To those whose ears refuse to hear, Rwandan survivors will use our freedom rights to change the current situation in Rwanda. The majority of Rwandans keep asking why the support for a criminal, a serial killer and genocidaire. If they keep refusing to change their mind, the world will learn more about them as unabashed racists who openly decided to exterminate the Hutu whether in Rwanda or in Democratic Republic of the Congo. A horrifying and sad reality for anyone : Allow these voiceless victims to be heard

The African Great Lakes region has become an area where the widespread, deliberate extermination of the Hutu is increasingly taking place without taking tough measures to stop the killer. “General” Paul Kagame is still out of discussions in the UN Security Souncil, in Washington, Ottawa, Brussels and London.

It is deplorable. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, it is a murder that Kagame remains above on both National and International Laws.

Help Rwandans and Congolese people to stop the genocidaire “General” Paul Kagame. Rapes, assassinations, mass-murders, which are taking on daily basis place in Congo are the well-known signature of the Rwandan Evil Paul Kagame. Those who continue to fight for Kagame are those whoa re fabricating crimes committed by the Hutu killing himself.

Seeking justice for the victims of RPF crimes

Senor leaders and operatives of Kagame proxy armies in Congo fully remain untouchable.
“General” Mutebusi, “General” Nkunda are in their temple in Rwanda. “General” Ntaganda Bosco is protected by the Rwandan puppet in Congo. Because ordinarily congolese and Rwandan people are voiceless, the evil is allowed to work shoulder to shoulder with the Interpol and countries which are supposed to protect by all means Human rights not only here in Europe and North America but also on the soil of the black continent.

The United States should urge the Security Council to hold an emergency on case of Mrs. Ingabire Victoire including the unconditional release of all political prisoners (all of them are prisoners of conscience and NOT TERRORISTS).

It is deplorable and unjustified. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, and a murder to throw into prison Mrs. Ingabire Umuhoza Victoire, a mother of three kids only because she believes in respect of Civil and Human Rights and Liberties as she has spent more than 16 years in The Netherlands - known as a Western country respecting elementary Human Rights. In Rwanda, no political party that is not subservient to the RPF has been accepted to register for August elections. In his monarchy nostalgic mind, Paul Kagame wants to eliminate those who are determined to peacefully challenge him.

It is deplorable. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, and a murder to send into jail Mr Callixte Mbarushimana who has already survived Kagame and RPF fabrications on the genocide. FDLR has been prejudiced enough with the complicity of RPF backers and mining multinationals to justify Kagame's crusade genocidal wars in the Eastern region of Congo. They rape and kill and tell their victims they are from FDLR! We all know the RPF shameful tactics. An independent inquiry should be settled to find out and bring perpetrators to justice. We heard US secretary of State asking the same for Birma military leadership. We urge the US and British governments for creating special international inquiry seeking accountability of RPF leadership for the mass-rape and crimes against Congolese women. RPF has never left DRC. They use the FARDC umbrella to exterminate the Hutu in that region. Listen to their slogans and you will get to the point. the Eastern of Congo where Kagame's proxy armies are carrying out ethnically targeted mass killings. We also know the previous attacks were carried out by the RDF and Kagame proxy militias targeting the Hutu and the Nande ethnic group members. The idea behind is to clean up the region and settle there the Tutsi land. All criminals especially big fishes hiding in Rwanda but operating on the Congolese soil should be apprehended and brought to justice.

Paul Kagame whose proxy terrorist murder gangs continue to murder several women and men refusing to tell investigators lies about the real mass-rape perpetrators. The Rwandan Tyrant has always used fake testimonies, rape, torture and retaliatory killings of women and men refusing to cooperate.

It is deplorable. It is unfortunate. It is immoral, it is a murder to send Mr Callixte Mbarushimana into jail while REAL CRIMINALS ARE at LARGE AND PROTECTED BY THEIR SENIOR PAUL KAGAME and many of his co-criminals.

We are about “General” Paul Kagame and RPF "civil and military leadership his backers, Laurent Nkunda, Bosco Ntaganda, “General” Kabarebe (the then Chief of Congolese military Staff ! for better coordinating the genocide), Ruberwa, Nyarugabo, Karaha (Karahamuheto), Ngezayo, Kamanzi, Inyumba Aloysia, Ibingira, Kayonga, Nziza, etc are FULLY enjoying impunity and surprisingly some of them are OFTEN invited to visit our countries here in Europe and North America.

They hold a high rank in the RPF military hierarchy and were promoted to “Generals” after mass-rape and mass-slaughters of Hutus in both Congo and Rwanda.

Please spread the word and tell the world what's going on. Congolese people and the Hutu, majority of Rwandans have the most basic of rights—the right to life—and should not be denied that on the grounds that they happened to be born Hutu they have to be exterminated.
Furthermore the double standards of the "Kagame wars and crimes" is staggering. Should the illiterate “General” Ibingira be given the right to tell the world who gave him order to exterminate Kibeho internal displaced university students and teachers, women and children that hoped they would be protected by UN peacekeepers?

Time and time again we hear tho old adage, "Those who cannot remember the past are condemned to repeat it;" yet we willfully ignore the past each and every day! The very same reasons were used to justify slaver; "they aren't REALLY people," or "they are my property and I will with them as I please" were both common rationales for the terrible suffering that peoples in many parts were allowed to endure. The same is now true of the extermination of Hutus.
What should be the lessons for those who are committed to defend freedom and Human Rights? To Give up and listen to the Evil, to the terrorist? The serial killer? The mass-murderer?
Unconditional surrender for Rwandans to Kagame's crimes: Major obstacle to peace in Rwanda

The world community should think about the future of Rwandans as the moral right for them to defend themselves and fight (jus ad bellum) the criminal Rwandan military Junta. The remaining option of peacefully stopping the ongoing mass violations of human rights in Rwanda and in the Eastern region of Congo.

In conclusion it is simply unbelievable how many people fail to see through the "right to choose" KUVUGISHUKULI and see this issue for what it really is!

Then the RPF criminals started with the untold mega massacres of

ICC has failed to gain legitimacy.
Can ICC prevent impunity or will it stay a reactionary court? ICC fails to end impunity in Rwanda. The reason why the current practices suggest ICC will stay the latter, for a good time. For example according to the Rome Statute, the court can only investigate cases recommended by the Security Council, those recommended by member countries and others where the court is interested excluding victims against whom the crimes have been committed. Ordinary people cannot go to the ICC, present their cases and receive justice if they feel their countries did not deliver it.

Memories of death and haunted fears,

We grieve for the innocent lives that were lost,

As our prayers begin to reach Heaven's door.

But we're thankful for the lives that were spared.

We share the emptiness they feel inside,

The pains of grief they bear.

The loss of direction, their questions of why,

With the smell of murder in the air.

Whether it be

Mugunga, Bukavu, Kashusha

Kasese, Ubundu, Tingitingi, Kisangani & Mbandaka,

Whether it be Byumba, Ruhengeri,Kibungo,or Gitarama, and the
Rwandan Auschwitz Kibeho,

Or out on the open waves.

These beasts keep planting the seeds of fear,

While their leaders hide in Rwanda, the temple of Impunity.

your brothers and sisters. Your parents and closer friends

your fellow citizens, Hutus murdered

as the Rwandan and Congolese genocides

were planed.

You are in our hearts and our minds,

For the losses you have suffered today.

We'll continue the prayers to our Lord above,

That He'll hold your fears at bay.

For all those victms, no kubabikoze bose bica abandi,

kuli Kagame wiyibagiza ibyaha yakoze, na RPF members,

So that we can fully reconcile,

Every year in November,

Rwandans and Congolese people

pause in a silent moment of remembrance

of children, men and women,

family members and closer friends
died during Kagame wartimes of genocide and

times of forcibly repatriation.

We honor all of those assassinated, machetted , akandoyed by the RPF Nazi during its dreadful crusade across Zaïre hunting those children and women only because they happened to be born Hutus. Even if they died, killed by RPF, under Kagame’s command; we all know that they gave their lives and their futures so that our generation may survive and live in peace.

6,500,000 innocent Hutus, from Congo to Rwanda, from Rwanda to Congo (1990-2003), the pride of our hearts, died among them Congolese Hutus and Hutu refugees (the ever eye-witnesses), the forgotten mass-murder of forcibly returnees (the dark January-February-March 1997), of those who did not flee in 1994 when the 3rd Reich top leader Paul Kagame took power in Rwanda.

Paul Kagame and his RPF wars touched the lives of Rwandans and Congolese people of all ages, assassinated Westerners. He's actually murdering the innocent from all social classes and all ethnic groups, Abatwa, Abahutu and Abatutsi.

Our beloved innocent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters and brothers, sweethearts: they were killed only because they were born Hutus,

with many Tutsis who fled the RPF Nazi,

they refused the RPF fascism and dictatorship,

they were killed because they opposed the Paul Kagame fascist regime,

they wanted freedom and to live in peace.

OF HUTUS

DURING the period of January 1st

Our closest physical and emotional experience

may be the discovery of 1990-2003 wartime memorabilia in our family organization:

Those 1990, 1993, 1995, 1996, 1997 and 2003 Hutus inside and outside Rwanda have never lived in peace. Most of them got mass-murdered by Kagame and his RPF regime.

UNHCR in Murder Conspiracy and genocide: forcible repatriation of Hutus most of them women and children as a Denial of their refugee status.

Two main reasons:

They must be exterminated because they happen to be born Hutu
They are Eye-witnesses of RPF crimes inside and outside of Rwanda

Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
Arbitrary Arrest and/or Detention
Denial of Fair Public Trial across the country
RPF Arbitrary Interference with Privacy, Family, Home or Correspondence, every movement is controlled by LDF,DMI, RDF and or CID.
No Freedom of Speech and Press, Assembly, the situation is daily worsened by the fear of RPF Nazi
No Freedom of Peaceful Assembly and Association has become ancient history.

No Freedom of assembly since Paul Kagame seized power in 1994
No Freedom of Movement within the Country, Foreign Travelers highly controlled by the totalitarian regime, and forcibly Repatriation of Hutu refugees (eye-witnesses of RPF crimes).
Their repatriation is aimed to assassinate all eye witnesses of Kagame and RPF crimes against the Hutu.

The RPF Nazi supports Hutu child prostitution and Trafficking,

Most of Internal Hutus are forced to slavery, our kids, daughters and moms live under prostitution by coercion, kidnapping and daily rape.

The ethnic composition of the population denial has led to the disappearance of the Abatwa as the well-known minority group in Rwanda; their rights are hijacked by RPF Tutsi extremists and genocidaires. Paul Kagame unlawfully has thrown into
prison

the opposition leaders and advocates of Rwandans and assassinated others, under pretext of terrorism on one hand, and telling lies to the world that their programs are perceived as "divisive ." with genocidal ideology on the other hand.

RPF Incitement to Acts of Discrimination at all social levels:

The RPF Nazi regime encourages interior Tutsi to make false accusations against Hutus.

Gacaca courts and TIG were created with the same purpose.

RPF fabrications helped to speed up the extermination of Hutus (using African rights RPF puppet organization supposed created by RPF in London but which has its office in RPF headquarters in Kigali)

The RPF criminal regime promotes the Forced and or Compulsory Labor aimed to enslave million Hutus.
The Hutu child has no guarantee for not being exploited in the organized Hutu child labor. He knows no minimum Age for Employment.

Questions: Since we know Paul Kagame and his RPF are known to be CRIMINALS, so soon or later they will be brought to Justice, Do Rwandans have the right to fight such an illegal and terrorist regime?

Rwandans are waiting for clear answers even though not all of these questions have clear answers. Rwandans day and night cry out for justice and cry out for peace.

The goings-on veneration and adoration of the thuggish tyrant Paul Kagame should end as soon as possible.

Do Rwandans have the right to defend themselves against such a criminal regime? The world community should help Rwandans to find an optimized solution.

How can a well-known criminal individual or regime sign an arrest warrant against survivors (possible eye-witnesses in the trial) of his or her crimes? Does the world has an idea about the records (cleansing and bloodsheds) of those murdered by the Junta Regime inside Rwanda before launching the genocidal war in Congo?

ASI Foundation strongly opposes efforts to single out Survivors fighters against the criminal and terrorist regime and jeopardizes Rwandans freedom fighters actions to topple the genocidaire regime.

The World community needs to listen to Rwandans that are crying out for help.

To be back to the daily bread of the hated and hunted Hutus : There is no denying that Kagame is determined to create in Central Africa and in Rwandan in particular an apartheid regime. The world probalby knows those dwellings “Imidugudu”settled for Hutu expropriations by RPF High ranking civil and military leadership: Kiyovu Nyarutarama have been already emptied from Hutu ethnic members without any compensation. in the coutryside, Hutus were chased away for large-scale farms: "amarancha". Hutus have no longer right to live in towns. Go and check it out. It's a matter of fact. Does the world community realizes it helps (using the money of their taxpayers) the building up of the Rwandan apartheid under the rule of RPF genocidaires led by "General" Paul Kagame?

We ask everyone to light a candle during this month of remembrance in their time zone.

Spread the word, increase support, inform your neighbor and make people aware of killing innocent people, Rwandans and Congolese, and humankind loss.

Caution:

We believe that God's call is always to peace

for ALL RWANDANS and CONGOLESE people, but it is also to justice and mercy. When Paul Kagame and his RPF Nazis are trampled upon with force and impunity, war, we repeat again, war becomes inevitable and even necessary.
It is often the best Rwandans can do when faced with great evil running the country.

Rwandans won’t stop asking why.

Rwandans deserve better.
