2003 and December 2008) have detailed the massive rape of the Congo’s resources that has brought vast riches to Kagame and his inner circle. Since the first invasion in 1996, Kagame’s Congo invasions have been responsible for more than 5-million deaths, more every few months than the total alleged to have died in Darfur, crimes for which Sudanese President Bashir, a figure disfavored by the U.S., has been indicted by the ICC.
While Rapp was ICTR Senior Trial Attorney and Chief of Prosecutions, Kagame was effectively elected President-for-Life with 95% of the vote, after banning opposition parties and jailing opponents, in “a climate of intimidation” according to EU observers.
According to the Economist report on the 10th Anniversary of the “genocide” in 2004: “[Kagame] tolerates no serious domestic opposition, nor much in the way of free speech. Rwanda today is a thinly-disguised autocracy, where dissidents are usually accused of genocidal tendencies, live in fear, or exile, or both. The regime is a threat to its neighbors.
ICTR Chief of Prosecutions Rapp Personally Withheld Exculpatory Evidence from Defense Counsel and ICTR Judges As if this wasn’t enough, in February 2009, the ICTR issued its Judgement in the Military-1 case, the main case at the ICTR, in which Mr. Rapp personally appeared for the Prosecution.
Although massive violence did occur in Rwanda, the court certainly recognized that blaming only one side WAS a falsehood, when it acquitted all of the “architects of the killing machine” (as Mr. Rapp called the defendants in court) of conspiracy or planning to kill civilians. The highest ranking military-officer was acquitted of all charges.
And, although it is now clear from Ms. Del Ponte’s memoirs that Mr. Rapp had the evidence that would clear the defendants of the assassination charges and that both sides had committed crimes, for which the losing side has been blamed entirely.
Simply put, Mr. Rapp and other ICTR prosecutors have: withheld evidence at the ICTR that would be beneficial to the defense; prosecuted defendants for crimes they knew were committed by Kagame and the RPF; and created a system of “judicial impunity” that has permitted Kagame to kill millions in the eastern Congo.
All of which raises the uncomfortable question regarding President Obama’s nomination of Mr. Rapp: Are his advisors ignorant of the public record regarding Rapp’s complicity in an ICTR Cover-up? … or does Obama just not give a damn?

SurViVors Human Rights Advocates would like to acknowledge and express their concerns to the UNHCR High Commissioner and his staff members for their tireless efforts to forcibly rapatriate Rwandan Hutu refugees in violation to the Humanitarian law and the Genenva conventions relating to the status of refugees.
"Everybody has the right to request asylum and to be informed of their rights". The UNHCR must stop every attempt to unload its responsibilities and international obligations on Hutu refugees.
Particularly serious is the UNHCR decision to hire those who work shoulder to shoulder with the Rwandan Tutsi-led goverment. Those UN corrupt employees are believed to fulfill the Tutsi-led government wishes namely making hard the hutu refugees life-conditions and facilitate their forcible repatriation to Rwanda, the country they fear for their lives.
The expulsion of these persons, without having adequately informed them of their right to request asylum, and without access to procedures for an eventual recognition of refugee status, is a breach of national and international law.
In particular it is a grave violation of the Geneva Convention, which in Article 33 sanctions the principle of "non-refoulement" (the principle of not refusing entry to those requesting asylum even if they happen to be born Hutu ethnic members).
SurViVors Human Rights Advocates urge the office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to provide a written guarantee or proofs that it respects the Geneva Conventions on Hutu Refugees. Particularly serious is the decision to send back Hutu refugees to the Rwandan bloody dictatorship led by the Tutsi extremists.
Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus), by the RPF criminal organization.

While humanitarianism has always had a presence in international politics, it has never had the salience it possesses today particularly when Hutu refugees are abused... Threats are many for those countries refusing to extradate or forcibly repatriate hutu refugees.
In many African countries, the UNHCR break out the Geneva Conventions and take decisions regarding the forcible repatriation policy of Hutu refugees counciously knowing that the Rwandan Tutsi-led government has no respect for Human rights, that since 1994, this Tutsi-government has launched a massive witch-hunt for Hutus inside and outside of it ,those who refuse to adhere to the RPF mono ethnic party and ideology.
The UNHCR staff members’ attitude vis-à-vis the corruption and conspiracy inspired by the Tutsi-led government to harm and forcibly repatriate those Hutu refugees is no longer surprising.
On the other hand, It then goes on to show how the new humanitarianism is causing the erosion of the fundamental principles particularly when it concerns the Hutu refugees protection with negative consequences transforming the character and image of UNHCR.
The contrasting circumstances surrounding Hutu refugees’ crisis provide an opportunity to the world and Humanitarian organizations to show they are committed to peace and urge their country of origin to start negotiations with their representatives, the opponent political parties and the civil society in exile.
SurVivors Human Rights advocates urge the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and African countries authorities to reconsider any plan to forcibly repatriate Hutu refugees living in the those countries or living in holding centers who have not been given refugee status by the UNHCR.
According to reliable sources, Rwandan refugees who are forcibly repatriated face lengthy prison sentences, assassinations and other human rights abuses. The situation across the country is still dangerous for Hutu ethnic members particularly for those forcibly repatriated...
RPF military troops, local defense forces, DMI and other RPF clandestine organizations have started their dry season offensive on arbitrary arrests, imprisonment of those who are believed to recent repatriated.
According to many sources, the forcible repatriation is often covered by some pro-RPF media out of some European countries accusing the repatriated of having committed genocide in 1994. Thousands of Rwandans the mainly Hutus inside Rwanda are expected to flee the country because of incessant insecurity conditions, menaces that they are confronted on daily basis.
The Tutsi led government is demanding that those Hutu refugees be brought back to Rwanda. Instead of going back, they will go to other countries particularly to those who respect Human rights and thus where conditions are better.
THE NAMES OF RWANDAN REFUGEES DEPORTED BY UNHCR FROM GABON AND TORTURED BY RPF TO DEATH
Majority of these refugees who were deported by force by the UNHCR agency could not see the next millenium because of the brutal torture they had to undergo in the hands of RPF. The UNHCR sent its staff to Franceville headed by a lady known by only one name of Louise of a camerron origin.
Since she was presumably given some cash to sell the Rwandan Hutu Refugees, she went and sensibilized them saying I quote "Je ne peux pas vous repatrier au Rwanda car le Rwanda sous la leadership de Mr.Kagame est devenu un pay de l'holocauste" end of the quote.
Meaning that she could not want to repatriate us back to Rwanda because Rwanda under Kagame's leadership has become a country of holocaust. All hutu refugees in Franceville were very happy hoping the best from her hypocrasy.
But she was playing the tactic to catch all Hutu Refugees in Gabon without any hint that she wanted to take them back for butchery in Kagame's Abattoirs. The whole of July of 1997. The UNHCR hired a malian airplane which was taking Hutu Refugees from Franceville town of Gabon to Kigali International Airport.
On their arrival, therse refugees could be taken to triage chambers where all young people could be taken to torture chambers at Gikondo Industrial area. This people underwent inhumane treatment. According to my fomer schoolmate who were among this Hutu refugees repatriated by force by UNHCR, he told me that they were degraded to the level that they were fed on the human waste because of hunger.
He told as the tears were freely flowing on his both chicks, "Man,it is like apocalypse inside the Godowns of Gikondo. The RPF soldiers could come and start squeezing our male genital parts, to the ladies they could rape them and put red pepper in their private parts.
It was a harrowing moment, only God,my mother and I could believe what I am telling you, otherwise"....then he stopped as he was interrupted by tears which were flowing like water slops from Mt Karisimbi.
I continued carrying out some amateur research since I wanted to unveil what happened to these people who were given out as sacrifices by the people who were supposed to protect them, mainly UNHCR,the International Communiy, and the Gabon Governemnt, which used to claim to be friends of the late President Habyalimana.
I came across a mother of one of the people who lost their lives in the Gikondo torture chambers. She was from Gisenyi Prefecture which is in the Northwest of Rwanda. This list contained around 50 names of different young men and women who died from torture of all nature. Some of these name are as follow:
1. Iyaremwe Daniel (Gaseke-Gisenyi) died the 14.01.1998
2. Uwimana Evariste (Kivumu-Kibuye) died the 03.02.1998
3. Nzarora Theogene (Kibali-Byumba) died the 09.02.1998
4. Sadiki Ntawumenya (Rubavu-Gisenyi) died the 14.02.1998
5. Niyindora Laurent (Musebeya-Gikongoro) died the 18.02.1998
6. Sindikubwabo Innocent (Maraba-Butare) died the 18.02.1998
7. Bigilimana Bernard (Shyanda-Butare) died the 06.03.1998
8. Singirankabo Oswald (Bulinga-Gitarama) died the 06.03.1998
9. Rwaheru Felicien (Kiyombe-Byumba) died the 08.03.1998
and many others.

Dublin - THE MAN who helped save 1,268 people during the 1994 Rwandan genocide by providing shelter and safety at a Kigali hotel is in Ireland to press for peace, truth and reconciliation in conflict zones.
Paul Rusesabagina, whose story was dramatised in the acclaimed film Hotel Rwanda, will address Irish audiences this week on the lessons from conflicts in both his own country and Northern Ireland. Speaking to The Irish Times in Belfast yesterday, he said Ireland and Rwanda were similar in that conflict raged between divided communities but, he said, the two countries had handled the post-conflict situation differently.
“In Ireland Protestants and Catholics came up with an agreement that, even if they don’t reconcile necessarily, they are going to live together.”
However, he said, no such compromise had been reached yet in Rwanda. “Rwanda has a lot of lessons to learn from Ireland especially about equal justice for all and also about reconciliation for all as time goes on . . .
At least here [in Ireland] people have come to an understanding that both sides made mistakes. But in Rwanda there was a winner and a loser,” said Mr Rusesabagina, who is a long-standing critic of Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame.
“The winner today is dictating his rules, his regulation, imposing his views and dictating. In Ireland you can have a Catholic and a Protestant sitting around one table and talking. We need to learn this lesson so that one day in Rwanda Hutus and Tutsis could honestly sit down around a table.”
He said there were frequent references to the 800,000 Rwandans killed during three months of 1994. “But we forget many people, according to human rights advocates, were killed before the genocide and by the people who present themselves as victims today.”
He said he was advocating “an internationally sanctioned truth and equal justice commission for Rwanda and for the Great Lakes region of Africa as a whole”.
Mr Rusesabagina travels to Dublin today for a special screening of Hotel Rwanda and a talk in Trinity College.

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries.
My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity.
This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.
Genocide masterminded by RPF
Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out.
After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason
Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
