Rwanda: Cartographie des crimes

Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.
Let us remember Our People
Let us remember our people, it is our right
You can't stop thinking
Don't you know
Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up
And get their share
SurViVors are gonna rise up
And take what's theirs.
We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors!
Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den
(Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors!
Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights
et up, stand up, don't give up the fight
“I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.”
The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones.
"You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom".

Welcome to Home Truths
The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.
Everybody Hurts
“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

Rwanda-rebranding
Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression
Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE”
Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.
Targeting dissidents abroad
One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives
was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually
incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates
and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques
of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents
overseas.
This should be seen in the context of accusations
that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A
recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan
exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….
Ways To Get Rid of Kagame
How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
- The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
- Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
- Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
- Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
- The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
- The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
- Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

having learned of the arrest of General KARAKE KARENZI in London(UK), under an international arrest warrant and a European arrest warrant issued by the Spanish courts in accordance with international lawand the principles of international law:
DECLARE
I.- In the absence of a judicial enquiry by the International CriminalTribunal for Rwanda or the national courts of Rwanda and theDemocratic Republic of Congo into the circumstances surrounding theviolent death of our relatives in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic ofCongo, we found ourselves compelled to press criminal chargesbefore the Spanish
courts.
II.- After over three years of judicial investigation at national andinternational levels, the Central Court of Instruction No. 4 of theNational Court issued a reasoned indictment, laying out detailedprima facie evidence on 40 senior military officers of the RwandanPatriotic Army (RPA / RPF) for criminal acts committed betweenOctober 1, 1990 and July 1, 2002, both in Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo (http://www.veritasrwandaforum.org/dosier/resol_auto_esp_06022008.pdf). These 40 senior military officers areunder investigation for their alleged involvement in genocide, crimesagainst humanity, war crimes, crimes of terrorism or association to anarmed group with terrorist intent.
III.- The arrest of General KARAKE KARENZI in London (UK)represents a major step forward towards the end of impunity forinternational crimes carried out during that period in those two
African countries, which has caused -and continues to cause- so much suffering to individuals, families and communities of differentnationalities and peoples.
IV.- We, the families of the Spanish victims, express once again oursolidarity and sympathy to all the survivors of human rights abuses, andthe families of victims of violent death in Rwanda and the DemocraticRepublic of the Congo at that time, regardless of their age, gender, ethnicity, nationality or any other status. In their memory, and afterdecades of having being ignored as victims, particularly the countlessRwandan and Congolese victims, each and everyone have the right totruth, justice, reparation and guarantees of non-recurrence.
REQUEST
First.- In accordance with universal human rights and applicableinternational law, we request that a trial affording all legal guarantees toboth defendants and victims takes place.
Second.- To the Spanish authorities:
- That, in compliance with international obligations and treaties towhich Spain is party, legal validation is provided to the direct delivery andreception of General KARAKE KARENZI arrested under a European
arrest warrant issued by the Spanish courts.
- That once the arrested General KARAKE KARENZI is in Spain underthe Spanish jurisdiction, and after any required procedures and possiblecomplementary research, an oral trial is opened to prosecute the facts subject of
research in this cause of justice.
- That request again from the authorities of the Republic of SouthAfrica, in accordance with the unanimous decision of the Government
of Spain dated September 17, 2010( http://www.veritasrwandaforum.org/dosier/sol_extrad/100917_consejo_ministros.pdf ) the arrest and surrender of General KAYUMBANYAMWASA, under international arrest warrant and demand forextradition of the Central Court of Instruction No. 4 of the AudienciaNacional (Spanish courts of justice), recalling that both Spain andSouth Africa are states party to the European Convention on
Extradition.
Third.- To the British authorities:
- That, in compliance with the international obligations and treaties towhich the United Kingdom is party, legal validation is provided to the
direct delivery of General KARAKE KARENZI arrested under aEuropean arrest warrant issued by the Spanish courts.
- That the situation of arrest remains, at the disposal of the courtsuntil released to the Spanish judicial authorities.
Fourth.- To the international community:
- That considering that the criminal acts that took place betweenOctober 1, 1990 and July 1, 2002 in Rwanda and the DemocraticRepublic of Congo are under investigation by the Spanish courts sincemost of them do not fall within the temporal jurisdiction of theInternational Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda based in Arusha, Tanzania(1994) nor that of the International Criminal Court based in TheHague, Netherlands (July 1, 2002 onwards), cooperation from theauthorities of the states of the international community and members ofthe United Nations is sought in order to deliver the defendants for thepurpose of conducting a trial with all legal guarantees underapplicable international law.

IN SUMMARY
·
Lt Gen Emmanuel Karenzi Karake was arrested on
Saturday at Heathrow Airport as he prepared to board a plane back home from an
official mission.
·
According to reports in the UK, Gen Karake was
arrested on a European Arrest Warrant based on the 2008 indictments by Spanish
Judge Fernando Andreu Merelles.
·
President Paul Kagame has also on many occasions
spoken out against the indictments.
The decision by the United
Kingdom to arrest the head of Rwanda’s National Intelligence and Security
Services (NISS) is likely to spark a diplomatic row between Kigali and London.
Lt Gen Emmanuel Karenzi
Karake's arrest on Saturday at Heathrow Airport as he prepared to board a plane
back home from an official mission was based on indictments on war crimes
issued by a Spanish Judge in 2008 on 40 senior Rwandan army officers.
On Tuesday, the British High
Commission in Kigali issued a statement confirming the arrest by UK’s
Metropolitan Police on June 20 on behalf of the authorities in Spain.
“This was a legal obligation,
following the issue of a valid European arrest warrant,” the statement reads in
part.
The EastAfrican understands that Rwanda's
Minister of Foreign Affairs Louise Mushikiwabo has already arrived in London
for talks with UK authorities over the arrest of the 54-year old General, who
had reportedly travelled to London to attend an international meeting on
security.
In a post on her official
twitter account Tuesday, Ms Mushikiwabo decried the action by the UK government
as based on "lunacy".
"Western solidarity in
demeaning Africans is unacceptable!! It is an outrage to arrest #Rwandan
official based on pro-genocidaires lunacy!"
Rwanda’s Minister of Justice
Johnston Busingye confirmed on Monday night that Gen Karake was prevented from
boarding a flight home, detained and arraigned before a magistrate’s court in
Westminster, with another appearance scheduled for Thursday.
'Genocide, crimes against
humanity'
Gen Karake, who has served in
different high ranking army and UN Peacekeeping positions, was arrested on a
European Arrest Warrant based on the 2008 indictments by Spanish Judge Fernando
Andreu Merelles.
The judge accused 40 Rwandan
military and political leaders of the ruling Rwanda Patriotic Front/Army of
engaging in reprisal killings and mass massacres in the years that followed the
1994 Genocide against the Tutsi.
Mr Merelles indicted the
officials for genocide, crimes against humanity and terrorism which resulted in
the deaths of hundreds of thousands of civilians, including eight Spaniards.
The Rwandan government vehemently denied the accusations.
Over the years, Kigali
dismissed the indictments and questioned their credibility, labelling them
“politically motivated”. President Paul Kagame has also on many occasions
spoken out against the indictments.
“The Bruguière (French Judge
Jean Louis) and Spanish indictments were created to merely inconvenience
Rwandans because they are hinged on no genuine legal premise and are not meant
to serve any justice or cause.
“For universal jurisdictions
to be credible, it has to go both ways and not the situation where we only have
some powerful nations having jurisdictions over less powerful ones,” President
Kagame said in 2012.
Diplomatic spat
The arrest of one of Rwanda’s
most senior military men is likely to spark diplomatic tension between the two
countries that have been good allies over the last 21 years. UK has been
Rwanda’s biggest foreign donor for over a decade now.
Kigali is also questioning the
motive and timing of the arrest.
“Gen Karake has travelled to
the UK on many occasions on official duty. There are questions as to why the
arrest happened now and not on the many times he has travelled there before,” a
military source told The EastAfrican.
The incident is reminiscent of
2008 when German authorities arrested Rose Kabuye, then head of President
Kagame’s Protocol, and handed her over to French authorities.
The arrest of Ms Kabuye
further strained already tense diplomatic ties between Rwanda and France. In
2006, Rwanda expelled the French and closed their embassy in Kigali after a
French Judge issued indictments against senior RPF officials.
While Ms Mushikiwabo is in the
UK to try diffuse the situation, it is not yet clear what measures Rwanda would
take if the UK decides to hand him over to Spanish authorities

June 1, 2015 02:14 Analysis
There is a western tale about an emperor who liked
showing off during ceremonies he organised at his palace, pretending how great
and intelligent he was. Two weavers proposed to make for him an invisible cloth
that would only be appreciated by clever people, but stupid ones, because of
their ignorance, would be incapable since they wouldn’t be able to see it.
The weavers extorted a lot of money from the emperor
to process the cloth. Once finished they made him wear it. While totally naked
but with the invisible cloth on, he walked among his subjects in the hall of
the banquet. None of his terrorized people could say a thing for fear of being
considered as stupid. It was only a child who in the audience told her parents
she was with – and speaking quite in a noticeable way – that the emperor was
naked.
This is the tale that the piece initially written on
08.05.15 in Kinyarwanda by the editor of theRwandan, Marc Matabaro, reminds me
of. He asked me to translate it for English speakers. First and foremost
he will forgive me if I don’t, in his views or those who will have read the
other version, manage to reproduce fully what he meant in his original text. He
should be however assured that I will have done my best. Please find below the
translation.
Burundi-Rwanda: as president
Kagame climbs to the top, he is more and more showing his true picture (of
nakedness) exposing himself
While the situation in Burundi is
worsening by the day, and people are more preoccupied by what is going on in
that country, in Rwanda instead those supporting president Kagame are busy
fabricating necessary citizens’ signatures and being ready for the change of
the constitution.

Translation of the message Subject: Changing Article 101 of the
constitution We are asking staff to fill in the sheets attached to this email
so article 101 can be changed to enable H.E. Paul Kagame to be eligible for
another term and lead us again. Staff must write down their identity details
and sign. Completed sheets need to be sent back to Jean and Andre from HR.
Those sheets are needed not late than 13/5/2015. Aaron Turamye
It was reported that the Rwandan parliament had so far received2
million signaturesrequesting change of the
constitution to allow president Kagame to participate in the next presidential
elections. Let me remind you that two million is the same number as the one of
those sentenced by Gacaca courts which judged one side and one ethnic group
only.
While the Rwandan regime is fuelling chaos in Burundi and even trying to
tarnish president Nkurunziza’s image internationally,President
Kagame has this time expressed where he stood on the Burundian case. It’s true his views were normally known, but what was missing was the
platform for their public announcement.
On the opposite of his colleague, in order to show that he is liked by his
citizens, president Kagame confirmed that president Nkurunziza’s compatriots
don’t want him; it is questionable if president Kagame organised any surveys to
measure the likelihood of his assertion! “If your own citizens tell you
we don’t want you to lead us, how do you say I am staying whether you want me
or not,”said Kagame.

In Rwanda there is no respect of human rights, and for that reason
president Kagame is not entitled to be teaching democracy to Burundians.
What president Kagame forgets
is that president Nkurunziza, accepts at least that those who don’t want him to
voice their grievances publicly, while in the case of Rwanda there is no
respect of human rights, and for that reason president Kagame is not entitled
to be teaching democracy to Burundians.
While president Kagame accuses president Nkurunziza of bad governance and
consequently claims that his citizens are requesting his removal, president Kagame
forgets deliberately what he said publicly when he announced when he won’t have someone to replace him at the
end of his term in office, he will have failed.
President
Kagame made the accusation far away from Rwanda at a conference organised by St Gallen University in Switzerland
during its annual symposium; it is well documented when Rwanda is planning to
get involved in regional suspicious operations, president Kagame makes sure he
is outside of his country.
From tangible evidence president Kagame is more and more showing who he is
and how he is involved in the Burundian crisis. Rwandan security services
searched for Burundians on their payroll in Burundi and linked them with
Belgian lawyer Me
Bernard Maingain who normally represents RPF’s interests in the case of the
shooting down president Habyarimana’s plane. The plan was to fabricate factual elements that might show that there
were plans for a genocide in Burundi then send them to UN. This Maingain
confirms that Burundi is on the verge of using Interahamwe and FDLR to execute
the genocidal plan.
This strategy goes hand in hand with the
recruitment of some Burundian politicians. There is evidence that even foreign
organisations appear to be implicated.
Furthermore, there is the Burundian class of politicians who want to get into
power without passing through elections and therefore oppose
the holding of planned elections.
The observed vivid discreditation of president Nkurunziza is accompanied
with the ongoing crazy hype in Rwanda where on every inch of the
territory almost
all citizens and associations, except the Catholic
Church, are being asked to write
letters requesting change to the constitution. There are even those
apparently reported
saying that if president Kagame was not allowed to be elected again, they were
ready to die!
The way things are evolving is that every effort is being put into the
forced signing of testimonies of support so that the operation is completed by
the end of the month. Speculators confirm that president Kagame wants to change
the constitution while people are preoccupied and distracted by the Burundian
crisis, given the fact that the
Rwandan regime is actively supporting those opposed to President Nkurunziza by
giving them channels of expression.A fast track referendum
appears to be very plausible because the international community is more
seriously preoccupied by the Burundi crisis (than anything else), in the sense
that if that Rwandan referendum on its constitution could be done without major
incident that “would oppose that will of the people,” given that there is
already 2 million testimonies of support to show whoever would be doubtful.
There is not much to say about such referendum since we know well how Rwandan
elections are run and rigged. In addition to changing the constitution, by so doing allowing president
Kagame to rule indefinitely or become a king, in the coming days Rwandans will
be soon asked to be praying a god called
Kagame!Even though the RPF regime carries on intimidating and oppressing Rwandans,
there are however some among them who have overcome their fear, so much so that
Kagame and his government cannot hope 100% that there won’t be any huddles
given that there are anonymous
tracks in Rwanda, particularly
in university circles, calling the youth to rise against president Kagame.

With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries.
My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity.
This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.
Genocide masterminded by RPF
Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out.
After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason
Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
