Q : UNHCR - A Corrupt Organization ?

Behind closed doors meetings in Kigali or somewhere else : Corruption. And according to many reliable sources, the culture of corruption within that UN organization extends actually to every aspect of public life.We've been hammered that Rwanda is a safe country, meaning that those who flee the country have no reason to fear for their lives! Anyway we encounter 

Two fundamental dimensions of corruption in UNHCR:

1.  Whether the individual or the organization is the beneficiary of the corrupt activity and
2. Whether the corrupt behavior is undertaken by an individual actor or by two or more actors.

African SurVivors International's primary focus is on why UNHCR personnel fails to become securely attached to UN norms and laws, and on the part played in this failure by certain key features of corruption:

• The inability to distinguish between organizational and personal ends
• Poweful Western countries administrations' interests
• Corrupt key UN players within the UNHCR
• Rejection of morality

The reality: The dramatic history of UNHCR representatives' secret meetings with Dictators Yoweri Museveni and Paul Kagame came to life : Deportation of Rwandan refugees using UNHCR distribution of Food and Refugee status cards. Are we about the corrupt depravity of Antonio Guterres? The problem goes deeper than just the corrupt official that runs the world Humanitarian Organization.
Unless integrity, efficiency and transparency are the corner stones of the UN organizations, nothing can be accomplished and only corruption flourish. That is exactly what is happening with the UNHCR aid embezzlement . The UN is one of the most corrupt organizations on the face of the Earth, allowing genocides and forcing countries to give crazed mass murders major government posts all in the name of achieving peace (Sierra Leone, Rwanda, Democratic Republic of the Congo,etc).

A: The UNHCR is an organization of corrupt individuals.



End Alliance with Corrupt Dictator - Following the forcibly UNHCR repatriation since October 1996-1997 and later 1998 with Rwandan refugees in Democratic Republic of the Congo, about 2,500 Rwandans seeking asylum have been herded onto trucks at gunpoint and driven across the border to Rwanda in what the United Nations has "called an illegal operation" to repatriate refugees.

CHRI condemns the recent wave of killings and suppression of press freedoms in the run up to the Presidential election on the 9 August 2010. In the last two months Jean-Léonard Rugambage, a journalist working for the banned newspaper Umuvugizi, and Andre Kagwa Rwisereka, the vice president of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, have been brutally murdered. There are allegations of RPF and security service involvement in a number of different incidents. Mr Frank Habineza, Green Party candidate for President, has complained that he has been subject to harassment and surveillance.
Lieutenant –General Nyamwasa, the former army chief of staff who is currently living in exile in Johannesburg, was the subject of an assassination attempt on 19 June 2010. The involvement of Rwandan security agents is strongly suspected and two of the individuals originally arrested by the South African police have now been released. Dominique Makeli, a former Rwandan journalist currently living in exile in Kampala, was the subject of an attempted abduction on the 28 June 2010 allegedly by Rwandan agents.

Rwanda's opposition parties on Thursday called for an independent international investigation into the murder of André Kagwa Rwisereka, the vice-president of the Democratic Green party. Rwisereka was found dead near his abandoned car on Wednesday. Party leader Frank Habineza said he had been repeatedly stabbed and that he had been nearly decapitated. => professional murderers

(CNN) -- A human rights group Wednesday urged the Rwandan government to let independent experts conduct an autopsy on an opposition leader killed weeks before the election.

Andre Kagwa Rwisereka, vice president of the opposition Democratic Green Party, was found dead after he went missing on his way to a meeting in the capital, Kigali.

We are scared.
We are also sad about the demise of our colleague

His body was found in a wetland area, with the head nearly severed, according to party president Frank Habineza.
Habineza said he and Rwisereka, whose service was held Tuesday, had received death threats since February.
"We are very threatened as a party and as individuals," he said. "We are scared. We are also sad about the demise of our colleague."

(New York) - The government of Rwanda should allow independent foreign experts to carry out an autopsy on the body of André Kagwa Rwisereka, vice president of the opposition Democratic Green Party, Human Rights Watch said today.

Rwisereka was last seen late in the evening of July 12, 2010. His body was found near the southern town of Butare on July 14. His head had been severed, and witnesses described unusual marks on several parts of his body.

Events leading up to Rwisereka's death indicate that the murder may have been politically motivated. He had long told close friends and colleagues that he feared being killed as a result of his opposition to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF), the country's ruling party. In recent weeks, Rwisereka had seemed increasingly concerned about his safety.
In late June, the former Green Party secretary general, Charles Kabanda, visited Rwisereka at the Sombrero Club, the bar run by Rwisereka in Butare, and tried to convince him to leave the Green Party. Rwisereka had told people close to him that Kabanda, who left the Green Party earlier in the year, had told him that the RPF would never allow Rwisereka to leave the "family" - referring to the RPF - and questioned what would happen to members of the Green Party. Rwisereka told people close to him that he interpreted this as a threat.

Rwisereka, like Kabanda and many other Green Party members, was formerly a member of the RPF. In previous months, other members of the Green Party had come under pressure to abandon their party activities by individuals believed to be close to the RPF or the government.

The police initially stated to the media that Rwisereka had been the victim of a robbery, and that people who had seen him on the night he disappeared claimed that he was carrying a large sum of money. However, further investigations by Human Rights Watch and others revealed that he had left some money with a relative on the evening of July 14, but had been carrying little money and no valuables at the time of his death.

The police subsequently changed their explanation, alleging a financial dispute between Rwisereka and Thomas Ntivuguruzwa, the last person to see Rwisereka before his disappearance. Ntivuguruzwa, whom the police are treating as the prime suspect, has been arrested and remains in custody.
"The conflicting police statements and discrepancies between the police version and those provided by sources close to the victim are creating doubt and confusion about the circumstances of Rwisereka's death," Roth said. "A thorough independent investigation would confirm or dispel these different explanations."

Kagame has legitimated : Murder and imprisonment of journalists, Murder and imprisonment of opposition leaders, Press muzzlement, mounting Fear among Rwandans, etc

 The international community should carefully listen to the way Paul Kagame expresses himself in public, it gives important information on his political method. He often speaks in riddles which need solving.




On the day (words gain their specific meaning through context and timing) that the assassinated vice-president of Rwandan Greens, André Kagwa Rwisereka, was burried, Paul Kagame did not express his regret or extended his condolences as did Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza. No, he made this widely published and ambiguous statement:

"My job has not been to create an opposition, my job is to create the environment where legitimate things can happen."

The ambiguity of this statement is intentional. The statement can be interpreted in a lot of ways and can mean a lot of things. We have seen this same strategy employed when he talked about "those leaving the country are like human waste" a couple of months ago. He made a statement in public that could mean that he intended to kill Kayumba Nyamwasa (and the former General's wife clearly understood it that way) but it could also mean something else. The third example where Paul Kagame talks in riddles is from the interview where Stephen Sackur grills him on the attack in april 1994 against the former Presidents of Rwanda and Burundi:

"Stephen Sackur: But you didn’t have a right to shoot down his plane and to assassinate him

President Paul Kagame: Well I had a right to fight for my rights!
Stephen Sackur: But do you believe you had a right to assassinate him?

Buhendwa Eluga, a blogging Congolese Professor of Political Science in Rwanda has just been arrested (without anyone knowing his current whereabouts). Idesbald Byabuze Katabaruka, a visiting Congolese Law professor, was arrested february 2007 in Rwanda and released on 21 March, expelled from the country and then declared "persona non grata". The Rwandan authorities charged Mr Idesbald Byabuze Katabaruka with "threatening state security" and for having committed "offences of discrimination and sectarianism".




Koffi Olomide, another Congolese, who has just been hired by the Kagame campaign, has this famous quote:



"Lokuta eyaka na ascenseur, kasi vérité eye na escailer mpe ekomi"



Often quoted when Congolese speak of Paul Kagame's crimes and which can be translated as "Lies take the elevator, but truth takes the stairs".



I am convinced the US State Department has tried to seize the momentum surrounding the movie "Earth Made Of Glass" to feed the US public with lies and halftruths concerning the role of current Rwandan President Paul Kagame before, during and after the Rwandan genocide!

"Propaganda is a form of communication that is aimed at influencing the attitude of a community toward some cause or position.

As opposed to impartially providing information, propaganda in its most basic sense, presents information primarily to influence an audience. Propaganda often presents facts selectively (thus possibly lying by omission) to encourage a particular synthesis, or uses loaded messages to produce an emotional rather than rational response to the information presented. The desired result is a change of the attitude toward the subject in the target audience to further a political agenda. Propaganda can be used as a form of political warfare.[1]

When you go to the website of the film "Earth made of glass" you get a quote by Tony Blair claiming it's a "truly inspirational film". In light of Tony Blair's strong and uncritical support of Paul Kagame this immediately makes alarm bells go off.



Deborah Scranton borrowed the title from Emerson who wrote:



“Commit a crime and the earth is made of glass. Commit a crime and it seems as though a coat of snow fell on the ground, such as reveals in the woods the track of every partridge and fox and squirrel and mole. You cannot recall the spoken word. You cannot wipe out a foot track. You cannot draw up the ladder so as to leave no inlet or clue"

The title thus refers to the main and monumental claim of the documentary which is: "the French government's hidden complicity in the genocide." As the Tribeca Review writes:



"Filmmaker Deborah Scranton's documentary prominently adopts the view of Kagame's 2008 report into what she calls "the French government's hidden complicity'' in the genocide. "

Deborah Scranton claims:



The film "Earth Made Of Glass" grew out of a chance dinner conversation two years ago with Paul Kagame, who she said had "inspired within me and my whole crew an incredible vision of a path to peace that I think the world could take a lesson from.''

Allthough the title implies that this documentary reveals French government's hidden complicity in Rwanda's genocide, this movie in reality perfectly fits the definition of propaganda. The release of the movie just months ahead of the Rwandan elections is obviously aiming to influence US public opinion concerning Rwandan's current Leader. It indeed portrays Paul Kagame as the hero and France as the villains.



Which is, as Deborah Scranton should know, a heavily contested, controversial and problematic version of history based only on a report written by Kagame's regime (a very narrow basis ) which saw the light after Paul Kagame himself was implicated by the French anti-terrorist judge Jean-Louis Bruguiere in the terrorist attack in 1994 (which killed the former presidents of Rwanda and Burundi and several French citizens). The "Bruguiere report" is not a political report, it is a rich document which shows the nature of the RPF, I invite you to read it (it's available in English). By ignoring the Bruguiere report and by also ignoring the strong case by a Spanish judge against Paul Kagame (his responsability for large-scale indiscriminate killings in Rwanda and Congo), Deborah Scranton has created a dangerous weapon (sofar I don't think it has been very effective) for political warfare which US policy planners at the State department were eager to use.



Jared Cohen, member of the Policy Planning Staff at the State Department, tried to start a #rememberrwanda campaign on twitter. He wrote on twitter for several days " How fast can we get to 800,00 tweets of #RememberRwanda, " and even contacted head of twitter Jack Dorsey in order to win him over for this campaign (he had previously contacted Jack Dorsey during the Iran protests on twitter). Jared Cohen linked this campaign to Paul Kagame by having dinner with him in New York during the Tribeca Festival (and twittering about it).



Jared Cohen's well-timed "rememberrwanda" campaign was aiming to feed the US public with the "Earth Made Of Glass" propaganda. I doubt strongly that Deborah Scranton's meeting with Kagame was coincidental (as she claims). I am convinced Jared Cohen's "campaign" (which miserably failed) was NOT coincidental but planned ahead to use the "Earth made of glas" momentum to influence public perception of Paul Kagame in the US. Deborah Scranton's claims that she made a documentary about the Rwandan genocide turned her in reality into Paul Kagame's "Leni Riefenstahl". "Manipulating the memory of the genocide" in order to oppress alternative political viewpoints does not just take place in Rwanda, but also abroad.

Spains’ PM snubs Rwanda’s Kagame

Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero has refused to meet Rwandan President Paul Kagame at a U.N. meeting here following protests against the African leader.
Zapatero was to meet Kagame and U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-Moon at government headquarters Friday for a first session of the Millennium Development Goals Advocacy Group.


Ban chose Zapatero and Kagame to preside over the group as part of preparations for a September U.N summit on reducing poverty.

But complaints by human rights groups and opposition parties led the government to move the meeting to a Madrid hotel and Zapatero sent his foreign minister in his place.
A U.S. lawsuit accuses Kagame of ordering the downing of a plane carrying Rwanda's president in 1994.

Kagame's Greatest achievement
Spain's prime minister shunned Friday a UN-backed meeting with Rwandan leader Paul Kagame after protests that his regime was linked to the 1994 genocide as the UN chief called for a probe into recent deaths in the central African nation, AFP reported.
Spain's Deputy Prime Minister Maria Teresa Fernandez de la Vega said Zapatero had received a request from several other Spanish political parties that he not meet Kagame because of Spanish legal proceedings against 40 Rwandan officers linked to the genocide.

[Though the great terror in  both sites of Rwandan Hutu refugees in Nakivale in Uganda of the last week is actually widely viewed as the height of Kagame' purges aided by President Museveni and UNHCR. At many of the 15 refugees in two sites  in Uganda were visited and interviewed onbrutal accounts of beating and killing of Rwandan Refugees. During the field visit of one of the ASI employee, Ugandan local workers were also interviewed and added valuable complementary information on the UNHCR outraged call for food to track, murder and deport Rwandan refugees.


ASI calls upon the independend inquiry into the Rwandan refugee plot of killings and deportation. The Ugandan police officers in both sites and some UNHCR field officers shoud be charged with conspiracy with mass-murder and deportation. The murder of dozens of Rwandan refugees and deportation of more than 2000 Rwandan refugees cannot go without impunity o the organizers.
The murder and deportation of Rwandan refugees have usually been accompanied by condemnation and call for a suspension of the operation by the plot organizers.
According to our reliable information, Kagame's invitation to Spain (highest achievement) was initially organized together with the mass-murder of Rwandan refugees in Kampala as the last Great Dismissal and "continious Acquittal" (without judgement before the court) of Kagame's Crimes].




Uganda forcibly returns 1,700 Rwandan asylum-seekers

(16 July 2010) Amnesty International has condemned the forced return of around 1,700 Rwandan asylum-seekers from two refugee settlements in Uganda in a joint operation between the governments of Uganda and Rwanda this week.


When some asylum-seekers tried to escape, police officers fired shots into the air. In the ensuing panic and stampede people were reportedly injured and children were separated from their parents.
The asylum-seekers were then driven into Rwanda and taken to Rukomo transit center in Byumba province.
"Any forced removal of rejected asylum-seekers must be carried out in accordance with Uganda's obligations under international refugee and human rights law, including access to a fair and efficient asylum procedure," said Erwin van der Borght, Director of Amnesty International's Africa Programme.


"The conduct of the authorities and the disturbing manner in which these individuals were rounded up raises serious concern that people with genuine protection claims were returned."


Reports indicate that a number of recognized refugees may have been placed on the trucks and returned to Rwanda. The Office of the Prime Minister, however, has stated that the forced returns targeted rejected asylum-seekers who had exhausted the asylum procedure.
The United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) reported that 25 people who were not among the deported were injured, some from police beatings. Among the injured were six pregnant women who were treated at a local hospital and then released. UNHCR also stated that the operations resulted in the deaths of two men who jumped off trucks en route to Rwanda.
"We are not involved," said a UNHCR resident representative
Amnesty International questions whether the correct refugee status determination (RSD) procedure was applied in these cases by the Ugandan authorities. The two groups of Rwandans - both recent arrivals to Uganda – were subjected to an ad hoc procedure whereby authorities sent mobile RSD units to conduct decisions in the camps, without appropriate procedural safeguards.

Despite provisions under national legislation, the UNHCR was not provided with access to the refugee status determination procedures of these two groups.


"The flawed decision making process for these cases raises concerns that those returned have not been granted effective access to a fair and efficient asylum procedure," said Erwin van der Borght.


According to the UNHCR, since the beginning of 2010, 3,320 Rwandans have filed for asylum in Uganda. Ninety-eight per cent were rejected in the past six months.
UNHCR’s Executive Committee (ExCom), a body of 79 member states who advise on international protection issues and which includes Uganda, has stated clearly that the "return of persons found not to be in need of international protection should be undertaken in a humane manner, in full respect for human rights and dignity and, that force, should it be necessary, be proportional and undertaken in a manner consistent with human rights law…"

July 15, 2010 - Jwani Mwaikusa, Law Professor at the University of Dar es Salaam and defense lawyer at the International Criminal Tribunal on Rwanda, was gunned down outside his home in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania yesterday, July 14.


A nephew and neighbor who attempted to come to his aide are reported to have been shot and killed as well. The assassins stole Mwaikusa's briefcase and papers from his car.At the ICTR, Mwaikusa defended Yusuf Munyakazi, a 75-yr.-old former Rwandan businessman who was, on June 30th,sentenced to 25 years imprisonment after being convicted of genocide and crimes against humanity.

Mwaikusa had said that he would appeal the Munyakazi conviction to the ICTR and ICTY Appeal Chamber, a separate court set up by the UN Security Council, which also created both international criminal tribunals.The Security Council created the ICTR in Arusha, Tanzania, in 1997, to try the most high-profile Rwanda Genocide cases. Twenty-eight people have been convicted and five acquitted so far.The Kagame regime attempted to have Munyakazi and three other defendants moved from the ICTR in Tanzania to stand trial in Rwanda, but Mwaikusa successfully argued that Rwanda did not have an independent judiciary that would not come under political pressure:"The Chamber is not satisfied that the accused, if transferred to Rwanda at the present time, will receive a fair trial," wrote Judges Weinberg de Roca of Argentina (presiding), Lee Muthoga (Kenya) and Robert Fremr (Czech).
 

"The Chamber is concerned that this situation may lead to direct or indirect pressure being exerted on judges to produce judgments in line with the wishes of Rwandan government."


William Mitchell Law Professor Peter Erlinder, who is also a defense lawyer at the ICTR, said, speaking from his home in St. Paul-Minneapolis, Minnesota, that Mwaikusa's assassination may well make it impossible for the ICTR to function, causing a crisis in international criminal law, because ICTR defense lawyers are no longer safe from arrest, indictment, and/or assassination.Erlinder himself returned to Minneapolis after three weeks imprisonment in Rwanda, where he had traveled to defend Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, the leader and presidential candidate of Rwanda's FDU-Inkingi Party against charges of genocide ideology, which means disagreeing with the official history of the
Rwanda Genocide and/or with the regime of incumbent Rwandan President Paul Kagame. Ingabire was arrested and barred from running against Kagame in the presidential election, and within a few days of Erlinder's arrival to defend her, he was arrested on the same charges. After three weeks and an international campaign waged by human rights activists and bar associations on three continents, and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's delivery of Erlinder's medical records, he was released, on medical grounds, to return to the United States.Releasing him in response to his legal arguments, which are a challenge to Rwanda's genocide ideology law itself, would have shaken the foundations of the Kagame regime, and made way for decisions acquitting Ingabire and many others now in Rwanda's packed prisons. The country now has the third highest per capita prison population in the world.
While Erlinder was under arrest, international criminal defense lawyers at the ICTR refused to work on the grounds that they could be arrested and indicted in Rwanda, or even arrested elsewhere and extradited to Rwanda for defending their clients.Rwandan Chief Prosecutor Martin Ngoga at first denied having used Erlnder's work at the ICTR in the prosecution's complaint against him, but review of the complaint made it apparent that he had, and the ICTR eventually issued a statement declaring that Professor Erlinder, as an ICTR defense lawyer, was immune from prosecution for his work there.
Tanzania's Citizen Newspaper reported that there has been an increase in violent crime in Dar es Salaam recently, and that five people have been shot dead by armed robbers in the last two months, but Professor Mwaikusa's assassins stole his briefcase and papers, suggesting political motive and casting suspicion on the increasingly repressive Kagame regime in Rwanda, where journalist Jean Leonard Rugambage was assassinated on June 24th, after writing that Kagame had ordered the assassination attempt on Rwandan exile general Kayumba Nyamwasa, and yesterday, on the same day that Mwaikusa was gunned down, the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda's Vice President Andre Kagwa Rwisereka was found beheaded. Rwisereka's body had been left in the wetlands surrounding the Makula River near Butare, Rwanda, with his head almost completely severed and a machete left nearby.
And though assassins stole Mwaikusa's legal papers and briefcase, they left Rwisereka's car, car keys, and house keys behind. “No, it wasn’t a robbery," said Democratic Green Party of Rwanda Chair Frank Habineza, because they left his car, they left the keys to his car inside the car, they left the keys to his house inside the car with his national identity card. If they were thieves, they would have taken his car. If they were thieves, they would have taken the keys to his house and gone to take things from his house. They left the keys to his car and his house inside the car.”
With regard to the Mwaikusa assassination, Professor Erlinder said:"No one knows, for sure, whether he was assassinated by Rwandan Patriotic Front operatives, but we do know that lawyers put themselves in danger by defending people whom the RPF have identified as their enemies, including me, Theogene Muhayeyezu, the lawyer who replaced me as Victoire Ingabire's lawyer, and an earlier ICTR lawyer, a Rwandan who had been living in Mozambique. He was arrested when he came to the ICTR two years ago and eventually released, and has since died, apparently of natural causes,The situation now is that the lawyers at the ICTR have legitimate reason to be fearful of being in Africa, anywhere in Africa, especially East Africa, where they might be arrested, extradited to Rwanda, or even assassinated."

Zapatero no se reunirá con Kagame

No ha habido finalmente reunión de Rodríguez Zapatero con el presidente de Ruanda, Paul Kagame, a quien la Audiencia Nacional relaciona con una causa de genocidio. Las críticas, sobre todo las de algunos grupos parlamentarios, llevaron al presidente a suspender la reunión con el grupo de la ONU sobre objetivos del milenio, del que forma parte Kagame. Zapatero ha delegado en el ministro de exteriores y finalmente , Macarena Bartolome, Kagame no ha pisado la Moncloa.


MADRID - Le chef du gouvernement espagnol José Luis Rodriguez Zapatero ne rencontrera finalement pas vendredi le président rwandais Paul Kagame, dont la venue en Espagne est très critiquée, au cours d'une réunion de l'ONU sur les objectifs du millénaire, a-t-on appris officiellement jeudi soir.



Cette réunion du groupe de contact sur les Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement (OMD), coprésidé par MM Kagame et Zapatero, devait avoir lieu à la Moncloa, siège du gouvernement. Elle a été déplacée dans un grand hôtel de Madrid, a précisé à l'AFP un porte-parole gouvernemental.

L'Espagne sera représentée par son ministre des affaires étrangères Miguel Angel Moratinos à cette réunion à laquelle participera également le secrétaire général de l'ONU Ban Ki-moon. Ce dernier sera reçu séparément par M. Zapatero, a-t-on précisé.


Un groupe d'ONG espagnoles, Amnesty international et plusieurs groupes parlementaires avaient vivement critiqué jeudi la venue à Madrid de M. Kagame et sa réception par M. Zapatero, alors qu'une enquête pour "génocide" vise en Espagne des militaires de son régime.

Interrogé à ce sujet, le porte-parole s'est contenté de préciser que la décision de déplacer la réunion à l'hôtel Ritz avait été prise jeudi et que la gouvernement espagnol considérait comme "suffisante" la présence de M. Moratinos.


Le secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, avait annoncé en juin la création du groupe de contact chargé de stimuler les efforts en vue de réaliser d'ici à 2015 les Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement (OMD), visant à réduire l'extrême pauvreté à travers le monde.

Un sommet sur ce thème est prévu en septembre au siège des Nations-Unies à New York.


La Coordination des ONG espagnoles pour le développement (Congde) avait dénoncé jeudi "le choix questionnable de M. Ban Ki-moon" d'élire M. Kagame pour co-diriger ce groupe et "la passivité du président Zapatero qui a accepté sans objection d'agir au côté d'un présumé génocidaire".

Un juge espagnol a émis en février 2008 des mandats d'arrêt contre 40 militaires du régime rwandais, accusés de "génocide" et d'avoir fomenté des affrontements ethniques dans les années 90 afin de s'emparer du pouvoir et de mettre en place un "régime de terreur".

Il leur est notamment reproché d'avoir assassiné des missionnaires et coopérants espagnols témoins de massacres.

Le juge Fernando Andreu avait lancé des accusations détaillées contre le président Kagame, sans le poursuivre en raison de son immunité de chef d'Etat.


Kigali avait vivement réagi à ces accusations qu'il avait formellement démenties.
