William Mitchell College of Law will webcast a conference featuring a high-ranking member of the Rwanda government from 4 to 6 pm Monday, Nov. 28.

“Rwanda Truth and Reconciliation: The Process Begins” will focus on steps Rwanda needs to take to fully recover from the Rwanda Genocide that killed hundreds of thousands of Rwandan people in 1994.

Restrictions on the media, harassment of civil-society activists, opposition figures and journalists as well as the disappearance of some of them pose the “next developmental challenge” for the country, Rice said in a copy of a speech delivered at the Kigali Institute of Science and Technology in the capital today.


“The deepening and broadening of democracy can be the next great achievement of this great country and its remarkable people,” she said. “Economic development and political; openness should reinforce each other.”

"Civil society activists, journalists, and political opponents of the government often fear organizing peacefully and speaking out," Rice said in a speech in the Rwandan capital.


"Some have been harassed. Some have been intimidated by late-night callers. Some have simply disappeared."

French Foreign affairs Minister Allain Juppé disappointed of the ongoing human rights abuses in Rwanda!




Speaking recently at a conference in South Africa, Juppé boldly expressed his concern over human rights abuse to over a hundred dignitaries attending the conference.

The conference entitled New Global Governance was organised by South Africa’s Institute of International Affairs and the French embassy in South Africa.

Participants at the conference included different diplomatic envoys to S.Africa, international researchers and international media practitioners.

Responding to a question from one of the RNC members which required his opinion on what was happening in Rwanda, French foreign affairs Minister Juppé expressed his concern about the ongoing human rights abuses committed by the government of Rwanda.

Juppé who happen to know much about Rwanda’s history said that the violation of human rights in Rwanda deserved an urgent solution and should worry everyone.

Most of the participants appreciated Minister Juppé ‘s concern most especially in such times when the entire International community and activist are also concerned of the ongoing violations of human rights in Rwanda.

Rwandan children, women and elderely people, Rwandan activists and different Rwandan political opposition parties were rallied in Brussels on Saturday November 19th to protest against Paul Kagame dictatorship and His human rights mass violations (montgomery metro station to the Rwanda House Embassy) against his own people. Rwandan political analyst told Umuvugizi news that Minister Juppé’s words were comforting message to all Rwandans that the International community is strongly concerned of what’s taking place in Rwanda.

Qui êtes-vous exactement ?

Je m’appelle Jules Lumumba Onangando. Je suis un militaire proche de feu général André Kisase Ngandu. Nous avons commencé la lutte dans les années 60 avec Kisase et le général Nicolas-Philippe Olenga dès que nous avons appris la mort du Premier ministre Patrice Lumumba en janvier 1961. J’ai fait partie de l’armée fidèle à Antoine Gizenga à Kisangani. Nous étions des nationalistes. C’est à cette époque que j’ai rencontré Laurent-Désiré Kabila, qui était un des nôtres.

Avez-vous rencontré un certain Joseph Kabila à l’étape de Goma ?




Effectivement. « Joseph » était souvent en compagnie de James Kabarebe, alors colonel de l’Armée patriotique rwandaise. « James » l’initiait aux métiers des armes.



On vous l’a dit ou avez-vous été un témoin direct ?



Je l’ai vécu. On entendait dire que c’est un fils Kabila. Etrangement, les autres enfants de LD Kabila autant que ceux de Jean-Claude Kifwa alias Tango Tango – un des neveux de LD Kabila - ne considéraient pas Joseph comme un des leurs. Ils lui déniaient la qualité de membre de leur famille. Nous avons fini par comprendre que Joseph était en réalité le fils d’une des « maîtresses » de Laurent-Désiré.
Est-ce peut-être parce que Joseph est né dans le maquis et a grandi à l’étranger ?

En vérité, Joseph Kabila est un soldat de l’armée patriotique rwandaise. C’est un fait connu de tous. Ce n’est qu’à l’étape de Lubumbashi (avril 1997) qu’une certaine propagande l’a présenté comme le fils de son père, donc Congolais.

Quid alors de Mama Sifa Mahanya ?

Mama Sifa Mahanya n’est pas la mère de Joseph.

Pouvez-vous le démontrer ?

Sifa est une « maman inventée » de toutes pièces pour les besoins de la cause. Il s’agit de crédibiliser l’histoire selon laquelle la mère de Joseph est congolaise. Alors que tous ceux qui ont eu à fréquenter le maquis de Kabila père savent que la génitrice de l’ actuel président est une femme tutsie que le Mzee avait prise à un militaire tutsi qui travaillait avec lui.

Que dites-vous alors de la déclaration solennelle du Grand Chef Kasongo Nyembo selon laquelle « Joseph Kabila est un MulubaKat à cent pour cent » ?

Je me demande si le chef Kasongo Nyembo - que je respecte par ailleurs - n’a pas été « conditionné » pour faire cette annonce

HOW IS IT POSSIBLE THAT US, UK, NL CLOSELY WORK  WITH A RUTHLESS DICTATOR? Does the world realize that some of the United States government members, individuals and some of the British government members, some of the Dutch government members and some individuals from the EU are RWANDAN AND CONGOLESE GENOCIDES PLOTTERS?



Did anybody or anyone inform our readers the best way of finding out the root cause of KAGAME AND RPF's IMPUNITY? Yeah! After the MAPPING REPORT was made public, KAGAME IS STILL INVITED BY SOME CRIMINAL RULERS.... The invisible ruling elite and mastermind of the Rwandan and Congolese genocides will still be there to do these things to us again another day.

The Rwandan Butcher Paul Kagame

AD reader Kana based in California has broken an amazing story on how Kagame has been ditched by Sacramento State University.

The butcher of the Great Lakes Region has been dis-invited.

The Rwandan genocidaire was invited at Sacramento University as the keynote speaker At A GENOCIDE CONFERENCE

Thanks to the ever alert blogger Kamikazi, last week AD revealed how Kagame had found another gullible American university ready to flatter him with awards.
The Rwandan butcher was to deliver the keynote address at the international conference on genocide today on 3 November 2011.The President of Sacramento State University was then to present the dictator with an honorary plaque.
This will not happen.
 
The University has dumped the butcher – Kagame will not set foot at Sacramento State University.

Resistance to Kagame presence at the university has been stiff. The Chairs of the University’s History and Government Departments led the effort of mobilising strong opposition to Kagame’s presence.

AD acknowledges in particular the efforts of the History Professor Michael Vann who played a leading role in dumping the Rwandan dictator.

These faculty members rightly questioned the wisdom of awarding the Rwandan dictator with an honorary plaque in the university’s name. The professors know that Butcher Kagame is war monger and criminal. They know that instead of being honoured with awards, Kagame should be made to account for his crimes in Rwanda and in DRCongo.

To save face, the University has organised a tele-conference via which the Rwandan dictator will give an address without directly soiling their campus.

Bravo the community of Sacramanto State University that bravely said no to the butcher of Rwanda.
Butcher Kagame, your days of killing, terrorising, imprisoning, bullying and exiling Rwandans are numbered.
