A Candle For Remembering

A Candle For Remembering
May this memorial candle lights up the historical past of our beloved Country: Rwanda, We love U so much. If Tears could build a stairway. And memories were a lane. I would walk right up to heaven. To bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before I knew it And. Only Paul Kagame knows why. My heart still aches with sadness. And secret tears still flow. What It meant to lose you. No one will ever know.

Rwanda: Cartographie des crimes

Rwanda: cartographie des crimes du livre "In Praise of Blood, the crimes of the RPF" de Judi Rever Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.

Let us remember Our People

Let us remember our people, it is our right

You can't stop thinking

Don't you know Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution It sounds like a whisper The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up And get their share SurViVors are gonna rise up And take what's theirs. We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors! Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den (Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors! Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights et up, stand up, don't give up the fight “I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.” The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones. "You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom". Malcolm X

Welcome to Home Truths

The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.

Everybody Hurts

“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

KAGAME - GENOCIDAIRE

Paul Kagame admits ordering...

Paul Kagame admits ordering the 1994 assassination of President Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda.

Why did Kagame this to me?

Why did Kagame this to me?
Can't forget. He murdered my mother. What should be my reaction? FYI: the number of orphans in Rwanda has skyrocketed since the 1990's Kagame's invasion. Much higher numbers of orphans had and have no other option but joining FDLR fighters who are identified as children that have Lost their Parents in Kagame's Wars inside and outside of Rwanda. If someone killed your child/spouse/parent(s) would you seek justice or revenge? Deep insight: What would you do to the person who snuffed the life of someone I love beyond reason? Forgiving would bring me no solace. If you take what really matters to me, I will show you what really matters. NITUTIRWANAHO TUZASHIRA. IGIHE KIRAGEZE.If democracy is to sell one's motherland(Africa), for some zionits support, then I prefer the person who is ready to give all his live for his motherland. Viva President Putin!!!

RPF committed the unspeakable

RPF committed the unspeakable
The perverted RPF committed the UNSPEAKABLE.Two orphans, both against the Nazi world. Point is the fact that their parents' murder Kagame & his RPF held no shock in the Western world. Up to now, the Rwandan Hitler Kagame and his death squads still enjoy impunity inside and outside of Rwanda. What goes through someone's mind as they know RPF murdered their parents? A delayed punishment is actually an encouragement to crime, In Praise of the ongoing Bloodshed in Rwanda. “I always think I am a pro-peace person but if someone harmed someone near and dear to me, I don't think I could be so peaceful. I would like to believe that to seek justice could save millions of people living the African Great Lakes Region - I would devote myself to bringing the 'perp' along to a non-happy ending but would that be enough? You'd have to be in the situation I suppose before you could actually know how you would feel or what you would do”. Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, Libre Penseur

Rwanda-rebranding

Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE” Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.

AND BTP MARK PURSEY, THE HOLMES REPORT AND BRITISH FIRM RACEPOINT GROUP

HAVE ALWAYS WORKING ON THE REBRANDING OF RWANDA AND WHITEWASHING OF KAGAME’S CRIMES
Targeting dissidents abroad One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents overseas. This should be seen in the context of accusations that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….

Ways To Get Rid of Kagame

How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
  1. The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
  2. Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
  3. Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
  4. Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
  5. The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
  6. The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
  7. Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

 Why we remember the Holocaust?

 Watch the video to understand.

 Dear Jean-Christophe,

At the Museum's dedication in 1993, Elie Wiesel told the crowd:
Liberators at the Capitol Rotunda during
Days of Remembrance in 2010

"For the dead and the living, we must bear witness. For not only are we responsible for the memories of the dead, we are also responsible for what we are doing with those memories."

If you saw the video of Elie Wiesel that Museum Director Sara Bloomfield sent a few weeks ago, you understand the urgency of Elie's words. This spring the Museum honors Elie Wiesel with the inaugural United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Award for his extraordinary contributions to humanity. You still have time to send him a note of appreciation.

The Museum continues to fulfill its mandate by leading the annual National Days of Remembrance, May 1-8, 2011. Here in Washington, D.C., and throughout the country, people of all backgrounds will come together to commemorate the victims of the Holocaust. The Museum is assisting hundreds of elected officials and thousands of United States military lead commemorations of the Holocaust in their communities and on military bases across the globe. To easily locate Days of Remembrance activities occurring near you, view our map.

In this time of remembrance, the Museum is focusing on memories of children—the world's most vulnerable victims of war and genocide. Remember Me? is a far-reaching online effort to identify 1,100 photos of children displaced during the Holocaust. I'm happy to report that the public has already helped us identify 40 of these children (now adults living all over the world). Details about many other photos continue to pour in and will be shared on the Remember Me? Web site and via Facebook and Twitter. Please visit the site today and tell your family and friends about this important project.
Finally, a special thank you to more than a thousand of you who have submitted your notes of appreciation to Elie Wiesel. Here is one that touched me and my colleagues at the Museum.

"I honor you for being the voice of millions who cannot speak for themselves. I hope that you yourself can find peace and comfort in knowing that millions stand with you—we will not forget."

Sincerely,

Lorna Miles

Ms. Ingabire Victoire
the Would-be president
of Rwanda and
now in Prison

 Suivant le refus du FPR pour les membres du Parti Social Imberakuri de visiter le président fondateur du parti le Me NTAGANDA Bernard ainsi que d’autres prisonniers politiques détenus à la prison centrale de Kigali et de Kimironko ce vendredi le 15 Avril 2011 ;

 Theogene Rudasingwa | April 4, 2011

Mr. Theogene Rudasingwa, former first post- genocide
Rwandan ambassador to the U.S

What if you were sentenced to prison for writing negatively about the U.S. government?
This is the reality for Theogene Rudasingwa, former secretary-general for the Rwandese Patriotic Front, and many of his colleagues.

Rudasingwa recently was convicted by Rwanda President Paul Kagame and sentenced to 24 years in prison for writing about Kagame’s oppressive regime and the need for peaceful reform. The paper that Rudasingwa co-authored is called “The Rwanda Briefing.”

In the briefing, Rudasingwa and his colleagues share information about the current administration that is in place in Rwanda. They discuss how Kagame is a corrupt leader who does not allow for political opposition and actually uses his ties with the western countries as a way to hold his “monopoly of power.” Rudasingwa is part of the reason Kagame has these ties. As the first post-genocide Rwandan ambassador to the U.S., he helped the flow of resources from U.S. companies for the reconstruction of Rwanda. “The U.S. and the U.K. have been friendly to Kagame,” says Rudasingwa. “He uses those friendships for intimidation purposes.”

Rudasingwa thinks that the U.S. and other big western countries need to throw their weight behind the people instead of the government. He also sees the current situation in the Middle East as an opportunity for the people of Rwanda to gain and use the support of the U.S.

“It will depend on if the situation in Libya drags on,” says Rudasingwa. “If it goes quickly, then Rwanda could get help, but if it drags on, then the western countries are likely to shy away.”

Bill Smith, director of the university's Martin Institute, compares this to the U.S. involvement in Somalia.

“Somalia happened a few months before the Rwandan civil war and genocide,” says Smith. “If that went smoother and quicker, there’s a chance the U.S. would have stepped in and helped Rwanda.”

However, the message is far different from the current situation in Libya. Rudasingwa and his colleagues want to build the citizens freedoms peacefully.

“The people of Rwanda still have not recovered from the war and genocide in the early 1990s,” says Rudasingwa. “They do not want more war and more bloodshed.” According to Rudasingwa, more than 1 million people were killed in the Rwandan genocide.“Egypt is a great example of peaceful change,” says Rudasingwa. “Once militaries get involved, the fight for change becomes more difficult.”

Rudasingwa will be speaking at the 2011 Borah Symposium, which addresses "Human Security in the 21st Century."

“It’s great that this year’s theme is highlighting human security,” says Rudasingwa.

Human security is essentially being free from oppression and fear. Both of these are things, he notes, that the Rwandan people have been experiencing for many years.

He hopes to educate the students at the University of Idaho on the broader view of human security. Rudasingwa says that the situation in Rwanda, as well as the Middle East, may affect the average college student more then they know. He also sees a great importance in speaking at University of Idaho because of the idealism of college students.

“Many college students want to change the world,” he says. “We need to tap into that resource because the youth truly are the leaders of tomorrow.”

Rudasingwa feels that students everywhere need to be aware of what is happening around the world because it affects us all, even here in Idaho.

“It is imperative that people be involved,” he says. “If the U.S. was to get involved then that is American tax dollars and American lives that will be affected.”

He said it is like the “Butterfly Effect” because the actions of the world have a far lying affect.
“Being future leaders, these are the challenges that they will be facing and need to face,” he says. “Students are motivated by these causes; they don’t have as much baggage as my generation does and have fewer restraints.”

The former president was clinging to power even after clearly losing an election. It seems that he deserved to be thrown out of office. However, this picture of his captured wife is disturbing. I hope the former first lady is alright.

After a week of heavy fighting, forces backing Ivory Coast's internationally recognized leader on Monday arrested strongman Laurent Gbagbo, who had refused to leave the presidency despite losing elections more than four months earlier.

The dispute over the presidency had pushed the world's largest cocoa producer to the brink of a renewed civil war, with hundreds of civilians slain in post-election violence.

An eyewitness at the Golf Hotel where election winner Alassane Ouattara had been trying to run the presidency said he saw Gbagbo, his wife and son enter the hotel around midday Monday. The witness spoke on condition of anonymity because of the sensitivity of the matter.

The long-awaited development came after French military forces in this former French colony deployed tanks Monday for the first time near a bunker at the presidential residence where Gbagbo had reportedly been holed up with his family.

12 april is definitief. Kijk voor meer informatie op  http://www.studenteninactie.nu

What day of the week is April 6th 1994?
Wednesday is the day of the week of April 6th 1994.

MSF workers started hiding themselves in Meridian Hotel beginning 2:00 pm in Kigali. They knew what would happen the same day evening ± 8:30 pm.

Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda and Burundi's Cyprian Ntayamira were among 10 people on the aircraft which some reports say was brought down by rocket fire.

"Then there is the fact that Kagame's forces went into action within an hour of the shoot-down and that, within 100 days, succeeded in capturing state power in Rwanda. The alleged Hutu Power conspirators seem to have been in complete disarray, while Kagame's forces worked with great efficiency, which again points to a Kagame-RPF conspiracy to seize state power, rather than a Hutu conspiracy to eliminate the country's minority Tutsi.

We also stress the fact that the United States voted to scale down UN peacekeeping forces in Rwanda, and that this was what Kagame wanted, but the remnant of the Hutu government opposed. Again, this is consistent with the view that Kagame's RPF was doing the main killing, and didn't want anybody to interfere with it. Why would Kagame and his U.S. ally oppose "humanitarian intervention" in Rwanda, unless events were working out in favor of the RPF's goal of seizing the Rwandan state? Jones not only fails to deal with these critical questions. He doesn't even raise them.
Tsunami? Liberation?
Jones claims that Kagame and the RPF did not align with the Tutsi of Rwanda, the invading RPF allegedly having "no connection to, and apparently no particular sympathy for, the Tutsi civilian population of Rwanda." Jones fails to mention the long historic class division and warfare between Tutsi and Hutu, and the creation of many hundreds of thousands of Hutu refugees after the RPF invasion of Rwanda in October 1990, the Tutsi-organized assassination of the Hutu president Melchior Ndadaye of neighboring Burundi in October 1993, and the ensuing large-scale bloodbaths that followed.

He fails to mention the internal State Department memorandum of September 1994 which we cite that claims that the "[RPF] and Tutsi civilian surrogates [were killing] 10,000 or more Hutu civilians per month, with the [RPF] accounting for 95% of the killing," and that the memorandum "speculated that the purpose of the killing was a campaign of ethnic cleansing intended to clear certain areas in the south of Rwanda for Tutsi habitation."
Bloody feuding between the majority Hutu tribe and the minority Tutsis has plagued both tiny central African states for centuries.

More than 3 millions Rwandans lost their lives since the beginning of Kagame's wars.

Shockingly, it is  it is estimated that not only Tutsis lost their lives but Hutus have lost more and the genocide goes ahead if nothing is done to before the mastermind's term is out. So on ‘April 6, Remembrance Day’, remember not only the people who have died in 1994, but the other preventable Kagame's massmurder that will happen before the end of the 2017. And then ask yourself, what can I do to make sure that no more Rwandans  are grieving for their loved ones during this period.”

So that we can avoid having further victims, and a population of 8 million Hutus can be preserved!
We are a forward- looking nation of hope, but as much as we want to be a forward-looking people, April 6 each year, African SurViVors International,  urges all Rwandans to look back and reflect on the sacrifice of men and women who gave their life for the freedom of  Rwandan people (Hutu-Tutsi-Twa) and great nation.

Those who support the criminal Kagame should be strongly condemned so that they do not repeat it again. Those who shame you by their attempts to legalize Paul Kagame and the RPF criminals’ crimes should be treated as criminals too. For this I assume what I am saying. Please go through my blog and you will understand that you’re doings are to be condemned.

Let us remember that each one of the victims was an individual with a sense of prosperity and a dream of living a fulfilled life, but chose to make great sacrifice so that all Rwandans from all ethnic groups can live with freedom and democracy.

We usually condemn donor nations, Netherlands, Great Britain and United States for financing the bloody dictatorship and terrorist state in Rwanda but we ourselves are party to financing the RPF dictatorship by using their criminal organizations such us Ibuka, African rights, AVEGA, Local difense forces, MP, DMI and CID etc and other formal channels when transferring funds to our relatives and friends in Rwanda. The Rwandan Diaspora transfers more than $8 billion annually to Rwanda through both formal and informal channels such as banks and money transfer institutions, according to the National Central Bank of Rwanda in his last statement on the Rwandan Diaspora's contribution to buid up Kagame's autocratic regime.

The lack of criticism on RPF mass-slaughter has led to more deaths as the then major Paul Kagame had a green card to operate and slaughter the prejudiced Hutu out of camera.

Initially, the media imposed the version that the Rwandan Genocide was planned and carried out only by Hutus. It may be different from the actual ethnic group to which the individual himself identifies and ethnic group in which the individual is classified by the holder of power). But against all odds, after spending more than a billion dollars (U.S.) and employing the intelligence services of the United States, England, Canada, Belgium and Israel, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), has yet to find any physical evidence for their thesis of a central planning of the genocide. This result was quite predictable from the outset. In fact, intelligence gathering was and still is Paul Kagame's best strength. His agents had infiltrated all spheres of Rwandan society even before October 1990. So, if evidence of planning the Rwandan Genocide by Hutus ever existed, Kagame would have made it available to the ICTR immediately and thus would have definitively silenced skeptics.

Tsunami? Liberation?
René Lemarchand uses the phrase "politically correct interpretation of the genocide" to refer to what we call the standard model of the "Rwandan Genocide," which the majority of historians defend even in the face of massive evidence to the contrary. Among the relevant facts that this "politically correct interpretation" downplays or suppresses are the overwhelming significance of the October 1, 1990 invasion of Rwanda by the RPF under U.S. and Ugandan sponsorship, a war of aggression (not a civil war) the immediate goal of which was the ouster of the Habyarimana-Hutu majority government and the capture of state power by this foreign proxy; the RPF's responsibility for the assassination of Habyarimana, the "triggering event" of the April-July 1994 bloodshed, and the evidence (which all too few scholars are willing to examine) that it was in fact the actions of the RPF from this moment onward that drove the carnage, with the RPF's longer-term goal of deepening and expanding its own (and U.S.) influence in Central Africa. In the real world, the "Rwandan Genocide" (i.e., the deaths of perhaps one million Rwandans from April through July, 1994) occurred within this historical context -- as have the far greater bloodbaths that Kagame's and Museveni's national armies, proxies, "elite networks," and collaborators unleashed against the DRC since 1994 in an effort to capture its natural resources, with uninterrupted U.S. support through the present day.

There is no doubt that Lemarchand's warning makes a sound critical point about the dominant historiography on Rwanda -- a great deal of fear haunts the halls of "Genocide Studies." The devastation in these tragic Central African theaters of conflict has been greatly facilitated by the political triumph of the "correct interpretation," and the rejection of the kind of "revisionism" and "denial" that would call the Western-supported aggressions and the rolling genocides of Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni by their proper names.

Profile

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries. My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity. This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.

Genocide masterminded by RPF

Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out. After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.
