Ways To Get Rid of Kagame

How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
  1. The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso

  2. Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.

  3. Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.

  4. Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.

  5. The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.

  6. The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).

  7. Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule with an iron hand, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus)and mass arrests of Hutus by the RPF criminal organization =>AS International]






Depuis plusieurs semaines, les média français nous vendent du Ancel à haute dose (neuf articles dans Le Monde, cet excellent quotidien ; RFI et France Inter aux ordres, etc.). Leur unanimité très sélective, leur refus systématique de publier tout ce qui contredit de la manière la plus autorisée les affirmations d’Ancel, nous amènent inévitablement à soupçonner une manœuvre planifiée de longue date et savamment orchestrée.

On sait grâce à un récent article de RFI[1] que certains députés[2] sont à la manœuvre pour amener le Président Macron à opérer, aux risques de blesser les peuples et gouvernements Burundais et Congolais, un acrobatique rapprochement avec le général-président–à-vie Paul Kagame, dernier criminel de guerre à se maintenir au pouvoir en Afrique..

 On ne peut que se souvenir que jadis, à l’époque où Sarkozy jouait avec les dictateurs un jeu qui reste à éclaircir, de savantes manœuvres étaient opérées par une petite équipe élyséenne pour complaire à Kagame en tentant d’enterrer l’instruction sur l’attentat du 6 avril 1994. Les spin-doctors élyséens de Sarkozy avaient imaginé d’utiliser la vieille technique dite « de la chèvre », en livrant Rose Kabuye aux juges, afin de permettre à Kigali d’avoir accès au dossier d’instruction. Dans le même temps, le sieur St Exupéry travaillait furieusement l’opinion publique en publiant et republiant le même ouvrage à peine remanié (tiens ! Ancel a fait la même chose plus récemment !) . Mais St Exupéry est aujourd’hui grillé par les condamnations encourues dans le dossier rwandais comme par les publications pour le moins hasardeuses publiées dans son ex-journal l’Ebdo.

 On peut légitimement se demander si, aujourd’hui, faute de pouvoir aussi ouvertement intervenir dans le dossier d’instruction de l’attentat du 6 avril 1994, Ancel n’est pas – en substitution d’un St Exupéry grillé- le nouvel « envoyé » offert en pâture à l’opinion publique française afin de la préparer à voir son président s’humilier et humilier notre pays devant Kagame, comme le souhaitent certains “ diplomates” et autres député(e)s….

 Le silence insupportable du gouvernement français qui a pourtant en mains toutes les preuves nécessaires pour démonter les dires et, entre autres, la revendication par cet ancien officier français d'un crime de guerre,  ne peut que nous laisser croire que ce monsieur n'a jamais été plus aux ordres qu’aujourd’hui. La seule question est de savoir aux ordres de qui !

Sinds enkele weken verkopen de Franse media ons Ancel in hoge doses (negen artikelen in Le Monde, dat uitstekende dagblad; RFI en France Inter op aandringen van de media, enz.) Hun zeer selectieve eensgezindheid, hun systematische weigering om ook maar iets te publiceren dat de beweringen van Ancel op de meest gezaghebbende wijze tegenspreekt, doen ons onvermijdelijk een lang gepland en kundig georkestreerd manoeuvre vermoeden.

Uit een recent artikel in RFI[1] weten we dat bepaalde parlementsleden[2] proberen om president Macron een acrobatische toenadering te doen zoeken tot generaal-president Paul Kagame, de laatste oorlogsmisdadiger die in Afrika aan de macht is gebleven, met het risico dat hij de bevolking en de regeringen van Burundi en Congo schaadt.
 Men kan zich slechts herinneren dat in het verleden, toen Sarkozy een spel speelde met dictators dat nog moet worden opgehelderd, door een klein Elysée-team slimme manoeuvres werden uitgevoerd om Kagame een plezier te doen door te trachten het onderzoek naar de aanslag van 6 april 1994 te begraven. De spindoctors van het Elysée van Sarkozy hadden zich voorgesteld de oude techniek van "de geit" te gebruiken, door Rose Kabuye aan de rechters over te dragen, om Kigali toegang te geven tot het onderzoeksdossier. Tegelijkertijd werkte St. Exupéry verwoed aan de publieke opinie door hetzelfde werk, nauwelijks herzien, uit te geven en opnieuw te publiceren (zie! Ancel deed recentelijk hetzelfde!). Maar St Exupéry is nu opgebrand door de veroordelingen in de Rwandese zaak en door de op zijn zachtst gezegd gevaarlijke publicaties in zijn nu ter ziele gegane krant Ebdo.


 Men kan zich terecht afvragen of Ancel vandaag, omdat hij niet openlijk kan tussenkomen in het onderzoek naar de aanslag van 6 april 1994, niet - in de plaats van een uitgebrande St Exupéry - de nieuwe "gezant" is die aan de Franse publieke opinie wordt aangeboden om haar erop voor te bereiden dat haar president zichzelf en ons land vernedert ten overstaan van Kagame, zoals sommige "diplomaten" en andere afgevaardigden willen doen....

 Het ondraaglijke stilzwijgen van de Franse regering, die alle bewijzen in handen heeft om de beweringen en onder andere de bewering van deze voormalige Franse officier van een oorlogsmisdaad te weerleggen, kan ons alleen maar doen geloven dat deze heer nooit meer onder de bevelen van de Franse regering heeft gestaan dan vandaag. De enige vraag is wiens orders!

For several weeks, the French media have been selling us Ancel in high doses (nine articles in Le Monde, that excellent daily newspaper; RFI and France Inter at the orders, etc.). Their very selective unanimity, their systematic refusal to publish anything that contradicts Ancel's assertions in the most authoritative way, inevitably lead us to suspect a long-planned and cleverly orchestrated maneuver.

We know from a recent article in RFI[1] that certain deputies[2] are maneuvering to bring President Macron to operate, at the risk of hurting the people and governments of Burundi and the Congo, an acrobatic rapprochement with General-President-for-life Paul Kagame, the last war criminal to remain in power in Africa.

 One can only remember that in the past, when Sarkozy was playing a game with dictators that remains to be clarified, clever maneuvers were carried out by a small team from the Elysée Palace to please Kagame by trying to bury the investigation into the attack of April 6, 1994. Sarkozy's Elysee spin-doctors had imagined using the old technique known as "the goat", by handing over Rose Kabuye to the judges, in order to allow Kigali to have access to the investigation file. At the same time, St. Exupery was furiously working public opinion by publishing and republishing the same work, barely revised (look! Ancel did the same thing more recently!). But St Exupéry is now burned out by the condemnations incurred in the Rwandan case as well as by the publications that were, to say the least, risky and published in his now defunct newspaper Ebdo.

One can legitimately wonder if, today, because he cannot openly intervene in the investigation of the attack of April 6, 1994, Ancel is not - in place of a burned St. Exupery - the new "envoy" offered to French public opinion in order to prepare it to see its president humiliate himself and our country in front of Kagame, as some "diplomats" and other deputies wish to do....

 The unbearable silence of the French government, which has in its hands all the necessary evidence to disprove the claims and, among others, the claim by this former French officer of a war crime, can only lead us to believe that this gentleman has never been more at the orders of the government than today. The only question is to know whose orders!
