Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.
Let us remember Our People
Let us remember our people, it is our right
You can't stop thinking
Don't you know
Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up
And get their share
SurViVors are gonna rise up
And take what's theirs.
We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors!
Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den
(Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors!
Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights
et up, stand up, don't give up the fight
“I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.”
The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones.

Welcome to Home Truths
The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.
Everybody Hurts
“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

Rwanda-rebranding
Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression
Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE”
Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.
Targeting dissidents abroad
One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives
was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually
incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates
and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques
of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents
overseas.
This should be seen in the context of accusations
that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A
recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan
exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….
Ways To Get Rid of Kagame
How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
- The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
- Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
- Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
- Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
- The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
- The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
- Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

Hundreds of thousands of Rwandans are imprisoned, thousands of Rwandans are murdered and the Hutu majority live in fear for the CRIME of demanding democratic rights in Rwanda.
Democratic governments, international organizations, and nongovernmental organizations poorly respond to the build-up of the bloody dictatorship in Rwanda.*
Foreign threat :Machiavelli in action.
- Great Britain - Stay away from Rwandans, GB backs the crual dictator in Rwanda because Kagame will help British interests in the short term
- The biased British media's reporting on Rwanda
- Bill Clinton/Tony Blair's continually interfering in the Rwandan political process, this inevitably will end in trouble
- Stop selling arms to Kagame and to RPF government, doing so you're creating the very conditions of consumming Kagame's unfinished Rwandan genocide.
- I am in Captivity due to Kagame's protection by US and UK
General Kagame still plays an important political and military role to the detriment of the Civil and Human Rights of millions of oppressed Rwandans.

Remember :
To the Government of Rwanda
Since then, the victims are day and night in handcuffs in police cells. Critical cases of torments have been recorded:
- Ms. Alice MUHIRWA, the party Treasurer, is still bleeding due to boots kicks into her stomach. She has been denied access to a medical doctor.
- Mr. Sylvain SIBOMANA, the party Secretary General, needs an urgent X-Ray as he was hardly beaten several times legs and arms tied behind the back.
- Mr. Theoneste SIBOMANA (Party leader in Kigali) needs a concussion evaluation after head injury, bunged on wall many times during torture.
- Maitre Theogene MUHAYEYEZU, the new defence lawyer of Ms. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, the party Chair, has been tortured after arrest and detention incommunicado.
- The medical condition of the party member Martin NTAVUKA is not known.
- Other opposition leaders from the Parti Social Imberakuri arrested the same day; all have symptoms of torture, cruel and degrading treatments as well. I.e. Bernard NTAGANDA, his Secretary General and other executive members.
We call upon President Paul KAGAME and his government to immediately stop the torture and ensure that opposition members are released and treated in public hospitals without any delay, and to open impartial and effective investigation into the allegations of torture and ill-treatment. Also the victims should be awarded full reparation.

Free and fair elections allow people living in a representative democracy to determine the political makeup and future policy direction of their nation's government.
Universal suffrage for all eligible men and women to vote – democracies do not restrict this right from minorities, the disabled, or give it only to those who are literate or who own property.

- Freedom to register as a voter or run for public office.
- Freedom of speech for candidates and political parties – democracies do not restrict candidates or political parties from criticizing the performance of the incumbent.
- Numerous opportunities for the electorate to receive objective information from a free press.
- Freedom to assemble for political rallies and campaigns.
- Rules that require party representatives to maintain a distance from polling places on election day – election officials, volunteer poll workers, and international monitors may assist voters with the voting process but not the voting choice.
- An impartial or balanced system of conducting elections and verifying election results – trained election officials must either be politically independent or those overseeing elections should be representative of the parties in the election.
- Accessible polling places, private voting space, secure ballot boxes, and transparent ballot counting.
- Secret ballots – voting by secret ballot ensures that an individual's choice of party or candidate cannot be used against him or her.
- Legal prohibitions against election fraud – enforceable laws must exist to prevent vote tampering (e.g. double counting, ghost voting).
- Recount and contestation procedures – legal mechanisms and processes to review election processes must be established to ensure that elections were conducted properly.

Kagame, the worse world remaining dictator

Bernard Ntaganda, presidential candidate of Rwanda's P.S. Imberakuri Party before it broke into two factions, and still the presidential candidate of one wing. He has called for postponement of the elections until all viable candidates can register, and today he called for protest as President Paul Kagame registered his candidacy with the National Electoral Commission, saying "Silence is acceptance." He was arrested at his home this morning, 06.24.2010, before he could leave to attend the protest.
Last night Ntaganda put out an urgent message that his assistant, Mr. Sibomana Rusangwa Aimable, had disappeared at 8 p.m., after a meeting held at the head office of P.S.Imberakuri in which the Party had decided to organize demonstrations today, June 24th, 2010.
Ntaganda said that he feared his assistant's life was in danger, and this morning Ntaganda himself was arrested at his home in Kigali, before he could leave to join protests of the Kagame government's exclusion of all viable opposition from this year's 2010 Rwandan presidential election, with polls scheduled for August 9th. Ntaganda had called for the protests, saying that "Silence is acceptance."
Victoire ingabiré spoke to Rwandan press at the Kigali, Rwanda airport, upon her return to contest the election against Rwandan President Paul Kagame. She has not been allowed to register her candidacy and has instead been arrested. Today her house was surrounded by Rwandan Police who prevented her from leaving to join a peaceful protest.
Police also surrounded the house of FDU-Inkingi Party presidential candidate Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza and prevented her from leaving to join the protests as well.
Police arrested Democratic Green Party of Rwanda candidate Frank Habineza outside the U.S. Embassy, where he had gone to protest Mr. Ntaganda's arrest, but released him within a matter of hours. Habineza, who was earlier this year elected President of the African Greens Federation, said that, within hours of his arrest, he had received calls from members of the Global Green Party in Egypt, Sweden, Morocco, and the United States.

Frank Habineza, Interim Chair, Democratic Green Party of Rwanda
"Global Greens can mobilize on the Internet as Peter Erlinder's supporters did," Habineza said, speaking from Kigali after his release. "We hope they mobilize not just to support us, the Rwanda Greens, but to support all Rwandans imperiled by these new arrests, by the government excluding all of us, the real opposition, from the election, and by growing fear and instability."
U.S. Law Professor and international criminal lawyer Peter Erlinder was arrested in Kigali, Rwanda on May 28th, where he had traveled to defend Ingabire. Last week a judge released him on medical grounds. He returned to this country on Monday and yesterday held a press conference at William and Mitchell College of Law, where he said his imprisonment revealed the nature of the Rwandan regime and its secret police. "I have seen how it works and they make the Stasi and the KGB look like amateurs," he said.
The FDU-Inkingi and the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda released this description of their experience and call for international support:
"Rwandan opposition party leaders and members have been violently assaulted and arrested, hundreds still missing. A planned peaceful demonstration for today against the National Electoral Commission (NEC) while they were receiving nominations for the August presidential elections was blocked. The purpose was to protest the fact that the genuine opposition parties have been denied a chance to participate in the presidential elections. The planned peaceful demonstration was prevented this morning when Maitre NTAGANDA Bernard, the founding president of the PS-Imberakuri party, was violently assaulted and taken from his home by unidentified armed plain-clothed officials. Sources claim that he is currently being held incommunicado in a police cell.
At the same time, Ms. Victoire Ingabire, chairperson of the FDU-Inkingi party, woke up to find that her house had been completely surrounded and blocked off by armed policemen. She was prevented from leaving her residence. The Democratic Green Party President, Mr. Frank Habineza, and his Vice President, Andre Kagwa Rwisereka, were detained by the police. Their National Identity cards and phones were taken from them for almost one hour at US Embassy in Kigali. Two Executive Members of the FDU- Inkingi, Secretary General Sylvain Sibomana and Treasurer Alice Muhirwa, are missing as of this writing. The Secretary General of the PS-Imberakuri, Theobald Mutarambirwa, is also believed to be in police custody but is missing.
The ‘Parti Social Imberakuri'-PS-Imberakuri, wrote to the Mayor of the Gasabo district on 17th June 2010, requesting for permission to demonstrate peacefully on 24th June 2010. The letter clearly stated that the demonstrations were to start at the Prime Minister’s Office in Kimiruhura, continue to the Parliament and end at the Ministry of Local Government in the Kacyiru District, where a public message was to be made.
The District failed to respond by Wednesday, 23rd June, and Maitre Ntaganda, a senior lawyer and activist, confirmed to other opposition leaders that, in this case, silence doen not legally mean "no", and the program should remain as planned.
To our surprise early this morning, Frank Habineza received a phone call from the PS Imbearakuri Secretary General informing him Ntaganda had gone missing and they have changed plans. Instead of the planned demonstration, they decided to go to the American Embassy in the Kacyiru District and ask US Embassy officials to help intervene in this serious situation. They also asked Frank Habineza to help them so Maitre Ntaganda could be located and released from custody.
We arrived at the US Embassy visitors parking at around 09:00 local time. To our surprise, when we called the PS-Imberakuri Secretary General, instead of getting his response we heard a lot of commotion over his phone and by the time we reached the outside of the US Embassy complex we saw police chasing PS-Imberakuri members and we also saw others being arrested and being violently forced into police vans. The Secretary General is believed to be in police custody with hundreds of other PS-Imberakuri members.
We proceeded on and talked to US Embassy officials. After a while as we were leaving the US Embassy grounds, Rwandan police stopped us and took away our National Identity Cards and phones for about an hour. Both the President and Vice President of the Green Party were eventually released without harm.
"The United States Government, along with all other participating nations in the Community of Democracies, should seek, as a matter of high policy priority, to promote peaceful transitions to irreversible multiparty democracies, under rule of law, in all countries which continue to be ruled by dictators and other repressive regimes, and should join with all other democratic countries in solidarity to defend those peoples who are in danger of having their democratic transition reversed by force. We are initiating a public dialogue today on how to achieve this fundamental goal".
The FDU-Inkingi's Leader, Mrs. Victoire Ingabire was physically assaulted earlier this year at a government office at Kinyinya-Kigali. She has also faced serious allegations and has been charged for working with a terrorist organisation as well as allegedly harboring a genocide ideology. Her party has been refused chance to register on the pretext that its leader has criminal charges which must be cleared first. The problem though is that even though she was charged in court, she has never been given chance to defend herself. Instead her lawyer, Peter Erlinder, was arrested as well.
Meanwhile, hundreds of members of the FDU-Inkingi were brutally attacked and beaten by policemen at Gishushu (Remera) and in front of the Ministry of Justice in the Kimihurura District. They were heading to a peaceful demonstration in front of the Ministry of Justice to request the government to lift restrictive measures and drop the false charges against their Ms. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, who remains under house arrest on bail since April 22nd 2010, and has been deprived of her political rights. The demonstrators were reacting to a statement by General Prosecutor Ngoga yesterday that the government does not have enough evidence to prosecute and challenge the case in a court of law yet.
The Permanent Consultative Council of Opposition Parties in Rwanda is deeply concerned with the continuous unwarranted political harassment and denial of political space in Rwanda ahead of the August 9th Presidential election.
The Government of Rwanda has continuously done all it can to deny the genuine political opposition a chance to legally exist and be able to democratically participate in the upcoming Presidential elections.
The ruling RPF party has plainly shown to the Rwandan people and the International Community that scared to compete with real opposition and has resorted to approving stooge candidates to give the illusion of political opposition.
The real opposition in Rwanda has been subjected to verbal and physical intimidation along with legal and political abuse. Legal framework has been manipulated to prevent the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda and United Democratic Forces (FDU–Inkingi) from registering their political parties and exercising their political rights. The Democratic Green Party of Rwanda’s founding convention on 30th October 2009, was violently sabotaged by people connected to state security organs and others to be working for the Government. The Green Party's leader, Frank Habineza has received several death threats, the latest one indicating that he is supposed to be killed before the August 2010 presidential election. Despite the fact that he reported this matter to the police and also wrote directly to the Minister of Internal Security, he never received any response and he is in imminent danger.

Questions about Congolese human rights defender's murder
"The real scandal is that human rights defenders, journalists and honest civil servants are killed routinely, and the United Nations and western governments issue some pathetic statement proclaiming their disappointment and concerns about the 'deteriorating' human rights climate, when it is in a permanent state of basic survival and injustice against all odds."
All three of Rwanda's embattled opposition parties, the FDU-Inkngi Party headed by Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda headed by Frank Habineza, and the dissident wing of the Parti Social-Imberakuri Party headed by Bernard Ntaganda, have called on the Rwandan government to release Professor Erlinder and drop all charges, and to drop all charges against FDU-Inking presidential candidate Ingabire, who, like the Democratic Green Party of Rwanda, remains unable to register her party to contest the 2010 election.

KIGALI (Reuters) – Three Rwandan opposition parties have asked the United States to use its influence to help resolve social and political tension in the country before the presidential election in August.
Rights groups say the government and the ruling Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) have become increasingly intolerant of dissent and criticism in the run-up to the vote, which President Paul Kagame is widely expected to win.
In an open letter last week to the U.S. ambassador in Kigali, Stuart Symington, and seen by Reuters on Sunday, the three-party coalition said: “We strongly believe that your leverage as the ambassador of the United States of America in Rwanda can help diffuse tensions as the presidential elections loom and… (the) military crisis deepens.”
Regional analysts say the flight of a former army chief, the arrest of two senior officers and a military reshuffle since the beginning of the year are signs of a growing rift between Kagame and top aides in the RPF and the army.
The parties in the coalition, the Permanent Consultative Council of Opposition Parties in Rwanda, are PS Imberakuri, the Democratic Green Party and the United Democratic Forces. PS Imberakuri is the only registered party in the group.
The coalition asked for U.S. assistance in opening up politics, changing anti-genocide legislation and guaranteeing the security forces remained outside politics, and sought a postponement of the ballot, due take place on August 9, to allow more time to ensure it is transparent and free.
“Unless (development) efforts are underpinned by democracy, freedom and the rule of law, the achievements in that area will not be sustainable,” the parties said.
In recent months, a series of unexplained grenade attacks in the capital have killed several people and injured dozens.
Kagame has rejected the allegations of discord with his generals and has said the officers who had been exiled and arrested were guilty of corruption.
“There should be accountability at every level. It doesn’t matter whether you are a general, a president, an ordinary citizen, an MP or a minister, there should be a sense of accountability,” he told a Ugandan newspaper last month.
In Washington, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for African Affairs Johnnie Carson told Congress last month Rwanda had suspended two independent newspapers, arrested a high-profile opposition figure, expelled a human rights researcher and prevented two opposition parties from registering.
Rwanda rejects accusations of clamping down on opponents and says the government has pursued dialogue and accepted opposing views since the 1994 genocide.

With an election looming in a few months, Rwanda’s authoritarian government has made an astounding claim: democracy leads directly to genocide.
The claim is made in an article this week by Jean Paul Kimonyo, an advisor in the office of Rwandan President Paul Kagame. He argues that Rwanda has only had “plural politics” for two brief periods in its history, and both times it “led to mass killings.”
He also makes the sweeping statement that “political parties and independent media” were a big reason for the killings. All parties and all media, in his view, are just as dangerous as the hate-spewing radio stations and politicians that fuelled the 1994 Rwandan genocide.

Genocide masterminded by RPF
Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out.
After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason
Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
