[Though the great terror in both sites of Rwandan Hutu refugees in Nakivale in Uganda of the last week is actually widely viewed as the height of Kagame' purges aided by President Museveni and UNHCR. At many of the 15 refugees in two sites in Uganda were visited and interviewed onbrutal accounts of beating and killing of Rwandan Refugees. During the field visit of one of the ASI employee, Ugandan local workers were also interviewed and added valuable complementary information on the UNHCR outraged call for food to track, murder and deport Rwandan refugees.

ASI calls upon the independend inquiry into the Rwandan refugee plot of killings and deportation. The Ugandan police officers in both sites and some UNHCR field officers shoud be charged with conspiracy with mass-murder and deportation. The murder of dozens of Rwandan refugees and deportation of more than 2000 Rwandan refugees cannot go without impunity o the organizers.
The murder and deportation of Rwandan refugees have usually been accompanied by condemnation and call for a suspension of the operation by the plot organizers.
According to our reliable information, Kagame's invitation to Spain (highest achievement) was initially organized together with the mass-murder of Rwandan refugees in Kampala as the last Great Dismissal and "continious Acquittal" (without judgement before the court) of Kagame's Crimes].

Cette réunion du groupe de contact sur les Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement (OMD), coprésidé par MM Kagame et Zapatero, devait avoir lieu à la Moncloa, siège du gouvernement. Elle a été déplacée dans un grand hôtel de Madrid, a précisé à l'AFP un porte-parole gouvernemental.
L'Espagne sera représentée par son ministre des affaires étrangères Miguel Angel Moratinos à cette réunion à laquelle participera également le secrétaire général de l'ONU Ban Ki-moon. Ce dernier sera reçu séparément par M. Zapatero, a-t-on précisé.
Un groupe d'ONG espagnoles, Amnesty international et plusieurs groupes parlementaires avaient vivement critiqué jeudi la venue à Madrid de M. Kagame et sa réception par M. Zapatero, alors qu'une enquête pour "génocide" vise en Espagne des militaires de son régime.
Interrogé à ce sujet, le porte-parole s'est contenté de préciser que la décision de déplacer la réunion à l'hôtel Ritz avait été prise jeudi et que la gouvernement espagnol considérait comme "suffisante" la présence de M. Moratinos.
Le secrétaire général de l'ONU, Ban Ki-moon, avait annoncé en juin la création du groupe de contact chargé de stimuler les efforts en vue de réaliser d'ici à 2015 les Objectifs du millénaire pour le développement (OMD), visant à réduire l'extrême pauvreté à travers le monde.
Un sommet sur ce thème est prévu en septembre au siège des Nations-Unies à New York.
La Coordination des ONG espagnoles pour le développement (Congde) avait dénoncé jeudi "le choix questionnable de M. Ban Ki-moon" d'élire M. Kagame pour co-diriger ce groupe et "la passivité du président Zapatero qui a accepté sans objection d'agir au côté d'un présumé génocidaire".
Un juge espagnol a émis en février 2008 des mandats d'arrêt contre 40 militaires du régime rwandais, accusés de "génocide" et d'avoir fomenté des affrontements ethniques dans les années 90 afin de s'emparer du pouvoir et de mettre en place un "régime de terreur".
Il leur est notamment reproché d'avoir assassiné des missionnaires et coopérants espagnols témoins de massacres.
Le juge Fernando Andreu avait lancé des accusations détaillées contre le président Kagame, sans le poursuivre en raison de son immunité de chef d'Etat.
Kigali avait vivement réagi à ces accusations qu'il avait formellement démenties.

Paul Kagame is expected in Spain friday july 16, a great opportunity for him to pay a visit to the families of the nine Spanish citizens that were butchered at his orders both in Rwanda and Congo:

"The father Vallmajó "disappeared" in April 1994 in Byumba, apparently having witnessed the killing of 2,500 people (by the RPF) gathered in the stadium. Uzcudun Isidro was murdered in June 2000, who witnessed in his parish of Mugina that the RPF had killed 1325 people.
Four Spanish Marist Brothers were killed in October 1996 in Zaire for demanding international intervention that would avoid the extermination of the refugees (by the RPF). Three Spanish Doctors of the World committed the imprudence of disseminating their discovery in January 1997 of a pit full of corpses and noted that the RPF carried out massacres of civilians in Ruhengeri. (and were subsequently assassinated) "
Adolfo Esquivel ,Nobel Peace Prize winner, and president of the well-known christian human rights organisation Servicio Paz y Justicia in Buenos- Aires has written to Spanish Prime Minister Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero:
"I regret that the UN Secretary General Mr. Ban Ki Moon, does not have the wisdom and courage to avoid that a the individual responsable for genocide, Paul Kagame, is honored by co-chairing with you the Committee on MDG's, to overcome hunger and poverty, the UN goals for making the world more just and humane. The contradiction here is enormous between words and deeds."
Paul Kagame is expected to explain to the families of these nine murdered Spanish Citizens how it was necessary to "dismantle the camps in eastern DRC" as he did in an interview last week on "booker rising" a blog that has fallen for Paul Kagame's cheap propaganda.

GOOGLE still hesitates to release on its search engine website all proofs and testimonies on the genocide against Hutus including photographies, videos and other representations about mass-murders by General Kagame and RPF criminals army, proxy armies( Nkunda & Ntaganda) and RPF militias known as Local difense forces.
The same tragdy is happening in the neighbouring country Uganda (as we write these lines) where UNHCR is using FOOD as a trap to capture, deport and let assassinate dozens of thousands of Rwandan refugees who recently have been fleeing the bloody Kagame's tyranny.
ASI has decided to challenge the UNHCR silence on its repetitive crimes against Hutu refugees. (proofs are available on this matter)

The family of the nine Spanish citizens, who filed complaint in 2005, on the other hand will refer Paul Kagame to the decision by Spanish National Court judge Fernando Andreu, in 2008, to sign an indictment against 40 senior Rwandan military officers accused of crimes, including murder of nine Spanish, missionaries and aid workers. This order states that:
"From October 1990 onward, a group (RPF) political-military structure (--) initiated a series of criminal activities (--) and once in the power "created and developed a criminal structure parallel to the State (--), which invaded the Democratic Republic of Congo" causing indiscriminate massacres and looting. "
In 2008 Paul Kagame commented:
"If I could meet him (Fernando Andreu), I would tell him to go to hell,"
(if Fernando Andreu would live in Rwanda that would have probably meant that he would be found dead the next week, ditched in a river, and we would read in the newspaper that he was robbed) and "All the people indicted were under my command. He should put all the responsibility on my shoulders and wait until I am out of the office"
It would probably be much better for Jose Luis Rodríguez Zapatero to invite Paul Kagame August 10, after a firm EU declaration that it does not recognize the rigged Rwandan election process, and no longer considers Paul Kagame protected by his Presidential immunity. Then Paul Kagame could continue his discussion on MDG's in Madrid for a much longer period. He might even be spending time together with his long time friend Kayumba Nyamwasa.

Mr. Andre KAGWA RWISEREKA, Vice President of the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda was assinated and beheaded in Butare, Southern region of Rwanda.
His head was almost completely removed from his body. He was found dead in the same wetland of River Mukula just about 3 Kms away from Butare town, where his car was dumped. His brother Antoine HAGUMA confirms seeing the dead body.
During our visit to Butare yesterday, we found out that his national ID, driver’s license, house keys and car keys were found inside the dumped car, now packed at Police Headquarters in Huye-Butare town. His passport was also found in his house; TABA-Butare Town.

Rwandan police have arrested an independent journalist for comparing President Kagame with the Nazi German leader Adolf Hitler, police said
Saidati Mukakibibi, an unregistered journalist who works for independent newspaper Umurabyo, was arrested for defamation, inciting public disorder and ethnic "divisionism", police spokesman Eric Kayiranga said on Monday.

"She wrote articles through the paper comparing President Kagame to Hitler. Behind his picture they put insignia of the Nazis," Kayiranga said. "The articles were causing public disorder in terms of causing divisionism and spreading rumours that can cause insecurity."
Kagame's administration says free speech must be tempered by concerns about stoking ethnic enmity which led to the 1994 genocide in which 800 000 ethnic Hutu and moderate Tutsi were killed.
Police also detained Umurabyo's editor last week. But authorities deny charges by rights groups that the government is clamping down on critical opposition and journalists before presidential elections in August.
Rwanda's Media High Council (MHC) said Mukakibibi's arrest was not linked to the upcoming ballot, which Kagame is expected to win by a large majority.
"What worries us most is that she has written things that are criminal in nature. Should law enforcement organs keep quiet because of elections?" MHC executive director Patrice Murama told Reuters.
Police arrested the paper's editor and owner Agnes Uwimana on charges of genocide denial and stirring ethnic hatred. Uwimana has previously served a one year jail term for inciting ethnic divisions and defamation.
Two other critical newspapers were suspended in April on similar charges but international media rights groups described the move as a veiled attempt at censorship.
In June, a Rwandan journalist was shot dead outside his home after writing a report linking Rwandan security services to the alleged assassination attempt on a dissident general in self-imposed exile in South Africa.

Rwandans refuse to be under the dictatorial rule of the RPF military, a regime which abolished their human and civil rights, a junta that is dissolving and refusing to register opponent political parties, imprison and torture politicians and citizens based on their political beliefs.
The following 16 years witnessed the mass expropriation of land from peasant Rwandans, the repression of any resistance, and forced labor in coffee and thee plantations. Thousands of the Hutu majority were forced off their land and herded into “imidugudu”, known as reservations and consequences are devastating.
ASI is vowed to end the massive inequalities among Rwandans.
Today, a growing number of Rwandans say “No” to the apartheid regime and add that the West needs to help bring down the current RPF regime. It is time than ever that Rwandan people to go to streets and express their protests against the regime, because most of the Rwandans are fed up with this Kagame regime. Kagame’s apartheid policies have angered not only the majority of Rwandans but also the masses. Rwanda’s privatization continues and that practices give the ordinarily Rwandan the impression that the country has been sold to foreign powers criminal individuals who were financially supporting the RPF since the RPF invasion October 1,1990.
This movement is taking place while most of Rwandans prepare to take to the streets claiming incoming RPF massive fraudulent elections in Rwanda if the opposition remained muzzled. On the other hand, you must know it is the inside problem among Rwandans, and Rwandans are intelligent enough, forceful enough, smart enough to solve it on their own.
The reaction will be the majority of Rwandans’ Response against the Kagame junta regime but then for all the effort and help to support the African SurViVors International human rights advocacy. Our determination and your collaboration with civil societies will help Rwandans to halt Kagame’s destruction of our country.

Mme Agnès Uwimana, directrice du journal indépendant Umurabyo, arrêtée pour négationnisme et outrage à Kagamé
La police rwandaise a arrêté jeudi 8 juillet la directrice du journal privé Umurabyo, Agnès Uwimana, accusée notamment d'"outrage au chef de l'Etat" et "négation du génocide des Tutsi" de 1994.
Agnès Uwimana est poursuivie pour "incitation à la désobéissance civile, outrage au chef de l'Etat, propagation de rumeurs visant à troubler l'ordre et la tranquillité publiques et négation du génocide des Tutsi" de 1994, à travers des articles publiés ces derniers jours dans son journal, a indiqué le porte-parole de la police, Eric Kayiranga. M. Kayiranga a ajouté que Mme Uwimana, arrêtée jeudi, était encore entre les mains de la police en attendant que son dossier soit transmis au parquet.
Le Haut conseil des médias (HCM), organe étatique de régulation de la presse, avait adressé plusieurs mises en garde à Mme Uwimana au cours des dernières semaines. La journaliste avait été déjà condamnée à un an de prison ferme par un tribunal rwandais notamment pour "sectarisme" et "diffamation". Elle avait repris la publication de son journal après avoir purgé la totalité de la peine début 2008.

Journalist Ms. Agnes Uwimana, director of the Umurabyo newspaper, has been arrested for genocide denial and for insulting Kagame.
The Rwandan police arrested Thursday, July 8 the director of the private newspaper Umurabyo, Uwimana, particularly she’s accused of "insulting the Head of State" and "denial of the Tutsi genocide" of 1994.
Uwimana is accused of "incitement to civil disobedience, insulting the head of the state, spreading up rumors to disturb the public peace and order and denial of the Tutsi genocide" of 1994, through articles published in recent days in her diary, said the spokesman of the police, Eric Kayiranga. Mr. Kayiranga said Ms. Uwimana has been arrested Thursday and up to now she’s still in the hands of police waiting to have her case sent to prosecutors.
The Higher Media Council (HCM), an organ of state regulation of the press, had sent several warnings to Ms. Uwimana in recent weeks. The journalist had already been sentenced to one year in prison by a Rwandan court for such "sectarianism" and "libel". She had resumed the publication of her newspaper after serving full sentence in early 2008.
