A Candle For Remembering
May this memorial candle lights up the historical past of our beloved Country: Rwanda, We love U so much. If Tears could build a stairway. And memories were a lane. I would walk right up to heaven. To bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before I knew it And. Only Paul Kagame knows why. My heart still aches with sadness. And secret tears still flow. What It meant to lose you. No one will ever know.
Why did Kagame this to me?
Can't forget. He murdered my mother. What should be my reaction? FYI: the number of orphans in Rwanda has skyrocketed since the 1990's Kagame's invasion. Much higher numbers of orphans had and have no other option but joining FDLR fighters who are identified as children that have Lost their Parents in Kagame's Wars inside and outside of Rwanda.If someone killed your child/spouse/parent(s) would you seek justice or revenge? WARNINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
Rwanda
Canadians are strongly advised to remain vigilant and avoid large crowds. In recent years, a number of grenade attacks have taken place throughout the country, particularly in Kigali and the Southern Province. The attacks usually occur at nightfall and take place at busy locations such as bus stations. On January 3, 2012, a grenade explosion killed two people and injured several others at Marembo Center in the Gasabo District of Kigali. On January 24, 2012, a grenade attack wounded 10 people in the town of Gitarama in the Muhanga district.
Pickpocketing and petty crimes take place.

OFFICIAL WARNING: Foreign Affairs and International Trade Canada advises against non-essential travel to the rural areas bordering Burundi and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) – except to the towns of Gisenyi, Kibuye, and Cyangugu – because of possible incursions by various rebel army groups.
The presence and movement of Rwandan refugees returning from neighbouring countries may cause tensions in rural areas. Although significant progress has been made in promoting national reconciliation, the security situation in these rural areas remains fragile. No violent incidents have been reported recently in the towns of Gisenyi, Kibuye, and Cyangugu, near the border with the DRC, or in the town of Butare, near the border with Burundi.
The Rwanda-DRC border could be closed without notice.
OFFICIAL REGISTRATION RECOMMENDATION: We offer a registration service for all Canadians travelling or living abroad. This service is provided so that we can contact and assist you in an emergency abroad, such as a natural disaster or civil unrest, or inform you of a family emergency at home. There was a confirmed grenade attack along a main road in the town of Gitarama on the evening of 24 January. Approximately 14 people were injured.
We advise against all travel to the rural border areas with Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC), except to the towns of Gisenyi, Kibuye and Cyangugu. We advise against all travel to Eastern DRC except for Goma and Bukavu. We advise against all but essential travel to Goma and Bukavu. This is because of the risk of cross-border incursions by armed guerrillas operating from DRC’s Kivu provinces and ongoing instability in Eastern Congo. The Rwandan Police have confirmed a grenade attack in Gitarama on 24 January. There were approximately 14 casualties but no deaths. Police are investigating and it has been reported that two suspects have been arrested.
There have been previous reports of random grenade attacks, resulting in fatalities and injuries. These include one in 2012: on 3 January in the Gasabo District of Kagali in which two people were killed and 18 injured. There were three in 2011: in January and March in Kigali in Rusizi town in the Western Province in July People have been arrested and convicted but it remains unclear who is behind these attacks and we advise travellers to maintain at least the same level of personal security awareness as in the UK.

Let the remembrance of the innocent Hutu refugee be preserved
Every year beginning November, Rwandan refugees pause in a silent moment of remembrance of children, men and women, family members and closer friends
Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
Before the RPF invasion October 1st 1990,
Rwandans were fortunate so far and all things were cheerful.
Then the RPF Nazi started with the untold mega massacres of The innocent Hutu.

We honor all of those assassinated, machetted , akandoyed by the RPF Nazi during its dreadful crusade across Zaïre hunting those children and women only because they happened to be born Hutus. Even if they died, killed by RPF, the Rwandese Nazi, they gave their lives and their futures so that our generation may survive and live in peace.
3,500,000 innocent Hutus, the pride of our hearts, died among them refugees, forcibly returnees, those who did not flee in 1994 when the 3rd Reich top leader Paul Kagame took power in Rwanda.
These RPF, the Rwandese Nazi wars touched the lives of Rwandans of all ages, all races, and all social classes, all ethnic groups, Abatwa, Abahutu and Abatutsi. Our beloved innocent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters and brothers, sweethearts: they were killed only because most of them were born Hutus, with many Tutsis who fled the RPF Nazi, they refused the RPF fascism and dictatorship, they were killed because they opposed the Paul Kagame Nazi regime, they wanted freedom and to live in peace.

Those 1996, 1997 and 1998 Hutu forcibly returned to Rwanda have never lived in peace.

The RPF Nazi supports Hutu child prostitution and Trafficking
Most of Internal Hutus are forced to slavery, our kids, daughters and moms live under prostitution by coercion, kidnapping and rape.
The ethnic composition of the population denial has led to the disappearance of the Abatwa as the well-known minority group in Rwanda; their rights are hijacked by RPF Tutsis extremists and Nazi. The RPF Government refused to register CAURWA, an advocacy group for Abatwa, because its program of advocating on behalf of one ethnic group was perceived as "divisive."
RPF Incitement to Acts of Discrimination at all social levels: The RPF Nazi regime encourages Tutsi citizens to make false accusations against or discriminate against Hutus. Gacaca courts were created with the same purpose.
The RPF Nazi regime promotes the Forced and or Compulsory Labor aimed to enslave Hutus.
The Hutu child has no guarantee for not being exploited in the organized Hutu child labor. He knows no minimum Age for Employment.
Question: I s it possible to prosecute Belgian and Dutch NGOs actually working in Rwanda shoulder to shoulder with the RPF Nazi regime in Rwanda?
What about grouping dwellings “Imidugudu” followed by Hutu expropriation by RPF High ranking military and RPF leadership for large-scale farms: amarancha?
We ask everyone to light a candle during this month of remembrance in their time zone. Spread the word, increase support, inform your neighbor and make people aware of killing innocent people, refugees, and humankind loss.
Caution:
We believe that God's call is always to peace for ALL RWANDANS, but it is also to justice and mercy. When Paul Kagame and his RPF Nazis are trampled upon with force and impunity, war, we repeat again, war becomes inevitable and even necessary. It is often the best we can do when faced with great evil in an imperfect world.

Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
We honor all of those assassinated, machetted , akandoyed by the RPF Nazi during its dreadful crusade across Zaïre hunting those children and women only because they happened to be born Hutus. Even if they died, killed by RPF, the Rwandese Nazi, they gave their lives and their futures so that our generation may survive and live in peace.
More than 250,000 Innocent Tutsi were assassinated by the RPF infiltrators and by the Interahamwe 3,500,000 innocent Hutus, the pride of our hearts, died among them refugees, forcibly returnees, those who did not flee in 1994 when the 3rd Reich top leader Paul Kagame seized power in Rwanda.
These RPF, the Rwandese Nazi wars touched the lives of Rwandans of all ages, all races, and all social classes, all ethnic groups, Abatwa, Abahutu and Abatutsi. Our beloved innocent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters and brothers, sweethearts: they were killed only because most of them were born Hutus, with many Tutsis who fled the RPF Nazi, they refused the RPF fascism and dictatorship, they were killed because they opposed the Paul Kagame Nazi regime, they wanted freedom and to live in peace.

Burundi has set up an investigation after a number of dead bodies wrapped in plastic were found floating in a lake on its border with Rwanda.
Fishermen say there are reports of dozens of unidentified bodies being spotted in recent weeks in Lake Rweru.
It is not clear how they died. The regional authorities say their investigations indicate the victims were not from Burundi.
But Rwanda police say no-one has been reported missing on the Rwandan side.
''The victims are not Burundian citizens because the bodies are coming from Akagera River flowing from Rwanda,'' Burundian official, Jean Berchmans Mpabansi, told the BBC.
The latest bodies - five wrapped within two plastic bags - were discovered on Sunday and Monday.
Two other bodies were found last Tuesday.
Villagers in Giteranyi district, which borders the lake, say the bodies first began appearing in July - with some saying up to 40 have been spotted.
The BBC's Prime Ndikumagenge in Burundi says most of the bodies have been wrapped in plastic, but one fisherman said that not all of them have been - giving the example of a naked woman who was found.
The bodies are often discovered in an advanced stage of decomposition, prompting health fears as villagers in the semi-arid province of Muyingai depend on the lake for their water, he says.
ATROCITIES IN RWANDA, 2014
The Kagame regime began this year by assassinating Patrick Karegeya in South Africa. It moved on to “disappearing” citizens all over the nation, and then there were strange fires that burned down prisons. Now there are arrests of leading regime generals and other figures as the totalitarian regime eats its own, and there are also bodies turning up on a lake in Burundi. This story, translated from French, says:
In recent days corpses wrapped in plastic bags are found floating on the lake Rweru on the border between Burundi and Rwanda in the province Muyinga.More than 40 bodies floating in the lake town Rweru Giteranyi were seen and counted from the month of July by the fishermen, as confirmed by the local administration and police. This week, these fishermen accompanied by a unit of the Navy, saw two bodies on the mouth of the Kagera. It was a woman without clothes and a man wrapped in a bag. One of the dead was identified by Rwandan fishermen, they immediately rushed to repatriate the dead body.
The report goes on to says that Burundi had not reported any disappeared, and that Burundians:
…indicate that such carcasses are thrown into the river Akagara the Rwandan side, that comes pouring into the lake Rweru: “In the neighborhood, we deplore any loss, unless they are brought from other regions and thrown in the lake, “they say.

The case made headlines Burundian newspapers for two days: the fishermen said they saw dozens of bodies floating on the Rweru Lake in northeastern Burundi, on the border with Rwanda. They are bodies of men, women and youth, some tied up.
Fishermen Lake Rweru say they would have seen since early July between six and forty bodies floating in the waters of the lake, located in the northeastern Burundi. Several private radio stations in Bujumbura, the alarm was given it a week ago.
Contacted by RFI yesterday, Sunday, the representative of the fishermen of the town Giteranyi shoreline of the lake, said he went near the mouth of the Kagera River with soldiers from the Burundian Navy. They then discovered there two bodies, one still wrapped in a big burlap bag. ” We unfortunately could not bring them back to the mainland because the bodies were in an advanced state of decomposition , “said the representative of the fishermen. They then drifted the body along with the current like other fishermen did with the body they discovered earlier.… Fishermen are, claim that these bodies would be carried by the Kagera River which originates in neighboring Rwanda. Prudente, the Burundian government would not confirm or deny.

Munyeshyaka, the organisational secretary of the Democratic Green Party, was at a meeting in the eastern district of Bugesera, when he received a phone call.The caller said he had an urgent message to deliver, according to the party. Munyeshyaka didn’t know the caller but left to meet him. He has not been seen since.

The recent prisons set on fire are two prisons of Muhanga central prison in Gitarama and Nyakiriba prison in Rubavu (Gisenyi) respectively on 5 June 2014 and 7 July 2014, i e within one month. This happened following 1 or 2 months more than sixteen thousand (16,000) Hutus massacred in Northern West province in Nyabihu district and the RPF regime said they don’t know their whereabouts, and simply said that they disappeared.

Conditions in the open-air prison that is Rwanda are horrible, and yet we continue to only see the sanitized, mission-trip version of reality in PEAR USA publications. Speaking of another appalling situation, that of Christians in Iraq, PEAR Bishop Breedlove says:
The silence of the US and Canadian media and government is unconscionable, and we need to call them to account and ask for a change of behavior. “Never Silent” is part of our story. We need to bring that legacy to this critical issue happening right now. We must never be silent while Christians are slaughtered for nothing more than being Christians.

He is right for once, and yet the hypocrisy is more than a little thick given the outrages in Rwanda that have been happening for two decades now, with the increasing complicity of Westerners, who choose to see no evil and hear no evil.
