May this memorial candle lights up the historical past of our beloved Country: Rwanda, We love U so much. If Tears could build a stairway. And memories were a lane. I would walk right up to heaven. To bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before I knew it And. Only Paul Kagame knows why. My heart still aches with sadness. And secret tears still flow. What It meant to lose you. No one will ever know.
Why did Kagame this to me?

Depuis que le Front Patriotique rwandais (FPR) occupe le Rwanda en 1994, Plus de 3 millions et demi de réfugiés Hutu et plus de 4 millions et demi de civils congolais ont été sauvagement assassinés, d’autres massacrés par le FPR et son proxy armée AFDL comme des vaches dans un abattoir.
Ils sont nombreux dans les prisons mouroirs rwandais, dans des fosses communes, dans des latrines, au fond des lacs et des rivières, d’autres à travers le chemin le plus long à la recherche de leur sécurité et de la Liberté. Personne ne pourra nier que le Général Paul Kagamé, le Président actuel du Rwanda, a une lourde responsabilité politique et criminelle en planifiant, en activant et en soutenant par tous les moyens le génocide Rwandais et le génocide contre les réfugiés Hutus et le peuple congolais en particulier.
La vérité sur la tragédie rwandaise est plus que jamais connue mais le jour de la chasse, l'arrestation et la mise en examen de Paul Kagamé et les officiers supérieurs militaires du FPR reste inconnu. Ceci se comprend parce qu’à cause de sa nature lucrative, la guerre entretenue par Kagamé et les milieux mafieux des Etats Unies, de la Grande Bretagne, du Canada, de la Belgique et d’autres pays de l'Ouest encourage Kagamé à faire des massacres qui servent de pont pour le pillage des richesses des pays des Grands Lacs d'Afrique. Malgré le niveau très élevé d'influence et de pouvoir dont Kagamé jouit dans les milieux mafieux des pays corrompus de l'Ouest, les crimes de guerre et les actes de génocide portés contre lui ne doivent pas restés impunis. C’est pour cette raison que nous avons besoin de votre soutien pour obliger l’actuel le procureur du TPIR (Tribunal International pour le Rwanda) à démissionner pour avoir humilié durant autant d’années les survivants du génocide rwandais. Nous sommes déterminés à briser le silence pour demander que soit arrêté Paul Kagamé et mis en examen pour les crimes contre l'humanité, crimes de guerre et crime de génocide et si ce n’est pas le cas confier le dossier au procureur de la Cour Criminelle Internationale à prendre le relais pour faire entendre la voix des victimes.
Des millions de victimes ne pourront pas se faire enregistrer sur cette liste tout simplement parce qu'ils n'ont pas survécu aux atrocités de Kagamé. Malgré cette limitation, nous espérons que plusieurs d'entre vous répondront positivement, le seul moyen de faire barrage à l'impunité de ceux qui piétinent la loi internationale. Le jugement de cette nature a besoin de votre soutien. De la part de ceux qui ont été assassinés, blessés, dépossédés de leurs biens et de ceux qui encore aujourd'hui se retrouvent dans les camps de concentration au Rwanda, nous demandons que soit faite la chasse à Paul Kagamé, pour qu'il soit arrêté et mis en examen pour les crimes qui lui sont reprochés. Nous voulons qu'au Rwanda les valeurs démocratiques et le respect des droits de l'homme deviennent la seule issue pour résoudre la crise rwandaise qui n'en finit pas.
Toutes les conventions internationales sur les droits de l'homme ne devraient pas simplement se borner à parler de paix et de justice sur papier, elles doivent être appliquées par ces pays mêmes qui les ont ratifiés il y a des années. Ceci pour montrer que « PERSONNE N'EST AU-DESSUS DE LA LOI ».

Nous ne pouvons pas dire dans le cas présent que ces crimes ont été commis il ya belle lurette, par conséquent ils sont excusables. Nous disons simplement que les principes de Nuremberg soient appliqués à la lettre et à titre égal à tous les cas similaires pour les crimes postérieurs et qui ont été commis jusqu'à ce jour. Tout assassin doit être pourchassé, poursuivi, arrêté et remis à la justice. Pas d'exception et rien ne nous arrêtera avant que le dernier des criminels Nazis rwandais soit appréhendé et remis à la justice. Que justice soit faite

Every year beginning November, Rwandan refugees pause in a silent moment of remembrance of children, men and women, family members and closer friends
Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
Before the RPF invasion October 1st 1990,
Rwandans were fortunate so far and all things were cheerful.
Then the RPF Nazi started with the untold mega massacres of The innocent Hutu.

As we did not forget ubwicanyi bwa FPR ,
The horror remains in our minds

We grieve for the innocent lives that were lost,
As our prayers begin to reach Heaven's door.
Take their hands Dear God we pray,
And let them know we truly cared.
Their lives will not have been lost in vain,
But we're thankful for the lives that were spared.
We share the emptiness they feel inside,
The pains of grief they bear.
The loss of direction, their questions of why,
With the smell of murder in the air.
Whether it be Byumba, Ruhengeri,Kibungo,or Gitarama,
Or out on the open waves.
These beasts keep planting the seeds of fear,
While their leaders hide in Rwanda, the temple of Impunity.
You are in our hearts and our minds,
For the losses you have suffered today.
We'll continue the prayers to our Lord above,
That He'll hold your fears at bay.
For all those victms, no kubabikoze bose bica abandi,
kuli Kagame wiyibagiza ibyaha yakoze, na RPF members,

Every year on November 14, Rwandan refugees pause in a silent moment of remembrance of children, men and women, family members and closer friends
Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
We honor all of those assassinated, machetted , akandoyed by the RPF Nazi during its dreadful crusade across Zaïre hunting those children and women only because they happened to be born Hutus. Even if they died, killed by RPF, the Rwandese Nazi, they gave their lives and their futures so that our generation may survive and live in peace.
3,500,000 innocent Hutus, the pride of our hearts, died among them refugees, forcibly returnees, those who did not flee in 1994 when the 3rd Reich top leader Paul Kagame took power in Rwanda.
These RPF, the Rwandese Nazi wars touched the lives of Rwandans of all ages, all races, and all social classes, all ethnic groups, Abatwa, Abahutu and Abatutsi. Our beloved innocent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters and brothers, sweethearts: they were killed only because most of them were born Hutus, with many Tutsis who fled the RPF Nazi, they refused the RPF fascism and dictatorship, they were killed because they opposed the Paul Kagame Nazi regime, they wanted freedom and to live in peace.

Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
The meaning of their massacres rests with our collective national consciousness; our future is ARGR Intabaza, as the well-known organization of survivors of RPF mega atrocities not yet prosecuted and punished. Our closest physical and emotional experience may be the discovery of 1996-1997 wartime memorabilia in our family organization: ARGR – Intabaza
Those 1996, 1997 and 1998 Hutu forcibly returned to Rwanda have never lived in peace.
Here is their daily bread:
· Arbitrary or Unlawful Deprivation of Life
· Disappearance
· Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
· Arbitrary Arrest and/or Detention
· Denial of Fair Public Trial across the country
· RPF Arbitrary Interference with Privacy, Family, Home or Correspondence, every movement is controlled by LDF and or LDF.
No Freedom of Speech and Press , situation is daily worsened by the fear of RPF Nazi
No Freedom of Peaceful Assembly and Association has become ancient history
No Freedom of Religion since the RPF Nazi seized power in 1994
No Freedom of Movement within the Country, Foreign Travel highly controlled by the totalitarian regime, Emigration, and forcibly Repatriation of Hutu ethnic members
The RPF Nazi supports Hutu child prostitution and Trafficking
Most of Internal Hutus are forced to slavery, our kids, daughters and moms live under prostitution by coercion, kidnapping and rape.
The ethnic composition of the population denial has led to the disappearance of the Abatwa as the well-known minority group in Rwanda; their rights are hijacked by RPF Tutsis extremists and Nazi. The RPF Government refused to register CAURWA, an advocacy group for Abatwa, because its program of advocating on behalf of one ethnic group was perceived as "divisive."
RPF Incitement to Acts of Discrimination at all social levels: The RPF Nazi regime encourages Tutsi citizens to make false accusations against or discriminate against Hutus. Gacaca courts were created with the same purpose.
The RPF Nazi regime promotes the Forced and or Compulsory Labor aimed to enslave Hutus.
The Hutu child has no guarantee for not being exploited in the organized Hutu child labor. He knows no minimum Age for Employment.
Question: I s it possible to prosecute Belgian and Dutch NGOs actually working in Rwanda shoulder to shoulder with the RPF Nazi regime in Rwanda?
What about grouping dwellings “Imidugudu” followed by Hutu expropriation by RPF High ranking military and RPF leadership for large-scale farms: amarancha?
We ask everyone to light a candle during this month of remembrance in their time zone. Spread the word, increase support, inform your neighbor and make people aware of killing innocent people, refugees, and humankind loss.
Caution:
We believe that God's call is always to peace for ALL RWANDANS, but it is also to justice and mercy. When Paul Kagame and his RPF Nazis are trampled upon with force and impunity, war, we repeat again, war becomes inevitable and even necessary. It is often the best we can do when faced with great evil in an imperfect world.

Let the remembrance of the innocent Hutu refugee be preserved
Every year on November 14, Rwandan refugees pause in a silent moment of remembrance of children, men and women, family members and closer friends
Who died during times of forcibly repatriation.
We honor all of those assassinated, machetted , akandoyed by the RPF Nazi during its dreadful crusade across Zaïre hunting those children and women only because they happened to be born Hutus. Even if they died, killed by RPF, the Rwandese Nazi, they gave their lives and their futures so that our generation may survive and live in peace.
3,500,000 innocent Hutus, the pride of our hearts, died among them refugees, forcibly returnees, those who did not flee in 1994 when the 3rd Reich top leader Paul Kagame took power in Rwanda.
These RPF, the Rwandese Nazi wars touched the lives of Rwandans of all ages, all races, and all social classes, all ethnic groups, Abatwa, Abahutu and Abatutsi. Our beloved innocent fathers, mothers, sons, daughters and brothers, sweethearts: they were killed only because most of them were born Hutus, with many Tutsis who fled the RPF Nazi, they refused the RPF fascism and dictatorship, they were killed because they opposed the Paul Kagame Nazi regime, they wanted freedom and to live in peace.

The meaning of their massacres rests with our collective national consciousness; our future is ARGR Intabaza, as the well-known organization of survivors of RPF mega atrocities not yet prosecuted and punished. Our closest physical and emotional experience may be the discovery of 1996-1997 wartime memorabilia in our family organization: ARGR – Intabaza
Those 1996, 1997 and 1998 Hutu forcibly returned to Rwanda have never lived in peace.
Here is their daily bread:
· Arbitrary or Unlawful Deprivation of Life
· Disappearance
· Torture and Other Cruel, Inhuman, or Degrading Treatment or Punishment
· Arbitrary Arrest and/or Detention
· Denial of Fair Public Trial across the country
· RPF Arbitrary Interference with Privacy, Family, Home or Correspondence, every movement is controlled by LDF and or LDF.
No Freedom of Speech and Press , situation is daily worsened by the fear of RPF Nazi
No Freedom of Peaceful Assembly and Association has become ancient history
No Freedom of Religion since the RPF Nazi seized power in 1994
No Freedom of Movement within the Country, Foreign Travel highly controlled by the totalitarian regime, Emigration, and forcibly Repatriation of Hutu ethnic members
The RPF Nazi supports Hutu child prostitution and Trafficking
Most of Internal Hutus are forced to slavery, our kids, daughters and moms live under prostitution by coercion, kidnapping and rape.
The ethnic composition of the population denial has led to the disappearance of the Abatwa as the well-known minority group in Rwanda; their rights are hijacked by RPF Tutsis extremists and Nazi. The RPF Government refused to register CAURWA, an advocacy group for Abatwa, because its program of advocating on behalf of one ethnic group was perceived as "divisive."
RPF Incitement to Acts of Discrimination at all social levels: The RPF Nazi regime encourages Tutsi citizens to make false accusations against or discriminate against Hutus. Gacaca courts were created with the same purpose.
The RPF Nazi regime promotes the Forced and or Compulsory Labor aimed to enslave Hutus.
The Hutu child has no guarantee for not being exploited in the organized Hutu child labor. He knows no minimum Age for Employment.
Question: I s it possible to prosecute Belgian and Dutch NGOs actually working in Rwanda shoulder to shoulder with the RPF Nazi regime in Rwanda?
What about grouping dwellings “Imidugudu” followed by Hutu expropriation by RPF High ranking military and RPF leadership for large-scale farms: amarancha?
We ask everyone to light a candle during this month of remembrance in their time zone. Spread the word, increase support, inform your neighbor and make people aware of killing innocent people, refugees, and humankind loss.
Caution:
We believe that God's call is always to peace for ALL RWANDANS, but it is also to justice and mercy. When Paul Kagame and his RPF Nazis are trampled upon with force and impunity, war, we repeat again, war becomes inevitable and even necessary. Ladies and Gentlemen,
For a long time, I have been telling you how some western countries make mistakes by supporting by all means the increasing apartheid and now built up throughout Rwanda. The apartheid system developed by Paul Kagame in Rwanda has always aimed to make easier the ethnic cleansing against the majority Hutu ethnic members(85%, 84% according to CIA). To understand the situation, witness this non exhaustive list of Rwandese High ranking state officials essentially chosen from the Tutsi minority ethnic group (14%).
You will find out that the RPF system is as morally bad as apartheid, serves here, like Nazism. That’s why I previously tried to explain to you how the Nazism has been built up by Paul Kagame helped by mafias groups from some western countries. That system is based on discriminatory (mostly racial) practices that impugn human dignity against the majority Hutu ethnic members (85%).
The system of the RPF rule is recognized by next characteristics: differential access to basic human rights; wealth and power structured by race and place; structural racism, embedded in global economic processes, political institutions and cultural assumptions; and the RPF regime practices of double standards that assume inferior rights to be appropriate for Hutu ethnic members defined by location, origin, race, ethnic or gender.
If the crime of apartheid, the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid has been ratified by more than 100 states, it means that Rwanda should comply with the then convention. The violation by the RPF regime is unacceptable. It's a violation of the International Convention on the Suppression and Punishment of the Crime of Apartheid adopted on 30 November 1973 and came into force on 18 July 1976. A visible feature of the situation is the silence on crimes and the support of some of Western countries notably US, British and Dutch governments of the RPF discriminatory system in Rwanda.
The RPF governing system as many of you know, is a crime against humanity and that inhuman acts resulting from RPF policies and daily practices of racial segregation and discrimination in Rwanda are crimes violating the principles of International Law, in particular the purposes of the UN Charter, and constitutes a serious threat to international peace and security. Article II defines the inhuman acts committed for the purpose of establishing and maintaining domination by one racial group of persons over other racial groups and systematically oppressing them.
In this context, t he fact is that RPF leadership may be tried by a competent tribunal of any state party to the Convention. You should notice that such crimes against humanity by the RPF regime have been committed during 1994 wartime period and are actually committed in peace time.
So these RPF crimes are widespread across the country and if you watch this closely the then crimes are systematic and most of you know that there are no grounds needed to be spelled out. This is the reason why the non exhaustive list has been required to satisfy the principle nullum crimen sine lege. These RPF huge atrocities should be a matter of concern to the international community.
To the light of the definition of the crime of apartheid in my country, we should remember that such crime is described as a crime against humanity because committed as part of a widespread or systematic attack directed against the Hutu Majority group with knowledge of the attack. It's all about RPF course of conduct and measures involving the multiple acts of crimes committed against the Hutu majority group across the country. We know this there is no need for proofs.
If you carefully see the non exhaustive list, you will be find out that RPF crimes are committed in the context of an institutionalized regime (the RPF regime) of systematic oppression and domination by the Tutsi minority group over the Hutu majority group and there is no need to prove that these crimes are committed with the intention of maintaining the RPF regime.
The concluding observations indicate concern about the continuing difference in treatment between the Tutsi minority group and the Hutu majority group with wrought discriminatory treatment against Hutus.
Various reports from many sources about discriminatory treatment against Hutus certainly provide the basis for a prima facie allegation of RPF crimes against humanity of the apartheid already institutionalized in Rwanda.

If we truly want peace in this world, we need to make better choices closer to home. I recently have heard that many of western Universities committees won’t see anymore their degrees getting devalued because of non sense and even stupid publicity in granting honorary degrees to unpopular leaders across the world and to heavyweight criminals and or dictators such like Paul Kagame only because they happen to be self-elected presidents.
On the other hand, I think I am certainly correct when I say or repeat that when you give, you get, and that goes both ways. If you give well, you get well; and if you give poorly, you can expect a poor return. Come on! So are the consequences of those unpredictable distributions of honorary degrees. In my point of view, these universities should be aware too about their tight relationship with the African Paul Pot, the Hitler admirer Paul Kagame. Who doesn’t know Paul Kagame? Is this a good thing to destroy your own university because of one bloody dictator only because he’s backed by US and UK governments?
You be the judge!
Paul Kagame is the worse dictator the world has ever hosted. He is responsible for repeated and egregious crimes against humanity.
1. He is responsible for perpetrated massacres of perhaps thousands of pro-democracy students and teachers (about 21,000) at Kibeho in the early 1995.
2. The widespread repression, torture, and murder, imprisonment of hundreds of thousands of Hutus were mass-murdered by the bloody RPF government led by him.
3. His DMI, MP and other unknown intelligence organizations across Rwanda are a foresight of what the world will face as the humiliation of the human kind.
4. At the same time, US government delivers military training to RPF criminals and US universities are not anxious to grant Paul Kagame various honorary degrees despite the sufferings of Rwandan and Congolese people due to the most-wanted criminal Paul Kagame’s crimes. Personally, I do think there are very few people, and it’s very important to emphasize this, that merit being awarded honorary degrees, and the likes of Paul Kagame should certainly not be among them.
5. He is responsible for perpetrated massacres of hundred of thousand Rwanda refugees in the Democratic of the Congo: 3,500,000 Rwandans and more than 4,000,000 Congolese people butchered by him and his bloody army APR/ADF genocidaire. Thousands of returnees were butchered in those prepared for them death camps and in the countryside according to the well planed killing strategy.
For many experts, the key to the recent RPF crimes in Rwanda and in the Republic of the Congo lies in the Universities staffs, senate and students’ push to extend their influence in the Western government’s foreign policies to merely stop this phenomenon which negatively affect their future.
Listen to what Guga Rockall says:
“ If universities want to avoid their honorary degrees being devalued to a level comparable with peerages and similar, they should be limited to people who have made some outstanding contribution in a particular field or area, and which has resulted in some form of benefit to the country or the world”.
Another respected man Mr. Roy, one of the serious observers in this matter adds the following:
“Giving away degrees by universities just for a bit of free publicity devalues the achievements of those who have had to spend years working for them…”
For a longtime, we have been told that nominees are selected and vetted about the type of people honored. The result is very critical when for free publicity which does not care about their future, some of western universities continue to confer the honoris causa degrees upon the Rwandan Top Nazi despite tie fact that he is on top of the target list f bloody dictators. So, after analyzing the situation, I came to the conclusion that the degree that He receives is in all a degree of anger at roll of dishonor for the University itself, the UK citizens who have studied or worked in those universities and of course for dishonor and a shame for the abandoned Rwandans.
Recommendations:
· Stopping the award of degrees to people who are believed to be criminals and Nazis suck like Paul Kagame
· No more red carpet to the world heavy-weight criminal and Rwanda Top Nazi
· Banning serving politicians from receiving awards.
· Giving serious consideration to whether degrees should be awarded to nominees from countries with poor or without human rights records
· Greater scrutiny at the nomination stage between the degree committee and the university senate which rubber stamps awards.
· Previous degrees awarded to Paul Kagame should be withdrawn for the same reasons.
This process to allow honorary degrees to be removed may start and encouraged and it is a good thing.
I finally do hope Paul Kagame will be the first world heavyweight criminal to be deprived of his award for becoming the Rwanda Top Nazi, a genocidaire, a war criminal, an anti-democratic tyrant and no longer be able to flaunt his degrees. Otherwise, it’s a big shame to all of us. Shame, indeed. Shame on all of us for tolerating a terrorist state.
