A Candle For Remembering

A Candle For Remembering
May this memorial candle lights up the historical past of our beloved Country: Rwanda, We love U so much. If Tears could build a stairway. And memories were a lane. I would walk right up to heaven. To bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before I knew it And. Only Paul Kagame knows why. My heart still aches with sadness. And secret tears still flow. What It meant to lose you. No one will ever know.

Rwanda: Cartographie des crimes

Rwanda: cartographie des crimes du livre "In Praise of Blood, the crimes of the RPF" de Judi Rever Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.

Let us remember Our People

Let us remember our people, it is our right

You can't stop thinking

Don't you know Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution It sounds like a whisper The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up And get their share SurViVors are gonna rise up And take what's theirs. We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors! Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den (Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors! Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights et up, stand up, don't give up the fight “I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.” The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones. "You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom". Malcolm X

Welcome to Home Truths

The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.

Everybody Hurts

“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

KAGAME - GENOCIDAIRE

Paul Kagame admits ordering...

Paul Kagame admits ordering the 1994 assassination of President Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda.

Why did Kagame this to me?

Why did Kagame this to me?
Can't forget. He murdered my mother. What should be my reaction? FYI: the number of orphans in Rwanda has skyrocketed since the 1990's Kagame's invasion. Much higher numbers of orphans had and have no other option but joining FDLR fighters who are identified as children that have Lost their Parents in Kagame's Wars inside and outside of Rwanda. If someone killed your child/spouse/parent(s) would you seek justice or revenge? Deep insight: What would you do to the person who snuffed the life of someone I love beyond reason? Forgiving would bring me no solace. If you take what really matters to me, I will show you what really matters. NITUTIRWANAHO TUZASHIRA. IGIHE KIRAGEZE.If democracy is to sell one's motherland(Africa), for some zionits support, then I prefer the person who is ready to give all his live for his motherland. Viva President Putin!!!

RPF committed the unspeakable

RPF committed the unspeakable
The perverted RPF committed the UNSPEAKABLE.Two orphans, both against the Nazi world. Point is the fact that their parents' murder Kagame & his RPF held no shock in the Western world. Up to now, the Rwandan Hitler Kagame and his death squads still enjoy impunity inside and outside of Rwanda. What goes through someone's mind as they know RPF murdered their parents? A delayed punishment is actually an encouragement to crime, In Praise of the ongoing Bloodshed in Rwanda. “I always think I am a pro-peace person but if someone harmed someone near and dear to me, I don't think I could be so peaceful. I would like to believe that to seek justice could save millions of people living the African Great Lakes Region - I would devote myself to bringing the 'perp' along to a non-happy ending but would that be enough? You'd have to be in the situation I suppose before you could actually know how you would feel or what you would do”. Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, Libre Penseur

Rwanda-rebranding

Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE” Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.

PORTLAND COMMUNICATIONS, FRIENDS OF RWANDA, GPLUS, BTP ADVISERS
AND BTP MARK PURSEY, THE HOLMES REPORT AND BRITISH FIRM RACEPOINT GROUP

HAVE ALWAYS WORKING ON THE REBRANDING OF RWANDA AND WHITEWASHING OF KAGAME’S CRIMES
Targeting dissidents abroad One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents overseas. This should be seen in the context of accusations that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….

Ways To Get Rid of Kagame

How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
  1. The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
  2. Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
  3. Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
  4. Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
  5. The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
  6. The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
  7. Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

KAGAME VS JUSTICE

"The world is stopping its ears because a larger ideology has been put into circulation, compared to which everything else is relative. Genocide become ‘ideological’ then works like a blank check that the current US administration has issued to Rwanda and Uganda to do anything they want to all the communities around in total impunity."

This last week we have seen a surge of articles in western media aiming to legitimize Paul Kagame's ongoing election rigging. Newsweek on the one hand gave a free ride to Rwanda's Foreign Minister to portray the regime in a very favorable light. The Guardian and Time on the other hand have published articles in which they try to put Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza's political party in a negative light without giving her a chance to react to their venomous slander and unproven allegations. Alex Perry has done so by intentionally misquoting her. Matteo Fagotto does so by quoting some anonymous opposition figure and concluding "The shortcomings of the opposition (he means UDF-Ingkingi) are undeniable".
Christophe Munzihirwa, Archbishop in Bukavu until his assassination by Paul Kagame's thugs in 1996, witnessed RPF crimes from very close range from 1994 to 1996 and informed the world:

Let me remind the readers that Paul Kagame is responsable for counter-genocide in Congo, as reported for example by Newsweek in 2003:

The funeral of Monsignor Emmanuel Kataliko [© Associated Press/LaPresse

"For years, Rwanda mercilessly pursued Hutu refugees on the run in Congo. This campaign, still ongoing in some areas, amounted to a counter-genocide, but the World was unwilling or unable to stop it. During the overthrow of Mobutu in 1996, Rwandan troops systematically went to Congolese villages killing all the Hutus they could find. They massacred as many as 350,000 Hutu refugees, former U.S.

Assistant Secretary of State Herman Cohen estimates.

"The embarrassed USA and Great Britain are seeking a way out but are worried the removal of Kagame may interfere with the peace process in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) or lead to another genocide in Rwandan and Eastern DRC" a Western diplomat in Kinshasa told AfroAmerica Network.

When all hell broke loose in 1996, the invasion of Congo by Rwandan troops disguised as Congolese rebels, Christophe Munzihirwa was archbishop in Bukavu . The representatives of the UNHCR had left Bukavu when it became clear that the attack by RPF troops was imminent, leaving Christophe Munzihirwa behind. Together with Spanish missionaries hee stood by refugees until 29 october 1996, the day he was Assassinated. Joseph Mukabalera has written a thesis on Christophe Munzihirwa work for refugees in Bukavu 1994 to 1996 at the ULB (Université Libre de Bruxelles). On wikipedia we read:

"Specifically during the attack on the city of Bukavu and the beginning of the massacres of Hutu refugees in South Kivu in the DRC (former Zaire) by the army of Paul Kagame. Officials of the High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) had packed up, well before October 1996 and the attack on the DRC (formerly Zaire) was imminent. The first victim of this attack was Archbishop Christophe Munzihirwa. He had spared no effort to help refugees (since they had come into Congo in 1994).
The night of his assassination, he had helped two tutsi trappist sisters to a place where they felt safe. The humanitarian and moral support by the Archbishop to Rwandan refugees from 1994 to 1996 had attracted the wrath of the RPF government in Rwanda against the catholic priests and brotherhoods of the DRC. This explains why Bishop Munzihirwa and Spanish missionaries were the first target of an armed commando when the town of Bukavu and the Hutu refugee camps were attacked."

Paul Kagame's RPF systematic assassinations of catholic priests in the DRC reminds us of the horrific crimes by Russia's communist revolutionaries in 1918

Those who claim peace in the great lakes region is served by revolutionaries like Paul Kagame have taken a wrong exit at some point. I am amazed that a Republican like James Inhofe supports a guy that has more revolutionary credentials then Che Guevara or Fidel Castro combined.
Or is it that liberal and anti-christian journalists like Alex Perry did not care about the fact that Catholic priests were butchered by Paul Kagame in Congo? That could be an explanation why Christophe Munzihirwa won't pop up in articles about Congo in English media.
Josh Trevino, co-founder of Redstate, Chuck Devore's campaign manager (Republican) recently twittered: "It's probably past time for Paul Kagame to go". As Huckabee blogger during the primaries, I fully agree! Which reminds me of Mike's words when he made his candidacy official in New Hampshire:
"what makes this a great country is when its citizens take their responsibility seriously as citizens, and stand not because of the outcome but because of their hearts, their souls and what they truely believe is important for America."
Exactedly, that's what makes a country great, when citizens stand up, like Archbishop Christophe Munzihirwa, for what they truely believe in.

The Dutch Government Foreign Affairs Minister Maxime Verhagen recently answered questions (google translated) in Parliament concerning Rwanda's election. (These answers were published online in Dutch on 30-7-2010).

Dutch version can be found here.

The rush transcript shows that the Dutch government refutes all claims by the Rwandan opposion parties of Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, Frank Habineza and Ntaganda that the process sofar has been rigged and since july the Dutch government is apparently copresiding the Rwandan National Electoral Commission.

The translated answer by Maxime Verhagen which specifically refutes an important claim by the Permanent Consultative Council of Opposition Parties states:

"The claim of the PCC that the independence of the National Electoral Commission (NEC) would only be guaranteed through the participation of opposition is not shared by me. The PCC is the fact that the chairman of the NEC is a member of the RPF. Neutrality, however, effectively monitored by the co-chair a donor. Netherlands since July 2010 as co-chairman of the NEC is active and is also responsible for setting the agenda and it is taken up by specific topics.
The NEC is directly involved in the process for the adjustment of the electoral law and also responsible for the electoral process. The NEC shall also ensure that the fairness of the campaign, eg by checking that the media focus on their current four candidates distribute evenly. The registration of presidential candidates was held at the NEC. "

On Frank Habineza the statement by Maxime Verhagen states that his party wanted to participate without fulfilling all condition, which is (my translation) " participating without holding a founding meeting, which is considered contrary to Rwandan constitution." A statement that totally ignores the fact that the Rwandan government has made it impossible, through Kafkaesk measures, for the Green Party to hold such a meeting.

I advise those holding a meeting in August 3 in DC "Rwandan Elections: Implications for Peace and Stability in Rwanda and the Great Lakes Region" to carefully read the transcript and to specifically adress the fact that the Dutch government is now member of the Rwandan NEC.
Has anyone in the world ever seen a foreign government be part of a National Electoral Commission?

Don't think that this is history. It is not. It is happening right here, and it's happening right now in Rwanda.

Abuses of Human Rights in Rwanda – January to July 2010

It involved a large-scale purge of the RPF political party and the RPF government officials, repression of the Hutu community from intellectuals to peasants, the RPF leadership, and the persecution of  the Tutsi democrates, characterized by the RPF widespread police surveillance, widespread suspicion of "genocide deniers", disapperarances, imprisonment following the campaign of Hutu intellectuals by Kagame's permanent free labor force "Gacaca", torture in prison, RPF secret services terror and intimidations, executions and mass-murder. Every single day, the Hutu prisoners are made to lie face down and beaten on the soles of their feet and their spine with a rubber strap.

Commonwealth to monitor Rwanda's 2010 election? Which election, a one-man-show?
Number of people executed:Since 2003, Kagame dispatches th elocal defense forces throughout the country and proceed to execute hundred thousands of having ties with the FDLR or acused of carrying out the genocidal ideology. Many are subsequently shot dead .
 My brother Kyomuhendo-Ateenyi posted on his face book wall a link to a profile of Gen. Kagame of Rwanda who is milking life from all Rwandans who attempt not to think like him. On following this link; http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/world/africa/10479882.stm , the BBC story shocked me by the level of repression being practiced in Rwanda. The story lists the individuals that have been assassinated or harassed for opposing Kagame. I will adopt the list as it is;
◦1995: Journalist Manasse Mugabo disappears in Kigali; not seen again

◦1996: First post-genocide Interior Minister Seth Sendashonga and businessman Augustin Bugirimfura shot dead in Nairobi

◦1998: Journalist Emmanuel Munyemanzi disappears from Kigali; body spotted in city but not returned to family

◦1998: RPF MP and government intelligence chief before the genocide Theoneste Lizinde assassinated in Nairobi

◦2000: First post-genocide President Pasteur Bizimungu’s adviser, Asiel Kabera, shot dead in Kigali
◦2003: EX-RPF officer and top judge Augustin Cyiza and magistrate Eliezar Runyaruka disappear from Kigali; not seen again

◦2003: Opposition MP Leonard Hitimana disappears from Kigali; not seen again

◦2010: Ex-RPF officer Faustin Kayumba Nyamwasa shot and wounded in Johannesburg

◦2010: Journalist Jean-Leonard Rugambage gunned down in Kigali

◦2010: Reporter Dominique Makeli survives abduction in Kampala

In May, Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Johnnie Carson announced that the U.S. government plans to send a dozen teams of election observers to Rwanda before the Aug. 9 polls, but many Rwandans now say they will only be wasting U.S. taxpayers’ money.

“There is no reason to vote if you don’t have a choice.” – Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza

“Why do people seriously think of going there to observe elections?” asked Charles Kambanda, an American of Rwandan origin, former member of Kagame’s RPF Party and former professor at Makarere University in Kampala, Uganda. “Which elections are they going to observe? There is nothing to be observed, because what we have is a one-man show. What we have is a situation where the government has created the so-called opposition.

In this pre-1997 map, Congo is shown as Zaire.“The RPF has kicked out all the real opposition leaders. They are either under house arrest, like Ms. Victoire Ingabire, or in prison like Me Ntaganda Bernard or they are already dead or they are in exile.”

“Foreign election observers planning to go to Rwanda to observe the ‘election’ this August are wasting time and money,” said Aimable Mugara. “I would recommend that they stay in their countries and write their reports based on all the insane actions Gen. Kagame’s ruling party has taken since the beginning of this year, actions that make this so-called election null and void.”

The United States government has provided not only election observers but also over $1,034,000,000 in United States taxpayer-funded foreign assistance to Rwanda since 2000. An additional $240,200,000 is proposed in the president’s fiscal year 2011 budget.

Purge of the the intellectuals: most of them accused of gencide ideology. Widespread arrests and arbitrary executions of the Hutu intellectuals. Many books and writings were destroyed (large numbers were burnt) to make easier the re-writing of the Rwandan History. RPF deputy chair Tito Rutaremara and Antoine Mugesera have ordered the destructions of all books contrary to the RPF ideology and Kagame'scenario of the chronological events of the Rwandan History.

Political Repression in Rwanda: Widespread Arrests of Journalists and Opposition Politicians

Many are imprisoned and 1,500died in prisons and 8,000 to 21,000 in concentration camps. Repression and Terror: Kagame in Control as he said nobody can't make a coup d'Etat. Kagame set the stage for gaining absolute power by employing police repression against opposition elements within the RPF organization. The machinery of coercion had previously been used only against Hutus, not against RPF members themselves. We saw execution of the interior Tutsi and recently the attempt of assassination  of the General kayumba nyamwasa, ....who are expelled from the party.

Paul Kagame eliminates all likely potential opposition to his leadership and is the unchallenged leader accross the country. Nevertheless, he proceeds to purge the RPF rank and file and to terrorize the entire country with widespread arrests and executions. During the ensuing Great Terror, which includes the notorious show trials of General Nyamwasa and reaches its peak recently, millions of innocent Hutu Rwandans are actually sent off to labor camps or killed in prison.

Since 1994, Kagame manages to bring both the RPF and the public to a state of complete submission to his rule. The RPF regime is so atomized and the people so fearful of reprisals that mass arrests are no longer necessary. General Kagame rules as absolute dictator of Rwanda throughout 1994-2009.
Other victims are nobility and political and academic figures, along with some ordinary Hutu ethnic menbers. Mass graves containing hundreds of executed Hutus monks and civilians are discovered daily in different places.
Condition for "confessing"

The wide purge :
Although the trials of Hutu intellectuals are widely publicized, the hundreds of thousands of other arrests and executions are not reported to the public opinion.

Kagame is personally and intimately involved in the RPF terror against the Rwandan Hutu and interior Tutsis. The arrested are accused of conspiring with the terrorist groups namely FDLR and the genocide deniers to assassinate Kagame and other RPF leaders, dismember the RPF government and restore the democratic regime.
We have a duty to act. The international community could wait no longer to achieve peace, end tragedy in Rwanda, and fight the RPF terrorism. “We can wait no longer.”
Mass graves and memorials.
United Nations soldiers believe they have uncovered mass graves in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), where hundreds of civilians executed by Rwandan soldiers were buried.
The discovery of those mass graves of the assassinated of Hutu refugees did not destroy Rwanda's image as a country that recovered from genocide to become one of east Africa's most benign and stable regimes.
These mass graves, the largest of their kind so far found in the region, are expected to provide evidence of the atrocities carried out by the Rwandan army and put international pressure on the Rwandan and Congolese governments to investigate the killings.

JUSTICE, TRUTH SEEKING, PEACE LOVING PEOPLE OF THE GREATLAKES REGION OF EAST AND CENTRAL AFRICA, AND ALL WELL WISHERS LIVING IN THE UNITED KINGDOM; IT IS YOUR TURN TO COME OUT AND BE COUNTED!

Rwanda's Tutsi-led government is oppressing Hutus in throughout Rwanda  and in the neighboring Uganda and the ethnic divisions that sparked Rwanda's 1994 genocide have re-emerged.

"They squeezed my neck attempting to strangle me. I pretended that I was dead," he said. "They moved a short distance from me and one of them made a phone call."
Speaking in Rwanda's Kinyarwanda language, the attacker reported that Uwimana was dead, and "they should send a vehicle to take away my dead body."

BRUTAL REGIMES: Apocalypse in Central Africa: Ongoing repression, war crimes, and U.S. involvement

"As a key partner, we are very happy to be working with the Rwandan Defense Force as they seek to improve their capacity to do various peacekeeping missions as well as contribute in other ways to bringing peace to this region. And what we’re doing as a part of this visit is demonstrating to our Rwandan friends that we indeed are a committed partner… And by so doing, that stability is felt around the world…" (General William E. Ward, U.S. Africa Command/AFRICOM/Press conference, Kigali, Rwanda, 22 April 2010)

Rwandan Defense Minister Gen. James Kabarebe (R)—indicted for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide in Central Africa—speaks to US AFRICOM chief General William Ward, on a recent visit in Rwanda, July 2010. (Photo credit AFRICOM.)
The U.S. "War on Terror" destabilizes popular governments, communities, and indigenous societies all over the globe. This has occurred more than anywhere else in the Great Lakes region of Africa, where people face absolute terrorism and grotesque atrocities–the complete destruction of everything they know–a.k.a. genocide.
But genocide in Congo is off the agenda, in keeping with the prerogatives of private profit, western big business, white supremacy, and the politics of genocide.[0]

The U.S. has for years intervened in the region–U.S. multinational Union Carbide, for example, was in control of the SOMIKIVU mines in the Congo’s Kivu provinces in the early 1960′s–but through an expanding military partnership with key agents in Central Africa since 1980, the U.S. interventions have produced an unprecedented loss of life facilitated by direct U.S. government polices, covert military operations and guerrilla warfare, all cloaked in euphemisms of "peacekeeping, " "humanitarianism" and "development. "
Now Rwanda and Uganda (Ethiopia right behind them) have become the Pentagon’s primary bases of operations in Africa, from which scores of millions of dollars of military hardware and Pentagon-trained African proxy warriors are routed into Congo and Burundi, but also far beyond these to the Pentagon’s theaters of operation in Sudan, Ethiopia, Kenya, Somalia–even to Afghanistan, Iraq, and Haiti.

MASSIVE UNPRECEDENTED SILENCE

The United States has a long history of supporting brutal regimes. The western mass media system provides cover stories and blankets the truth with propaganda campaigns–a business area formally known as "perception management"–devised by corporate nationalist foundation think tanks like the Center for American Progress, the Atlantic Council and the Council on Foreign Relations.
General Augusto Pinochet came to power in a coup d’etat on the other September 11 in 1973. The United States backed Pinochet’s reign of terror in Chile and other perpetrators of mass atrocities in Guatemala, Nicaragua, Peru, Honduras, Bolivia, and El Salvador. In the 1980′s mainstream western photographers images of decapitated and dismembered bodies strewn across the verdant land were rarely published by the establishment press. "Disappearing" as a terror tactic became routine–a product of western military ‘training’ from the School of the Americas. The people on the ground resisted, even as entire generations of families and whole communities were obliterated. Perpetrators were known but rarely held accountable; General Augusto Pinochet died in 2006, with 300 Chilean charges and several international war crimes charges against him.

Support real freedom and democracy in Africa

by the Africa Faith and Justice Network, Friends of the Congo, Hotel Rwanda/Rusesabagina Foundation, International Humanitarian Law Institute of Minnesota, Institute for Policy Studies, Mobilization for Justice and Peace in Congo, African SurVivors International and Pro Justitia.

President Obama said, in his 2009 speech in Accra, Ghana, that America should support strong institutions and not strong men. However, in the case of Rwanda, this has been no more than rhetoric. Rwandans, like most Africans, cheered Obama’s election, hoping that it might signal a new, more peaceful and cooperative relationship between the U.S. and Africa, but Obama has expanded AFRICOM, the U.S. Africa Command, and now he remains silent as Rwanda’s strongman, President Paul Kagame, prepares a sham presidential election to retain his brutal grip on power.
On Aug. 3, in Washington D.C., we, Africa advocates, will gather at the National Press Club to call on President Obama and the U.S. State Department not to recognize the legitimacy of Rwanda’s upcoming Aug. 9 election results and to stop militarizing Africa and supporting repressive regimes.
“The U.S. policy has been to support strongmen,” says Maurice Carney, executive director of Friends of the Congo. “And at the head of the class is Paul Kagame, who has received military support, weapons, training and intelligence and as a result has been able to invade Rwanda's neighbor, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and sustain proxy militia fighting there to rob the Congolese people of their natural resources. He has contributed to the death of over 6 million people in Congo and to the destabilization of Africa’s whole Great Lakes region.”

The American free press and mainstream media are culpable for ignoring this grievous attack on the press and the opposition. The situation in Rwanda should be a prominent part of the current news cycle.

Yesterday, Lydia, doing undergraduate research in Rwanda wrote on her blog:

"His picture is EVERYWHERE – on bumper-stickers, framed on the walls of offices and classrooms, printed on pins, t-shirts, mugs, etc"

The same day we read at Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza's facebook page:

(Kampala) - The Burundian authorities should release Jean Claude Kavumbagu, a journalist arrested on treason charges on July 17, 2010, the Committee to Protect Journalists, the East and Horn of Africa Human Rights Defenders Project, and Human Rights Watch said today. The arrest violates his right to free expression, the groups said.

"W'll tie you up and shoot you".
Burundi : Government cancels work of Human Rights Watch Researcher.

"Kavumbagu's arrest is a big step backward for freedom of expression in Burundi. His continued detention and prosecution will have a chilling effect, sending a message that no criticism of the security forces is tolerated. The charges should be dropped immediately".
Rona Peligal, Africa director

Kavumbagu, editor of the online news service Net Press, is believed to have been arrested for a July 12 article in which he criticized Burundi's security forces and questioned their ability to defend the country against attack. The article was in response to the July 11 bombings in Kampala, Uganda and threats from the Somali insurgent group al-Shabaab to target Burundi because of the presence of Burundian troops in the African Union Mission in Somalia (AMISOM).

"Kavumbagu's arrest is a big step backward for freedom of expression in Burundi," said Rona Peligal, Africa director at Human Rights Watch. "His continued detention and prosecution will have a chilling effect, sending a message that no criticism of the security forces is tolerated. The charges should be dropped immediately."

In the article, Kavumbagu wrote that, "the anxiety has been palpable in Bujumbura and all those who have heard about [the bombings] yesterday in Kampala were convinced that if the al-Shabaab militants wanted to try ‘something' in our country, they would succeed with disconcerting ease, [given that] our defense and security forces shine in their capacity to pillage and kill their compatriots rather than defend our country.
The authorities charged Kavumbagu with treason under article 570 of Burundi's criminal code, which penalizes "any Burundian who, in times of war... knowingly participates in an attempt to demoralize the Army or the Nation, with the object of weakening national defense." The penalty for treason is life in prison.

Hundreds of thousands of Rwandans are imprisoned, thousands of Rwandans are murdered and the Hutu majority live in fear for the CRIME of demanding democratic rights in Rwanda.
Democratic governments, international organizations, and nongovernmental organizations  poorly respond to the build-up of the bloody dictatorship in Rwanda.

Foreign threat :Machiavelli in action.
  1. Great Britain - Stay away from Rwandans, GB backs the crual dictator in Rwanda because Kagame will help British interests in the short term
  2. The biased British media's reporting on Rwanda
  3. Bill Clinton/Tony Blair's continually interfering in the Rwandan political process, this inevitably will end in trouble
  4.  Stop selling arms to Kagame and to RPF government, doing so you're creating the very conditions of consumming Kagame's unfinished Rwandan genocide.
  5. I am in Captivity due to Kagame's protection by US and UK

General Kagame still plays an important political and military role to the detriment of the Civil and Human Rights of millions of oppressed Rwandans.

[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination with an iron hand, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus), mass-arrests and mass-murder by the RPF criminal organization.
So long as justice and accountability for RPF past and current crimes are ignored and delayed, Peace and Stability will remain illusive and impossible in Rwanda=>ASIF]

“To those leaders around the globe who seek to sow conflict, or blame their society’s ills on the West,” Obama had said, on Inauguration Day, “know that your people will judge you on what you can build, not what you destroy.

To those who cling to power through corruption and deceit and the silencing of dissent, know that you are on the wrong side of history.”
2010 elections: Repeat of Rwanda tragedy. The August 9,2010 elections needlessly repeats 2003 elections maskerade.
Africans all over the world claimed the remark was directly squarely at their own specific dictator; but really, it was meant to any usurper and unaccountable ruler on the continent.

Did this message send a cold chill in the spines of the African Hitler: General Paul Kagame?

US says Rwanda restricting freedoms ahead of poll

"We have urged the Government of Rwanda and all regional and international partners to work together to achieve free, fair, and peaceful elections that the people of Rwanda deserve," Carson went on.
"We appreciate, in the context of the most tragic event in recent history -the genocide - the need for security, stability, and reconciliation is critical. But long-term stability is best promoted by democratic governance and respect for human rights," Carson said.

Profile

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries. My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity. This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.

Genocide masterminded by RPF

Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out. After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason

Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
