Kagame devra être livré aux Rwandais pour répondre à ses crimes: la meilleure option de réconciliation nationale entre les Hutus et les Tutsis.
Let us remember Our People
Let us remember our people, it is our right
You can't stop thinking
Don't you know
Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution
It sounds like a whisper
The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up
And get their share
SurViVors are gonna rise up
And take what's theirs.
We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors!
Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den
(Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors!
Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights
et up, stand up, don't give up the fight
“I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.”
The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones.
"You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom".

Welcome to Home Truths
The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.
Everybody Hurts
“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

Rwanda-rebranding
Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression
Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE”
Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.
Targeting dissidents abroad
One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives
was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually
incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates
and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques
of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents
overseas.
This should be seen in the context of accusations
that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A
recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan
exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….
Ways To Get Rid of Kagame
How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
- The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
- Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
- Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
- Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
- The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
- The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
- Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

ASI centers its work on the twin concepts of freedom of self-determination and freedom from tyranny. These ideals include the belief that all human beings have the rights to speak freely, to associate with those of like mind, and to leave and enter their countries. Individuals in a free society must be accorded equal treatment and due process under law, and must have the opportunity to participate in the governments of their countries;
ASI’s ideals likewise find expression in the conviction that all human beings have the right to be free from arbitrary detainment or exile and from interference and coercion in matters of conscience. ASI does not support nor condone violence.

Theogene Rudasingwa | April 4, 2011
Mr. Theogene Rudasingwa, former first post- genocide Rwandan ambassador to the U.S |
This is the reality for Theogene Rudasingwa, former secretary-general for the Rwandese Patriotic Front, and many of his colleagues.
Rudasingwa recently was convicted by Rwanda President Paul Kagame and sentenced to 24 years in prison for writing about Kagame’s oppressive regime and the need for peaceful reform. The paper that Rudasingwa co-authored is called “The Rwanda Briefing.”
In the briefing, Rudasingwa and his colleagues share information about the current administration that is in place in Rwanda. They discuss how Kagame is a corrupt leader who does not allow for political opposition and actually uses his ties with the western countries as a way to hold his “monopoly of power.” Rudasingwa is part of the reason Kagame has these ties. As the first post-genocide Rwandan ambassador to the U.S., he helped the flow of resources from U.S. companies for the reconstruction of Rwanda. “The U.S. and the U.K. have been friendly to Kagame,” says Rudasingwa. “He uses those friendships for intimidation purposes.”
Rudasingwa thinks that the U.S. and other big western countries need to throw their weight behind the people instead of the government. He also sees the current situation in the Middle East as an opportunity for the people of Rwanda to gain and use the support of the U.S.
“It will depend on if the situation in Libya drags on,” says Rudasingwa. “If it goes quickly, then Rwanda could get help, but if it drags on, then the western countries are likely to shy away.”
Bill Smith, director of the university's Martin Institute, compares this to the U.S. involvement in Somalia.
“Somalia happened a few months before the Rwandan civil war and genocide,” says Smith. “If that went smoother and quicker, there’s a chance the U.S. would have stepped in and helped Rwanda.”
However, the message is far different from the current situation in Libya. Rudasingwa and his colleagues want to build the citizens freedoms peacefully.
“The people of Rwanda still have not recovered from the war and genocide in the early 1990s,” says Rudasingwa. “They do not want more war and more bloodshed.” According to Rudasingwa, more than 1 million people were killed in the Rwandan genocide.“Egypt is a great example of peaceful change,” says Rudasingwa. “Once militaries get involved, the fight for change becomes more difficult.”
Rudasingwa will be speaking at the 2011 Borah Symposium, which addresses "Human Security in the 21st Century."
“It’s great that this year’s theme is highlighting human security,” says Rudasingwa.
Human security is essentially being free from oppression and fear. Both of these are things, he notes, that the Rwandan people have been experiencing for many years.
He hopes to educate the students at the University of Idaho on the broader view of human security. Rudasingwa says that the situation in Rwanda, as well as the Middle East, may affect the average college student more then they know. He also sees a great importance in speaking at University of Idaho because of the idealism of college students.
“Many college students want to change the world,” he says. “We need to tap into that resource because the youth truly are the leaders of tomorrow.”
Rudasingwa feels that students everywhere need to be aware of what is happening around the world because it affects us all, even here in Idaho.
“It is imperative that people be involved,” he says. “If the U.S. was to get involved then that is American tax dollars and American lives that will be affected.”
He said it is like the “Butterfly Effect” because the actions of the world have a far lying affect.
“Being future leaders, these are the challenges that they will be facing and need to face,” he says. “Students are motivated by these causes; they don’t have as much baggage as my generation does and have fewer restraints.”

12 april is definitief. Kijk voor meer informatie op http://www.studenteninactie.nu

Ms Ingabire Victoire The would-be President of Rwanda And now in Prison |
Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda and Burundi's Cyprian Ntayamira were among 10 people on the aircraft which some reports say was brought down by rocket fire.
"Then there is the fact that Kagame's forces went into action within an hour of the shoot-down and that, within 100 days, succeeded in capturing state power in Rwanda. The alleged Hutu Power conspirators seem to have been in complete disarray, while Kagame's forces worked with great efficiency, which again points to a Kagame-RPF conspiracy to seize state power, rather than a Hutu conspiracy to eliminate the country's minority Tutsi.
We also stress the fact that the United States voted to scale down UN peacekeeping forces in Rwanda, and that this was what Kagame wanted, but the remnant of the Hutu government opposed. Again, this is consistent with the view that Kagame's RPF was doing the main killing, and didn't want anybody to interfere with it. Why would Kagame and his U.S. ally oppose "humanitarian intervention" in Rwanda, unless events were working out in favor of the RPF's goal of seizing the Rwandan state? Jones not only fails to deal with these critical questions. He doesn't even raise them.
Tsunami? Liberation? |
He fails to mention the internal State Department memorandum of September 1994 which we cite that claims that the "[RPF] and Tutsi civilian surrogates [were killing] 10,000 or more Hutu civilians per month, with the [RPF] accounting for 95% of the killing," and that the memorandum "speculated that the purpose of the killing was a campaign of ethnic cleansing intended to clear certain areas in the south of Rwanda for Tutsi habitation."
Bloody feuding between the majority Hutu tribe and the minority Tutsis has plagued both tiny central African states for centuries.
More than 3 millions Rwandans lost their lives since the beginning of Kagame's wars.
Shockingly, it is it is estimated that not only Tutsis lost their lives but Hutus have lost more and the genocide goes ahead if nothing is done to before the mastermind's term is out. So on ‘April 6, Remembrance Day’, remember not only the people who have died in 1994, but the other preventable Kagame's massmurder that will happen before the end of the 2017. And then ask yourself, what can I do to make sure that no more Rwandans are grieving for their loved ones during this period.”
So that we can avoid having further victims, and a population of 8 million Hutus can be preserved!
We are a forward- looking nation of hope, but as much as we want to be a forward-looking people, April 6 each year, African SurViVors International, urges all Rwandans to look back and reflect on the sacrifice of men and women who gave their life for the freedom of Rwandan people (Hutu-Tutsi-Twa) and great nation.
Those who support the criminal Kagame should be strongly condemned so that they do not repeat it again. Those who shame you by their attempts to legalize Paul Kagame and the RPF criminals’ crimes should be treated as criminals too. For this I assume what I am saying. Please go through my blog and you will understand that you’re doings are to be condemned.
Let us remember that each one of the victims was an individual with a sense of prosperity and a dream of living a fulfilled life, but chose to make great sacrifice so that all Rwandans from all ethnic groups can live with freedom and democracy.
We usually condemn donor nations, Netherlands, Great Britain and United States for financing the bloody dictatorship and terrorist state in Rwanda but we ourselves are party to financing the RPF dictatorship by using their criminal organizations such us Ibuka, African rights, AVEGA, Local difense forces, MP, DMI and CID etc and other formal channels when transferring funds to our relatives and friends in Rwanda. The Rwandan Diaspora transfers more than $8 billion annually to Rwanda through both formal and informal channels such as banks and money transfer institutions, according to the National Central Bank of Rwanda in his last statement on the Rwandan Diaspora's contribution to buid up Kagame's autocratic regime.
The lack of criticism on RPF mass-slaughter has led to more deaths as the then major Paul Kagame had a green card to operate and slaughter the prejudiced Hutu out of camera.
Initially, the media imposed the version that the Rwandan Genocide was planned and carried out only by Hutus. It may be different from the actual ethnic group to which the individual himself identifies and ethnic group in which the individual is classified by the holder of power). But against all odds, after spending more than a billion dollars (U.S.) and employing the intelligence services of the United States, England, Canada, Belgium and Israel, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda (ICTR), has yet to find any physical evidence for their thesis of a central planning of the genocide. This result was quite predictable from the outset. In fact, intelligence gathering was and still is Paul Kagame's best strength. His agents had infiltrated all spheres of Rwandan society even before October 1990. So, if evidence of planning the Rwandan Genocide by Hutus ever existed, Kagame would have made it available to the ICTR immediately and thus would have definitively silenced skeptics.

Tsunami? Liberation? |
There is no doubt that Lemarchand's warning makes a sound critical point about the dominant historiography on Rwanda -- a great deal of fear haunts the halls of "Genocide Studies." The devastation in these tragic Central African theaters of conflict has been greatly facilitated by the political triumph of the "correct interpretation," and the rejection of the kind of "revisionism" and "denial" that would call the Western-supported aggressions and the rolling genocides of Paul Kagame and Yoweri Museveni by their proper names.

Excellency Mr. President Clinton:
Please allow us to write you this letter imploring your kindness to help us give a second chance to a friend and a leader for the Rwandan people imprisoned in Rwanda for her political views.
We are a non-profit organization of Rwandan-Americans falling under the IRS 503(c) Exempt Status, Code 910: “Domestic organization with activities outside the U.S, Subtitle Q35: “International Democracy & Civil Society Development”. These are Organizations whose primary purpose is to carry out programs that support the development of democracy and civil society in countries outside of the United States to help promote democracy in foreign land and avoid the spread of failed states.
As our name says “Foundation for Freedom and Democracy in Rwanda”, we are deeply invested in helping the pro-democracy movement in Rwanda mostly by providing needed infrastructures for democracy to take place in Rwanda. We got particularly involved during the last presidential election campaign and have substantially worked alongside FDU-INKINGI, Green Party, and PS-IMBERAKURI opposition parties all of which unfortunately either failed to get registered or were simply barred from participating in the race for one reason or the other.
Of particular concern is the incarceration of Ms Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, the Chairperson of FDU-INKINGI who is in jail since October 2010. As you may know, Ms. Ingabire was charged with harboring genocide ideology, a thought crime according to the Rwandan law, inciting unsubstantiated divisionism and alleged collaboration with inexistent terrorist organization called Coalition of Democratic Forces (CDF) which no one has knowledge of except the Rwandan government. Suffice to say that the Rwandan prosecution came up with such a terrorist organization on the basis of e-mails that were presumably intercepted in the hands of Vital Uwumuremyi, a fugitive who happened to have worked for Ms. Victoire Ingabire as a real estate service broker. However, we also know that prior to that, the prosecution had confiscated Ms. Victoire Ingabire’s computers and all her other means of communication. They may therefore have tampered with them to come up with those e-mails.
Ms. Victoire Ingabire is a professional accountant and a mother of three who just misinterpreted false signs of human rights and civil liberties improvement in Rwanda deceivingly purported by the prevailing official narrative on Rwanda in the international media. She went back to Rwanda after 16 years in exile in the Netherlands because she thought that it was time for her to join other Rwandan politicians engaged in the pro-democracy movement and to give her contribution to the consolidation of political institutions in Rwanda. She only noticed that she had fallen victim of her high civility when her party was barred from registering for elections and she was subjected to mistreatment, intimidation, and ultimately was put in jail.
However, we all know that nobody on this planet has as much influence and respect with so many foreign leaders in general, and with President Kagame in particular, than you President Clinton. We've tried everything to help Ms Victoire Ingabire in vain and today we ask you Mr. President to help free an innocent woman who got taken in by RPF propaganda and has now unjustly lost the ability to go about her ordinary citizen business. Your influence has worked for so many people in so many places that we are confident it can also work in this case. Please intercede with President Paul Kagame on the behalf of Ms. Ingabire for all her supporters, her children and family to once again enjoy her inspiring, charismatic, caring and loving fellowship out of detention. The first Rwandan woman ever to attempt running for President of Rwanda in the Rwandan history, Ms. Victoire Ingabire Umuhoza, deserves a second chance. May we also request Mr. President that you give us a date and time at your own convenience we can meet you to give you more information on her case?
Your help will be highly appreciated.
Respectfully,
Theophile Murayi, PhD

Please give your opinion on this for Rwandans and Congolese people's Big issue
Do Kagame’s human rights violations preventable, stoppable? Deliberate social injustice in Rwanda, Kagame and RPF moral disaster acts are reported side by side with the unprecedented most horrific Kagame’s wars and genocides that are the world community's fault, crimes that could be prevented.
Ask your government, your neighbor, your elected representative, ask questions to the world decision makers at the UN Security Council, at the EU commission, Give answers share your knowledge on these for survivors and victims issues.

Kagame forces ruthlessly, corruptly, and avariciously impose his regime on the Rwandan population
The bloody thirsty Rwandan dictator and self-made General Paul KAGAME refuses to surrender power. The Rwandan despotic leader is showing signs of nervousness in the wake of people’s movements in North Africa. Instead of changing his autocratic policies, his sundry violations of human rights such as arbitrary executions of ordinary Rwandans, arbitrary imprisonments of the Rwandan suspect, political killings and imprisonments, Hutu majority culture destruction, and disappearances become the daily broad for the weak Rwandans.

Tony Blair doens't care |
The infamous dictator Paul Kagame who is believed to be the undemocratic ally rules with the rod of iron and enslaves the majority of Rwandans: Hutu ethnic group members. He rose to power through bloody genocide and rules by terror and torture and genocide. Kagame’s military junta often receives training or advice from the House niggers, CIA and other US and GB agencies. US and GB military aid and weapons have strengthened the RPF well-oiled military machine to guarantee Kagame hold on power. Rwanda is actually being used as a wastebasket for the political toxic waste of some of the Western world powers in particular UK and United States .

Rwandan Tsunami in Kibeho |
The self-made General Kagame, RPF and his government alienate Hutu intellectuals by suppressing all opposition to his regime. He alienates Hutu peasants by raising non-reimbursed expropriations, forcing them off their land, and moving them into Imidugudu, concentration camps surrounded by Kagame militias known as Local defense forces and Intore while Paul Kagame and his cronies live in luxury, the rest of Rwandans dwells in squalor.
According to many observers, international organizations, arbitrary arrest, torture, disappearance, and political killings are everyday realities for Rwandans since RPF took power in a bloody coup April 6, 1994 a tragic period of US and GB financed military dictatorship.
Unambiguous fact: I remember... You remember.... They remember that war crimes were committed by Kagame and RPF out of camera. On the other hand, those crimes were covered with the intent to shift the blame on Interahamwe or were adapted to the purpose of protecting Kagame and his RPF criminal activities during the Rwandan and Congolese genocides. Kagame cannot be apprehended using standard investigations.
Example : Instead of toppling and arresting the Rwandan bloody dictator Kagame, responsible for 8 millions of deaths in Rwanda and Congo. Today, it happens in Libya. Why Rwandans should kneel before the Rwandan Tsunami by every possible means? RPF governance is slavery.

African SurViVors International (ASI) is an international nonpartisan charity organization devoted to defending human rights. It’s an organization working to promote democracy and national reconciliation, inside countries of the African Great lakes Region.
ASI centers its work on the twin concepts of freedom of self-determination and freedom from tyranny. These ideals include the belief that all human beings have the rights to speak freely, to associate with those of like mind, and to leave and enter their countries. Individuals in a free society must be accorded equal treatment and due process under law, and must have the opportunity to participate in the governments of their countries;
ASI’s ideals likewise find expression in the conviction that all human beings have the right to be free from arbitrary detainment or exile and from interference and coercion in matters of conscience. ASI does not support nor condone violence.

The Truth can be buried and stomped into the ground where none can see, yet eventually it will, like a seed, break through the surface once again far more potent than ever, and Nothing can stop it. Truth can be suppressed for a "time", yet It cannot be destroyed. ==> Wolverine

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries.
My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity.
This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.
Genocide masterminded by RPF
Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out.
After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason
Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
