A Candle For Remembering

A Candle For Remembering
May this memorial candle lights up the historical past of our beloved Country: Rwanda, We love U so much. If Tears could build a stairway. And memories were a lane. I would walk right up to heaven. To bring you home again. No farewell words were spoken. No time to say goodbye. You were gone before I knew it And. Only Paul Kagame knows why. My heart still aches with sadness. And secret tears still flow. What It meant to lose you. No one will ever know.

Let us remember Our People

Let us remember our people, it is our right

You can't stop thinking

Don't you know Rwandans are talkin' 'bout a revolution It sounds like a whisper The majority Hutus and interior Tutsi are gonna rise up And get their share SurViVors are gonna rise up And take what's theirs. We're the survivors, yes: the Hutu survivors! Yes, we're the survivors, like Daniel out of the lions' den (Hutu survivors) Survivors, survivors! Get up, stand up, stand up for your rights et up, stand up, don't give up the fight “I’m never gonna hold you like I did / Or say I love you to the kids / You’re never gonna see it in my eyes / It’s not gonna hurt me when you cry / I’m not gonna miss you.” The situation is undeniably hurtful but we can'stop thinking we’re heartbroken over the loss of our beloved ones. "You can't separate peace from freedom because no one can be at peace unless he has his freedom". Malcolm X

Welcome to Home Truths

The year is 1994, the Fruitful year and the Start of a long epoch of the Rwandan RPF bloody dictatorship. Rwanda and DRC have become a unique arena and fertile ground for wars and lies. Tutsi RPF members deny Rights and Justice to the Hutu majority, to Interior Tutsis, to Congolese people, publicly claim the status of victim as the only SurViVors while millions of Hutu, interior Tutsi and Congolese people were butchered. Please make RPF criminals a Day One priority. Allow voices of the REAL victims to be heard.

Everybody Hurts

“Everybody Hurts” is one of the rare songs on this list that actually offers catharsis. It’s beautifully simple: you’re sad, but you’re not alone because “everybody hurts, everybody cries.” You’re human, in other words, and we all have our moments. So take R.E.M.’s advice, “take comfort in your friends,” blast this song, have yourself a good cry, and then move on. You’ll feel better, I promise.—Bonnie Stiernberg

KAGAME - GENOCIDAIRE

Paul Kagame admits ordering...

Paul Kagame admits ordering the 1994 assassination of President Juvenal Habyarimana of Rwanda.

Why did Kagame this to me?

Why did Kagame this to me?
Can't forget. He murdered my mother. What should be my reaction? FYI: the number of orphans in Rwanda has skyrocketed since the 1990's Kagame's invasion. Much higher numbers of orphans had and have no other option but joining FDLR fighters who are identified as children that have Lost their Parents in Kagame's Wars inside and outside of Rwanda. If someone killed your child/spouse/parent(s) would you seek justice or revenge? Deep insight: What would you do to the person who snuffed the life of someone I love beyond reason? Forgiving would bring me no solace. If you take what really matters to me, I will show you what really matters. NITUTIRWANAHO TUZASHIRA. IGIHE KIRAGEZE.If democracy is to sell one's motherland(Africa), for some zionits support, then I prefer the person who is ready to give all his live for his motherland. Viva President Putin!!!

RPF committed the unspeakable

RPF committed the unspeakable
The perverted RPF committed the UNSPEAKABLE.Two orphans, both against the Nazi world. Point is the fact that their parents' murder Kagame & his RPF held no shock in the Western world. Up to now, the Rwandan Hitler Kagame and his death squads still enjoy impunity inside and outside of Rwanda. What goes through someone's mind as they know RPF murdered their parents? A delayed punishment is actually an encouragement to crime, In Praise of the ongoing Bloodshed in Rwanda. “I always think I am a pro-peace person but if someone harmed someone near and dear to me, I don't think I could be so peaceful. I would like to believe that to seek justice could save millions of people living the African Great Lakes Region - I would devote myself to bringing the 'perp' along to a non-happy ending but would that be enough? You'd have to be in the situation I suppose before you could actually know how you would feel or what you would do”. Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, Libre Penseur

Rwanda-rebranding

Rwanda-rebranding-Targeting dissidents inside and abroad, despite war crimes and repression Rwanda has “A well primed PR machine”, and that this has been key in “persuading the key members of the international community that it has an exemplary constitution emphasizing democracy, power-sharing, and human rights which it fully respects”. It concluded: “The truth is, however, the opposite. What you see is not what you get: A FAÇADE” Rwanda has hired several PR firms to work on deflecting criticism, and rebranding the country.

AND BTP MARK PURSEY, THE HOLMES REPORT AND BRITISH FIRM RACEPOINT GROUP

HAVE ALWAYS WORKING ON THE REBRANDING OF RWANDA AND WHITEWASHING OF KAGAME’S CRIMES
Targeting dissidents abroad One of the more worrying aspects of Racepoint’s objectives was to “Educate and correct the ill informed and factually incorrect information perpetuated by certain groups of expatriates and NGOs,” including, presumably, the critiques of the crackdown on dissent among political opponents overseas. This should be seen in the context of accusations that Rwanda has plotted to kill dissidents abroad. A recent investigation by the Globe and Mail claims, “Rwandan exiles in both South Africa and Belgium – speaking in clandestine meetings in secure locations because of their fears of attack – gave detailed accounts of being recruited to assassinate critics of President Kagame….

Ways To Get Rid of Kagame

How to proceed for revolution in Rwanda:
  1. The people should overthrow the Rwandan dictator (often put in place by foreign agencies) and throw him, along with his henchmen and family, out of the country – e.g., the Shah of Iran, Marcos of Philippines.Compaore of Burkina Faso
  2. Rwandans organize a violent revolution and have the dictator killed – e.g., Ceaucescu in Romania.
  3. Foreign powers (till then maintaining the dictator) force the dictator to exile without armed intervention – e.g. Mátyás Rákosi of Hungary was exiled by the Soviets to Kirgizia in 1970 to “seek medical attention”.
  4. Foreign powers march in and remove the dictator (whom they either instated or helped earlier) – e.g. Saddam Hussein of Iraq or Manuel Noriega of Panama.
  5. The dictator kills himself in an act of desperation – e.g., Hitler in 1945.
  6. The dictator is assassinated by people near him – e.g., Julius Caesar of Rome in 44 AD was stabbed by 60-70 people (only one wound was fatal though).
  7. Organise strikes and unrest to paralyze the country and convince even the army not to support the dictaor – e.g., Jorge Ubico y Castañeda was ousted in Guatemala in 1944 and Guatemala became democratic, Recedntly in Burkina Faso with the dictator Blaise Compaoré.

What a shame !

Celui-

Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda.

The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority (85% Hutus) of the Rwandan people by the RPF criminal organization.

By Prof. Peter Erlinder

[CM/P continues to support President Obama despite all the seeming insults to the intelligence of his constituency--and to History, itself.

The appointments of Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton and Richard Holbrooke--to name just three--are hard unto impossible to explain except as reflexes of a deeply decadant and savagely anti-democratic system for the administration of such a large and powerful nation.

Biden, like so many other good working-class American Catholics, was a rabid supporter of the illegal secession from the Yugoslav Socialist Federation in 1991 of the revived Fascist Croatian Free State (and the cannonization of the Ustashi's own Arch-Bishop Stepinac);

Clinton, like so many other sentimental feminists (Eve Ensler and Ben Affleck also come to mind), did yeo(wo)man's work in arranging important financial incentives for making rape (of women and children, one supposes, though this crime has recently claimed victims among fighting-age males in Congo), which has always been a crime in every nation on the planet, into a war crime, a crime against Humanity and even an act of genocide (Ms Clinton got a $600K reward together that brought such an indictment from the ICTR against the Former Rwandan Women's Development and Family Welfare Minister, Pauline Nyiramasuhuko, see p://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/africa/419850.stm);

and Holbrooke, like all noble knights errant of the financial round table, almost single handedly from his broker's chair at Credit Suiss First Boston, broke into the privileged trade relations of the former Yugoslav Republics of Croatia and BiH, to insinuate therein the wasteful ministrations of Western investment banks, collected significant courtier's fees and service charges, and so raised the cost of living in these nominally socialist-administered political-economies that many chose suicide to paying outlandishly high energy prices for the same Russian feul they'd gotten pre-Dick at a third the price from YugoGaz when Slobodan Milosevic was heading that agency, just to help the Holbrookes with the rent on their Eastside Manhattan coop.

Maybe these appointments can be written off as corrupt Clinton-era legacies--or just further murky reflections in an ever-more degenerating and putrescent US social service employees pool. But President Obama's recent appointment of Stephen Rapp as his Ambassador for War Crimes, replacing Pierre Prosper--coming as it does at this critical moment in the writing of recent military history in Africa and elsewhere, and having as much or as little as it does of Obama's own political volition behind it--can only exacerbate an already morbidly ill US foreign policy, especially where the vast, rich and strategically essential African continent is concerned.

We won't blame Obama for this selection, yet another set back for Historical Truth and Justice; but we will come in as hot as we can to bring out the evidence of its folly. For after all, as Prof Erlinder, a great and good fighter in our cause, mentioned in a personal email: --I "like" Obama too, and would much rather shoot hoops with him, than cut brush with Bush ... but, we now have the smartest, most likeable and most competent captain that the Titanic has ever had. ....

But he does not own the ship, does not determine the ports of call, has already demonstrated that "first class" gets the lifeboats and, even though he hears us yelling down in steerage--and was once down here himself-- ..... we are not a priority for the "Cunard Line" mukimuks that pay his salary.

More importantly, no matter how hard he pulls on the wheel .... when allowed to ..... the course of the ship was set long ago, and .... the iceberg is still looming in the darkness.-- Wow, whadda buzz-kill, huh. Man, let's all just pull up a deck chair, kick back, ice up those cocktails (there's a whole lot a fresh ice right off the port bow), and see what the band'll play next. You think they know Louie, Louie? --mc]

Former Chief UN Rwanda Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte: “Obama War Crimes Ambassador Complicit in War Crimes Cover-up.” Does Obama Know? ….or Care? by Prof. Peter Erlinder In mid-July, the NY Times reported that the Obama administration had selected Stephen Rapp to replace Pierre Prosper, the Bush administration’s Ambassador-at-Large for War Crimes.

A former Iowa U.S. Attorney, and Democrat politico, Rapp began his international career at the UN Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda in 2001, while Carla Del Ponte was Chief Prosecutor. In Del Ponte’s 2008 memoir, Madam Prosecutor: Confronting Humanity’s Worst Criminals and the Culture of Impunity, translated into English in early 2009, Del Ponte explains how she was removed from her ICTR position in 2003 by U.S. Ambassador Prosper, himself, because she refused to cooperate with a U.S.-initiated “cover-up” of war crimes committed by the current Rwandan government during the 1994 “Rwandan Genocide.”

According to Del Ponte, the ICTR Prosecutor had the evidence long before 2003 to prosecute Kagame for “touching-off” the Rwanda Genocide by ordering the assassination of Rwanda’s sitting President Juvenal Habyarimana. Her book also details dozens of massacre sites involving thousands of victims for which the Kagame government and military should be prosecuted.

The well-publicized canard, that “the identity of the assassins is unknown” is a bald-faced lie, known to all ICTR senior prosecutors, according to Ms. Del Ponte. Two years after Del Ponte was removed from office, Rapp became “Chief” of ICTR Prosecutions with access to all of the evidence known to Ms. Del Ponte, and more.

During his four years at the ICTR, Rapp also was in a position to prosecute Kagame and members of the current government of Rwanda, but, to this date, not ONE member of Kagame’s military has been prosecuted at the ICTR … and the “cover-up” continues to this day. Unlike, Ms. Del Ponte, Mr. Rapp was rewarded with an appointment as Chief Prosecutor at the U.S.-funded Sierra Leone Tribunal and, now, with a coveted ambassadorship.

Former Chief ICTR Prosecutor Del Ponte Details ICTR “Cover-up” According to Del Ponte, in May 2003 she was called to Washington D.C. by Prosper (ironically, also a former ICTR prosecutor with knowledge of Kagame’s crimes) who informed her that the U.S. would remove her from her UN post if she carried through with her publicly announced plans to indict Kagame and members of his government and military.

According to Del Ponte, when she refused to knuckle-under because “she worked for the UN, not for the U.S,” Prosper told her her ICTR career was over. True to his threat, by October, Del Ponte was replaced by a US-approved ICTR prosecutor, Hassan Abubacar Jallow. Stephen Rapp was elevated to Chief of Prosecution by Jallow two years later.

ICTR Trials: More Evidence of Rwanda Crimes Cover-Up Del Ponte’s revelations are not the only evidence that a U.S. initiated “ICTR cover-up” is creating impunity for crimes committed by Kagame and his military. Memos from September 10, 1994, in evidence in the ICTR Military-1 Trial, confirm that U.S. Secretary of State Warren Christopher was informed that Kagame’s troops were killing “10,000 civilians a month” in military-style, according to an investigation funded by USAID.

And, in early 1997, Chief ICTR Investigative Prosecutor and former Australian Crown Prosecutor Michael Hourigan; former FBI Agent James Lyons; and former UN-Chief of Military Intelligence in Rwanda, Amadou Deme: all reported to Ms. Del Ponte’s predecessor, Louise Arbour, that Kagame should be prosecuted for assassinating the previous president.

Arbour scuttled the investigation, suppressed the report and disbanded the investigative team. Shortly thereafter, Arbour was elevated to Canada’s Supreme Court and has recently been chosen to head the International Crisis Group, after an illustrious UN career. Former ICTR Prosecutor Rapp Complicit in Cover-up.
But, even though Arbour suppressed the “Hourigan Report” it must have been known to Ms. Del Ponte, Mr. Rapp and other ICTR prosecutors, because ICTR judges had ordered the ICTR Prosecutor to release the “Hourigan report” which had already been released to a defense team as early as 2000, a year before Rapp began his ICTR work, and two years before Del Ponte was fired by Prosper.

Like Del Ponte, when Rapp became the ICTR Chief of Prosecutions under Jallow in 2005, he had access to all of the information necessary to prosecute Kagame and main figures in his military and government.

But to date, not one indictment has been issued against Kagame by the ICTR Prosecutor. Kagame & Co. Already Indicted in France and Spain Athough the U.S. has been successful in preventing Kagame’s crew from being indicted at the ICTR, other courts have indicted Kagame and members of his retinue.

In late 2007, French Judge Jean-Louis Bruguière indicted the assassins of Habyarimana and recommended that Kagame be prosecuted by the ICTR. And, in February 2008, Spanish Judge Fernando Merelles issued a 180-page indictment specifically charging Kagame with Genocide, War Crimes and Crimes Against Humanity, including the massacres of more than 300,000 civilians.

And Mr. Rapp’s former boss, Mr. Jallow, publicly admitted before the UN Security Council in spring 2008 that Kagame’s military is responsible for the assassination of Rwanda’s Catholic leadership in 1994. But still no ICTR prosecutions.

The Consequences of the ICTR Cover-up of Kagame’s Crimes The tragic consequence of the failure to prosecute Kagame at the ICTR, from 1994 to-date, is that Kagame was free to invade Congo in 1996 and 1998, and is currently occupying a part of eastern Congo 14-times larger than Rwanda.

No less than four UN Security Counsel-commissioned Panel of Experts Report(s) on the Illegal Exploitation of the DR Congo (2001, 2002, 2003 and December 2008) have detailed the massive rape of the Congo’s resources that has brought vast riches to Kagame and his inner circle. Since the first invasion in 1996, Kagame’s Congo invasions have been responsible for more than 5-million deaths, more every few months than the total alleged to have died in Darfur, crimes for which Sudanese President Bashir, a figure disfavored by the U.S., has been indicted by the ICC.

While Rapp was ICTR Senior Trial Attorney and Chief of Prosecutions, Kagame was effectively elected President-for-Life with 95% of the vote, after banning opposition parties and jailing opponents, in “a climate of intimidation” according to EU observers.

According to the Economist report on the 10th Anniversary of the “genocide” in 2004: “[Kagame] tolerates no serious domestic opposition, nor much in the way of free speech. Rwanda today is a thinly-disguised autocracy, where dissidents are usually accused of genocidal tendencies, live in fear, or exile, or both. The regime is a threat to its neighbors.

ICTR Chief of Prosecutions Rapp Personally Withheld Exculpatory Evidence from Defense Counsel and ICTR Judges As if this wasn’t enough, in February 2009, the ICTR issued its Judgement in the Military-1 case, the main case at the ICTR, in which Mr. Rapp personally appeared for the Prosecution.

Although massive violence did occur in Rwanda, the court certainly recognized that blaming only one side WAS a falsehood, when it acquitted all of the “architects of the killing machine” (as Mr. Rapp called the defendants in court) of conspiracy or planning to kill civilians. The highest ranking military-officer was acquitted of all charges.

And, although it is now clear from Ms. Del Ponte’s memoirs that Mr. Rapp had the evidence that would clear the defendants of the assassination charges and that both sides had committed crimes, for which the losing side has been blamed entirely.

Simply put, Mr. Rapp and other ICTR prosecutors have: withheld evidence at the ICTR that would be beneficial to the defense; prosecuted defendants for crimes they knew were committed by Kagame and the RPF; and created a system of “judicial impunity” that has permitted Kagame to kill millions in the eastern Congo.

All of which raises the uncomfortable question regarding President Obama’s nomination of Mr. Rapp: Are his advisors ignorant of the public record regarding Rapp’s complicity in an ICTR Cover-up? … or does Obama just not give a damn?

Former ICTR Prosecutor Rapp Complicit in Cover-up But, even though Arbour suppressed the “Hourigan Report” it must have been known to Ms.

SurViVors Human Rights Advocates would like to acknowledge and express their concerns to the UNHCR High Commissioner and his staff members for their tireless efforts to forcibly rapatriate Rwandan Hutu refugees in violation to the Humanitarian law and the Genenva conventions relating to the status of refugees.

"Everybody has the right to request asylum and to be informed of their rights". The UNHCR must stop every attempt to unload its responsibilities and international obligations on Hutu refugees.

Particularly serious is the UNHCR decision to hire those who work shoulder to shoulder with the Rwandan Tutsi-led goverment. Those UN corrupt employees are believed to fulfill the Tutsi-led government wishes namely making hard the hutu refugees life-conditions and facilitate their forcible repatriation to Rwanda, the country they fear for their lives.

The expulsion of these persons, without having adequately informed them of their right to request asylum, and without access to procedures for an eventual recognition of refugee status, is a breach of national and international law.

In particular it is a grave violation of the Geneva Convention, which in Article 33 sanctions the principle of "non-refoulement" (the principle of not refusing entry to those requesting asylum even if they happen to be born Hutu ethnic members).

SurViVors Human Rights Advocates urge the office of the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) to provide a written guarantee or proofs that it respects the Geneva Conventions on Hutu Refugees. Particularly serious is the decision to send back Hutu refugees to the Rwandan bloody dictatorship led by the Tutsi extremists.

While humanitarianism has always had a presence in international politics, it has never had the salience it possesses today particularly when Hutu refugees are abused... Threats are many for those countries refusing to extradate or forcibly repatriate hutu refugees.

In many African countries, the UNHCR break out the Geneva Conventions and take decisions regarding the forcible repatriation policy of Hutu refugees counciously knowing that the Rwandan Tutsi-led government has no respect for Human rights, that since 1994, this Tutsi-government has launched a massive witch-hunt for Hutus inside and outside of it ,those who refuse to adhere to the RPF mono ethnic party and ideology.

The UNHCR staff members’ attitude vis-à-vis the corruption and conspiracy inspired by the Tutsi-led government to harm and forcibly repatriate those Hutu refugees is no longer surprising.

On the other hand, It then goes on to show how the new humanitarianism is causing the erosion of the fundamental principles particularly when it concerns the Hutu refugees protection with negative consequences transforming the character and image of UNHCR.

The contrasting circumstances surrounding Hutu refugees’ crisis provide an opportunity to the world and Humanitarian organizations to show they are committed to peace and urge their country of origin to start negotiations with their representatives, the opponent political parties and the civil society in exile.

SurVivors Human Rights advocates urge the UN High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) and African countries authorities to reconsider any plan to forcibly repatriate Hutu refugees living in the those countries or living in holding centers who have not been given refugee status by the UNHCR.
According to reliable sources, Rwandan refugees who are forcibly repatriated face lengthy prison sentences, assassinations and other human rights abuses. The situation across the country is still dangerous for Hutu ethnic members particularly for those forcibly repatriated...

RPF military troops, local defense forces, DMI and other RPF clandestine organizations have started their dry season offensive on arbitrary arrests, imprisonment of those who are believed to recent repatriated.

According to many sources, the forcible repatriation is often covered by some pro-RPF media out of some European countries accusing the repatriated of having committed genocide in 1994. Thousands of Rwandans the mainly Hutus inside Rwanda are expected to flee the country because of incessant insecurity conditions, menaces that they are confronted on daily basis.

The Tutsi led government is demanding that those Hutu refugees be brought back to Rwanda. Instead of going back, they will go to other countries particularly to those who respect Human rights and thus where conditions are better.

THE NAMES OF RWANDAN REFUGEES DEPORTED BY UNHCR FROM GABON AND TORTURED BY RPF TO DEATH

Majority of these refugees who were deported by force by the UNHCR agency could not see the next millenium because of the brutal torture they had to undergo in the hands of RPF. The UNHCR sent its staff to Franceville headed by a lady known by only one name of Louise of a camerron origin.

Since she was presumably given some cash to sell the Rwandan Hutu Refugees, she went and sensibilized them saying I quote "Je ne peux pas vous repatrier au Rwanda car le Rwanda sous la leadership de Mr.Kagame est devenu un pay de l'holocauste" end of the quote.

Meaning that she could not want to repatriate us back to Rwanda because Rwanda under Kagame's leadership has become a country of holocaust. All hutu refugees in Franceville were very happy hoping the best from her hypocrasy.

But she was playing the tactic to catch all Hutu Refugees in Gabon without any hint that she wanted to take them back for butchery in Kagame's Abattoirs. The whole of July of 1997. The UNHCR hired a malian airplane which was taking Hutu Refugees from Franceville town of Gabon to Kigali International Airport.

On their arrival, therse refugees could be taken to triage chambers where all young people could be taken to torture chambers at Gikondo Industrial area. This people underwent inhumane treatment. According to my fomer schoolmate who were among this Hutu refugees repatriated by force by UNHCR, he told me that they were degraded to the level that they were fed on the human waste because of hunger.

He told as the tears were freely flowing on his both chicks, "Man,it is like apocalypse inside the Godowns of Gikondo. The RPF soldiers could come and start squeezing our male genital parts, to the ladies they could rape them and put red pepper in their private parts.

It was a harrowing moment, only God,my mother and I could believe what I am telling you, otherwise"....then he stopped as he was interrupted by tears which were flowing like water slops from Mt Karisimbi.

I continued carrying out some amateur research since I wanted to unveil what happened to these people who were given out as sacrifices by the people who were supposed to protect them, mainly UNHCR,the International Communiy, and the Gabon Governemnt, which used to claim to be friends of the late President Habyalimana.

I came across a mother of one of the people who lost their lives in the Gikondo torture chambers. She was from Gisenyi Prefecture which is in the Northwest of Rwanda. This list contained around 50 names of different young men and women who died from torture of all nature. Some of these name are as follow:

1. Iyaremwe Daniel (Gaseke-Gisenyi) died the 14.01.1998
2. Uwimana Evariste (Kivumu-Kibuye) died the 03.02.1998
3. Nzarora Theogene (Kibali-Byumba) died the 09.02.1998
4. Sadiki Ntawumenya (Rubavu-Gisenyi) died the 14.02.1998
5. Niyindora Laurent (Musebeya-Gikongoro) died the 18.02.1998
6. Sindikubwabo Innocent (Maraba-Butare) died the 18.02.1998
7. Bigilimana Bernard (Shyanda-Butare) died the 06.03.1998
8. Singirankabo Oswald (Bulinga-Gitarama) died the 06.03.1998
9. Rwaheru Felicien (Kiyombe-Byumba) died the 08.03.1998

and many others.

Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The current government has been characterized by the total impunity of RPF criminals, the Tutsi economic monopoly, the Tutsi militaristic domination, and the brutal suppression of the rights of the majority of the Rwandan people (85% are Hutus), by the RPF criminal organization.

Dublin - THE MAN who helped save 1,268 people during the 1994 Rwandan genocide by providing shelter and safety at a Kigali hotel is in Ireland to press for peace, truth and reconciliation in conflict zones.

Paul Rusesabagina, whose story was dramatised in the acclaimed film Hotel Rwanda, will address Irish audiences this week on the lessons from conflicts in both his own country and Northern Ireland. Speaking to The Irish Times in Belfast yesterday, he said Ireland and Rwanda were similar in that conflict raged between divided communities but, he said, the two countries had handled the post-conflict situation differently.

“In Ireland Protestants and Catholics came up with an agreement that, even if they don’t reconcile necessarily, they are going to live together.”

However, he said, no such compromise had been reached yet in Rwanda. “Rwanda has a lot of lessons to learn from Ireland especially about equal justice for all and also about reconciliation for all as time goes on . . .

At least here [in Ireland] people have come to an understanding that both sides made mistakes. But in Rwanda there was a winner and a loser,” said Mr Rusesabagina, who is a long-standing critic of Rwanda’s president Paul Kagame.

“The winner today is dictating his rules, his regulation, imposing his views and dictating. In Ireland you can have a Catholic and a Protestant sitting around one table and talking. We need to learn this lesson so that one day in Rwanda Hutus and Tutsis could honestly sit down around a table.”

He said there were frequent references to the 800,000 Rwandans killed during three months of 1994. “But we forget many people, according to human rights advocates, were killed before the genocide and by the people who present themselves as victims today.”

He said he was advocating “an internationally sanctioned truth and equal justice commission for Rwanda and for the Great Lakes region of Africa as a whole”.

Mr Rusesabagina travels to Dublin today for a special screening of Hotel Rwanda and a talk in Trinity College.

Rwanda: RUD-Urunana Strongly Denounces Intimidation and Blackmail as A System of Governance.

Recently, the Rwanda Demobilisation and Reintegration Commission (RDRC)launched in the governmental newspaper Mvaho Nshya No. 1909 of 3-9 August 2009 a Request for expressions of Interest for consultants targeting the opposition including RUD-Urunana leadership.

Based on that call for proposals, the expressed goal of such consultancywork aims at "the fact that the leaders of the FDLR and RUD, as well asa number of their deputies and key allies, live in Europe, the US andCanada is not accidental.

Rather, it reflects a policy to seekalliances and support abroad from foreign governments, regional andinternational organizations, the media, the church and NGO’s throughmisinformation and deception."It is shocking and appalling of seeing a so-called national institutionhaving recourse to bogus studies to intimidate, blackmail, and silencethe opposition political leadership.

One would remember huge sums ofmoney that have been allocated to African Rights to produce questionablereports that included RUD-Urunana leadership. Such report was full ofinaccuracies, misrepresentations, and propaganda on the rwandan regimebehalf.A lot rwandans wonder what is the real role of the RDRC.

There are a lotof reports stating that the demobilized elements of the Rwandan DefenseForces (RDF) and new Hutu returnees from the Democratic Republic ofCongo (DRC) have been enrolled by coercion either in the CNDP troops orhave been asked to join RDF units that were deployed in eastern DRC.
This was more evident in the Umoja Wetu and Kimia operations. However, such violation of basic demobilization principles has never beendenounced by the RDRC.

At the moment several reputable organizations including Human RightsWatch (HRW) and the Commonwealth Human Rights Initiative (CHRI)released critical reports that have put the Kigali's regime on notice and pinpointed fundamental shortcomings of the rwandan political system, the Kigali's regime is trying to blame the opposition of its misfortune instead of addressing the fundamental problems raised by kin observers of the regime performance.

In a country where lawful dissent is prohibited and/or repressedforcefully, there is no place of democratic debate. The continuous flowof refugees flocking in neighboring countries is an blatant evidence ofsuch brutality. The new refugees include little people who do not haveanyone to advocate for them and regime dignitaries whose politicalusefulness has been spent.

Even independent media outlets are notspared: the recent suspension of an international broadcasting radio aswell as a local rwandan newspaper shall be taken in this context ofintimidation and stifling dissent.

The RUD-Urunana leadership does not have anything to hide.
Therefore, there is no need of hiring the so-called "experts" whose conclusions are already known.

If the rwandan regime were really interested to know whatour organization proposes to tackle challenges that besiege our home land, let the rwandan government sits around the same table in a neutral setting with the opposition and the rwandan civil society anddiscuss all the issues that have hampered our country.

In such case, thecoalition of RUD-Urunana and RPR is ready to contribute without anyreservation to the success of such endeavor. Otherwise, spending huge resources while the great majority of rwandans are starving, areincapable of sending their children to school is irresponsible. As our organization has always pointed out, the Rwandan problem ispolitical in nature and requires political solutions.

To find lasting solutions to the overall problem of the rwandan refugees in the region,it is important that the root causes of the political instability be addressed. It is our firm conviction that as long as the underlying causes of the rwandan political problem would not genuinely be addressed, the populations of the region will neither enjoy lasting peace nor sustainable development and prosperity.

In order to foster a reconciliatory Justice system, the only foundationof genuine Reconciliation, we urgently ask to hold, under the auspicesof the International Community, an Inter-Rwandan Dialogue.

In addition, our organization calls for the organization of a "Truth, Justice, andReconciliation" Commission in our homeland that would help heal a traumatized society.

Our organization remains convinced that only this Dialogue would lead tolasting peace, stability, and the establishment of new political, judiciary, and security institutions that would be the reflection of the legitimate aspirations of all the constitutive groups of the Rwandansociety.

The monument commemorating the journalist who hurled his shoes at President George W. Bush was taken down a day after it was erected, local officials in Tikrit told CNN.

Assisted by kids at the Tikrit Orphanage, sculptor Laith al-Amiri on Tuesday erected a huge brown replica of one of the shoes hurled at Bush last month by journalist Muntadhir al-Zaidi during a press conference in Baghdad.

But offic
ials from Salaheddin province told CNN that the monument was removed after a request from the
central government, which has charges pending against al-Zaidi — now in an Iraqi jail.

After the request was made, Iraqi police visited the location to make sure that the shoe monument was removed.

“We will not allow anyone to use the government facilities and buildings for
political motives
,” said Abdullah Jabara, Salaheddin deputy governor.

Al-Zaidi’s angry gesture touched a defiant nerve throughout the Arab and Muslim world. He is regarded by many people as a hero, and demonstrators last month took to the streets in the Arab world and called for his release.

The shoe monument, made of fiberglass and coated with copper, consists of the shoe
and a co
ncrete base. The entire monument is 3.5 meters (11.5 feet) high. The shoe is 2.5 meters (8.2 feet) long and 1.5 meters (4.9 feet) wide.

The orphans helped al-Amiri build the $5,000 structure in 15 days, said Faten Abdulqader al-Naseri, the orphanage director.

“Those orphans who helped the sculptor in building this monument were the victims of Bush’s war,” al-Naseri said. “The shoe monument is a gift to the next
generation to remember the heroic action by the journalist.”

Saddam Hussein, the former Iraqi leader toppled by the United States in 2003, was from the Tikrit region. Al-Zaidi marked his 30th birthday in jail earlier this month. One of his brothers told CNN he “in good health and is being treated well.”

Al-Zaidi’s employer, TV network al-Baghdadia, keeps a picture of him at the top left side of the screen with a calendar showing the number of days he has spent in detention.

The network has been calling for his release. By tradition, throwing a shoe, is the most insulti
ng act in the Arab world.

America calls for expulsion of US troopsUnion of South American Nations (UNASUR) wraps up its extraordinary summit in Argentina amongst angry protests aimed at the US-Colombia military pact.

Regional leaders from the bloc of 12 nations in South America concluded the special UNASUR summit meeting held in the southern Argentine town of Bariloche on August 28, after the member states called for enduring peace and territorial integrity of the region's mostly leftist countries.

The leaders joined voices in expressing concerns about the presence of foreign forces in the region that might pose threats to the sovereignty of the bloc's Member States - a reference to a recent military pact between the United States and Colombia. The heads of South American states in UNASUR also pledged to "abstain from using threats or force against the integrity of other states from the UNASUR."

UNASUR's Friday declaration, signed by the Member States including Colombia, reiterates the bloc's commitment "to strengthen the fight and cooperation against terrorism and transnational organized crime and its related crimes," including "the trafficking of small and light guns."

The signed document requires the UNASUR countries to refrain from posing any military threats against other nations, specifying that "military cooperation agreements must be directed by the unconditional respect to the principles and aims of the UN Charter and the fundamental principles of the UNASUR Constitutive treaty."

The move appears to be directed at Colombia where President Alvaro Uribe has allowed US military to use seven army bases in the country. Meanwhile, hundreds of protesters took to the streets around the summit venue, demanding the expulsion of hundreds of US troops to be stationed in bases across South America.

Demonstrators, accompanied by non-governmental organization activists and social campaigners, also protested against the presence of Uribe at the summit. Several unions and political parties have signed a letter of protest against the presence of the US in Latin America.

The letter was delivered to the regional leaders gathered in the Argentine mountain resort of Bariloche. UNASUR, launched in 2008 to strengthen regional ties and fight drug trafficking and corruption, comprises of 12 South American nations including Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Guyana, Paraguay, Peru, Surinam, Uruguay and Venezuela.

Get a deep insight into “the house negger” definition and you will understand why Hutus, 85% of the Rwandan population is getting exterminated.

I hear a lot of you polar bears out there telling me, "Hey, nigger! Why you so angry now? It's nigger history month, ain't it? Gonna learn about the history of the boombox and rape, eh?" You damn right I'm happy that finally America has taken one month out of their normally 12 month White History schedule.

But it's a pyrrhic victory at best; Black
History Month, as it is currently implemented, is a bandage solution to a bleeding wound full of cracka' pus. After years of celebrating it, I'm reasonably certain it is just the White Man pulling a sheet over the Black Nation, like they used to do until the KKK was changed over to a covert organization in 1989.

"Brothers and sisters, if you and I would just realize, that once we learn to talk the language that they understand, they will then get the point. You can't ever reach a man if you don't speak his language.
*
If a man speaks the language of brute force, you can't come to him with peace.
If a man speaks French, you can't speak to him in German.
If he speaks Swahili, you can't communicate with him in Chinese.
*
You have to find out, what does this man speak? Once you know his language, learn how to speak his language. He'll get the point, there will be some dialogue, some communication, and some understanding will be developed.
You've been in this country long enough to know the language the Klan speaks, they only know one language. What you and I have to start doing in 1965, I mean that's what you have to do because most of us have already been doing it, is start learning a new language. Learn the language that they understand, and then when they come up on our door step to talk, we can talk."

A black person that does their best to please white people even if it means disowning their own racial identity.

  2. House nigger
A black person that sucks up to the white man for benefits. From slave times where the house nigga would get to work inside the house as opposed to picking cotton out in the hot sun.

  3. House nigger

Any black Republican is a house nigger because the GOP could care less about them, hence the Southern Strategy.

  5. House nigger
It refers originally to slavery times, when black women used to be raped by the white slave owners to produce mixed children. They would usually grow up working in the plantation house and sometimes would receive education, unlike the black slaves who worked outside in the fields.

The mixed children would associate with whites and have privileges the slaves did not. Now the term refers in a derogatory manner to lighter-skinned people of color, who are sometimes perceived as acting superior to darker-skinned people, and who because of their color, association with whites in what is viewed as a fawning manner, and greater success in life are sometimes resented by those less fortunate.
Since Rasheed got that office job, he is full of himself and acting like a house nigger.

  6. House nigger
    1
. A black man in the White House, generally one exhibiting a toned-down version of African-American culture. 2. Barack Obama after November 4,2008.

  7. House nigger

My house nigger, she comes from Guatamala. She's without papers. Anyway, she sure can wash dishes. Want her number?

Profile

I am Jean-Christophe Nizeyimana, an Economist, Content Manager, and EDI Expert, driven by a passion for human rights activism. With a deep commitment to advancing human rights in Africa, particularly in the Great Lakes region, I established this blog following firsthand experiences with human rights violations in Rwanda and in the DRC (formerly Zaïre) as well. My journey began with collaborations with Amnesty International in Utrecht, the Netherlands, and with human rights organizations including Human Rights Watch and a conference in Helsinki, Finland, where I was a panelist with other activists from various countries. My mission is to uncover the untold truth about the ongoing genocide in Rwanda and the DRC. As a dedicated voice for the voiceless, I strive to raise awareness about the tragic consequences of these events and work tirelessly to bring an end to the Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF)'s impunity. This blog is a platform for Truth and Justice, not a space for hate. I am vigilant against hate speech or ignorant comments, moderating all discussions to ensure a respectful and informed dialogue at African Survivors International Blog.

Genocide masterminded by RPF

Finally the well-known Truth Comes Out. After suffering THE LONG years, telling the world that Kagame and his RPF criminal organization masterminded the Rwandan genocide that they later recalled Genocide against Tutsis. Our lives were nothing but suffering these last 32 years beginning from October 1st, 1990 onwards. We are calling the United States of America, United Kingdom, Japan, and Great Britain in particular, France, Belgium, Netherlands and Germany to return to hidden classified archives and support Honorable Tito Rutaremara's recent statement about What really happened in Rwanda before, during and after 1994 across the country and how methodically the Rwandan Genocide has been masterminded by Paul Kagame, the Rwandan Hitler. Above all, Mr. Tito Rutaremara, one of the RPF leaders has given details about RPF infiltration methods in Habyarimana's all instances, how assassinations, disappearances, mass-slaughters across Rwanda have been carried out from the local autority to the government, fabricated lies that have been used by Gacaca courts as weapon, the ICTR in which RPF had infiltrators like Joseph Ngarambe, an International court biased judgments & condemnations targeting Hutu ethnic members in contraversal strategy compared to the ICTR establishment to pursue in justice those accountable for crimes between 1993 to 2003 and Mapping Report ignored and classified to protect the Rwandan Nazis under the RPF embrella . NOTHING LASTS FOREVER.

Everything happens for a reason

Bad things are going to happen in your life, people will hurt you, disrespect you, play with your feelings.. But you shouldn't use that as an excuse to fail to go on and to hurt the whole world. You will end up hurting yourself and wasting your precious time. Don't always think of revenging, just let things go and move on with your life. Remember everything happens for a reason and when one door closes, the other opens for you with new blessings and love.
