[Since 1994, the world witnesses the horrifying Tutsi minority (14%) ethnic domination, the Tutsi minority ethnic rule, tyranny and corruption in Rwanda. The Rwandan Patriotic Front (RPF) is a criminal organization primarily national and international, well structured and very hierarchical, directed from Rwanda and active mainly in Europe and North America. Each organization is headed by regional managers to oversee the crimes of the RPF in different forms and crimes committed by members who also collect contributions made for the criminal case at the regional level.
Will it be possible one day to open an investigation by police against a number of people from Rwanda, especially those who present themselves as students, researchers, members of the Rwandan embassies not enjoying any diplomatic immunity and organizations that defend the tyrannical regime of the RPF?

Yes, it is necessary to speak about these criminal organizations inspired and directly controled from Rwanda. Yes, it is necessary to speak about these criminal organizations in the African Great Lakes region. Yes, it should be about these criminal organizations globally at the international level if they exceed the boundaries of Rwanda, but become transnational organizations working in synchronization with the central power of the RPF in Kigali. Carbonare, Verschave Rutaysire Francis, Augustine Gatera, Yolanda Mukagasana Jose Kagabo (now Senator as a recompense for having enough discredited France), members of Ibuka scattered across Europe, Alain Gautier and his wife Dafroza Mukarumongi Jean Paul Gouteux, Jean-Pierre Chretien, who refused Madeleine Mukamabano adversarial on RFI, Monique Mas, Marie-France Cros and Colette Brackmann Their role is known as the RPF propaganda. We saw amalgamation of collaboration between the RPF sub-organizations at all levels and in almost all Western countries organized again by the politico-administrative leadership of the RPF. This way the RPF leadership coordinates and controls the whole system under labels "wealth management networks, in public and private sectors , through legal denominations allowing them to carry out illegal activities nationally, regionally and internationally.

According to some of the organizations RPF sources, they have the ability to multi-level intervention that takes the redundancy of crimes between the protagonists of this mafia system. The recruitment might be on a transnational basis and network members may occupy several positions in different areas at different levels of the social system for the Kagame’s strict control of the entire life of Rwandans.

The structure also varies and depends on the position of the network in relation to politics, NGOs and pressure groups recognized in North America, the United Kingdom and in general operating abroad. Meaning that a network of actors pursue more effectively to serve the interests of the top Rwandan Nazi who has solid support in the diplomatic, political mafia at the international level especially in the West.

You know how these organizations operate, defend the RPF regime whenever it runs into difficulty at the international level. When the international community is questioning the legitimacy of the RPF regime's repressive government which is composed of Tutsi extremist criminals based on the German Nazi system’ methods. As a result, RPF crimes make difference in comparison with other atrocities known up to date. To be humble, the Rwandan dictatorship is known to be the best "criminal-political hierarchy well organized group ever in Africa and whose tentacles are worldwide." This criminal and Stalinist regime installed in Rwanda makes clear on one hand the configuration of power of the central government and the RPF on the other hand. These criminal organizations are also partitioned into grids under total control of the intelligence organizations like DIM and CID with the help of the RPF militia known as Local Defense forces (LDF).

It is therefore necessary to emphasize that these other organizations include corrupt individual personalities and, who corrupt then after the media which replaced in many cases judges and courts to malign and portray the exiled Hutu community members worldwide. The case demonstrates the harmfulness of this system and the profound hypocrisy of some Western countries particularly the Anglo-Saxon that refuse in this case to comply with human rights and fight the existing terrorism (chosen one, which benefits the fuzzy definition to favor the RPF terrorist organization) and respect for individual freedoms.

On the other hand they are to discredit ALL OF THOSE WHO REFUSE TO COOPERATE WITH THE NAZI REGIME AND THE RPF SYSTEM INSTALLED UNDER THE AEGIS OF THE RPF HEADED BY THE PRESIDENT PAUL KAGAME. These organizations are IN CHARGE of demonizing all of those who negatively react to the RPF crimes and prefer to denounce the RPF system. On the other hand, the mafia’s network has a clear objective of discrediting various internationally renowned researchers and famous investigation journalists who unmasked the criminal mafia in charge of convincing the entire the main donors and world decision-makers by all means with the screenplay of Paul Kagame about the Rwandan tragedy.

On the other hand, there is no denying that General Kagame is undoubtedly the mastermind and the schemer of all the incomparable massacres experienced by the people of Rwanda and Congo.

Est-il possible de démanteler les organisations criminelles du FPR à travers le monde ?

Le Front Patriotique Rwandais (FPR) est une organisation criminelle d’abord nationale puis internationale, parfaitement structurée et fortement hiérarchisée, dirigée depuis le Rwanda et active principalement en Europe et en Amérique du nord. Chacune de ces organisations est dirigée par des responsables régionaux chargés de superviser les crimes du FPR sous différentes formes et des crimes commis par les affiliés qui par ailleurs récoltent les cotisations faites en faveur de la caisse criminelle au niveau régional.

Sera-t-il possible un jour d’ouvrir une enquête de police judiciaire à l’encontre d’un certain nombre de personnes originaires du Rwanda, principalement ceux qui se présentent comme des étudiants, des chercheurs, des membres des ambassades rwandais ne jouissant pas d’immunité diplomatique et des organisations qui défendent le régime tyrannique du FPR ?

Oui, il ya lieu de parler de ces organisations criminelles téléguidées et dirigées à partir du Rwanda. Oui, il ya lieu de parler de ces organisations criminelles dans la région des grands lacs africains. Oui, il ya lieu de parler de ces organisations criminelles au niveau mondial lorsque celles-ci dépassent les frontières du Rwanda et deviennent transnationales mais des organisations qui œuvrent en synchronisation avec le pouvoir central du FPR à Kigali. Pour comprendre, au centre de cette grande criminalité dont les victimes sont souvent les opposants au régime, les membres de l’ethnie Hutu exilé et vivant à l’étranger.

Au niveau européen, les activités de l’organisation sont dirigées depuis la Belgique par des individus chargés de superviser les personnes en fonction dans les différents pays d’Europe occidentale ainsi que d’encaisser des revenus en faveur d’une caisse criminelle désignée sous le nom d’ « IBUKA ». Au Canada et aux États-Unis, c’est la même structure mais avec des noms un peu différents ou rajoutées comme la communauté rwandaise de tel endroit ou de tel autre, etc.

Si vous approcher ces organisations, vous les trouverez avec des noms apparemment qui n’ont rien à voir avec le FPR. Des individus qi se présentent comme des demandeurs d’asile, des étudiants, etc. Il s’agit en fait de la colonne vertébrale du FPR, des ramifications du FPR qui lui sont inféodées, de ses filiales qui vont se présenter comme organisation ou association humanitaire ou à vocation la défense des droits de l´homme, organisation pour la promotion de la femme, organisation des enfants orphelins, des rescapés, des victimes du génocide, et pas n´importe lequel, celui des Tutsis comme l’a voulu récemment le Général dictateur rwandais Paul Kagame.

Comme vous le savez, la planification du génocide le veut ainsi comme un tremplin, le pont que s´est construit le FPR ou plutôt son chef spirituel Paul Kagame, ouvrez les guillemets, le stratège, fermez violemment les guillemets. Le FPR s’est fixé le rôle de jouer un rôle de chef de file à l'échelle nationale et régionale pour soutenir des groupes criminels de tous ordres et, bien souvent, d’entretenir des guerres civiles ou de fomenter des assassinats de chefs d´États, de politiques pour son compte ou pour le compte de ses sponsors.

C´est dans ce cadre qu´est née la Mafia internationale qui s´occupe des financements du Top Nazi rwandais Paul Kagame dans tous les crimes dont il est responsable même si parfois il utilise des groupes terroristes armés, des rébellions ou des soi-disant opposants. Aujourd´hui, vous verrez que ces organisations criminelles portent différents noms, travaillent au niveau international et par là deviennent transnationales. Pour échapper aux sanctions internationales, Paul Kagame en est le chef suprême lui-même couvert par la mafia internationale qui veuille à ce que ses crimes ne soient pas punis, portés devant les juridictions internationales et ou l´impunité prospère au Rwanda quant il s´agit des crimes de toutes sortes commis par les nazis regroupés au sein du FPR, l´ organisation mafieuse à la tête de l´État rwandais.

Pouvons-nous trouver une solution pour faire disparaître ces organisations ? Très difficile à cause des ramifications et des structures jusqu´ici construites pour la protection de ces organisations criminelles. Une autre solution mais pas évidente, c´est d´encourager les membres de ces organisations criminelles et leurs associés à briser leurs liens avec ces groupes et surtout à dénoncer les mafiosos à la tête desquelles se trouve Paul Kagame, lui-même responsable d´avoir massacré plus de 8 millions de Rwandais et de Congolais. Je ne parle pas de Burundais et d´Ougandais.

Membre ou associé : une personne membre ou pas de l´Umuryango FPR impliquée dans les activités d'une organisation criminelle ou associée à celle-ci pour le compte du dictateur Paul Kagame et de son Akazu. Cette organisation comprend les adeptes, les sympathisants du FPR, membres affiliés ou associés du FPR, personnes cupides étrangers qui invitent à tout moment le sanguinaire dictateur rwandais, d’autres qui s’engagent à faire des reportages bidons, à distribuer des doctorats Honoris Causa tout ceci dans le but de blanchir les crimes du général dictateur Paul Kagame.

Au fond, que veut dire `Organisation criminelle` : C´est une association ou un groupe continuellement impliqué dans des activités criminelles à tous les niveaux. Elle Comprend les groupes média ou pas, des individus ou sponsors des actes terroristes, les organisations et les associations qui sont établis dans la collectivité dans un pays donnée.

Signes distinctifs des organisations criminelles du FPR :

Ces organisations et ou associations disposent d´une organisation structurée, difficile à reconnaître comme organisation criminelle. Elles se souvent se réfèrent aux droits de l´homme, mettent à leurs têtes des criminels étrangers en général des femmes. Ces associations vont se réclamer d’organisations étant composées essentiellement de victimes du génocide Rwandais aujourd’hui devenu génocide des Tutsis comme Ibuka, Survie, FIDH.

Elles écrivent des articles pour tromper la vigilance de la loi internationale, disposent de faux ou de documents- bidons, font des activités relatives aux droits de l’homme, etc. Elles établissent des listes d'ennemis du régime du FPR, c'est-à-dire ceux qui sont les potentiels génocidaires, les négationnistes, les divisionnistes et ceux qui finalement ont l’idéologie génocidaire ! Qui sont en fait leurs victimes ? Ce sont les Hutus intellectuels, les Hutus businessmen, étudiants, anciens membres du gouvernement rwandais, les anciens militaires des FAR .

Cette catégorisation touche toutes les couches de la population ou du groupe ethnique Hutu exilé pour une meilleure diabolisation et un discrédit poussé jusqu´au maximum. Derrière cette machination, il ya l’idée que plusieurs auront remarqué la finalité : le jour où les assassinats se seront perpétrés contre ces Hutus, il n´y aura personne pour en parler, pleurer ou exiger une enquête parce que suffisamment pointés du doigt par les soi-disant groupes à vocation humanitaire ou à dessein la défense des droits de l´homme !

Pour les reconnaitre, ces organisations criminelles fuient les débats télévisés avec les organisations ou individus qui s’opposent à ce régime néo-nazi installé à Kigali. Parller de ce genre de débat devient comme s´il s´agit d’une confrontation non souhaitée entre le feu et l´eau. Pour reconnaitre ces organisations du FPR, vous les verrez disposer de leurs champs d´action partout, organiser des réunions avec des slogans qui n´ont rien à voir avec le travail qu´elles font en général pour masquer leurs crimes. Elles disposent de codes de groupes, de photos, du matériel de formation, de vêtements, littérature, publications et toute autre communication interne d'un groupe précis indiquant une participation aux activités humanitaires et ou à dessein la défense des droits de l´homme alors qu´en fait, il s´agit d'une organisation criminelle, ou associations de malfaiteurs, de grande criminalité organisée. Ne fusse que pour vous en citer quelques unes :

DMI, Ibuka, Local Defence forces (LDF), Africa Rights de Rakiya Omaar, Survie dont les membres comprennent les extrémistes tutsis et ou des étrangers dont leurs épouses sont d’origine Tutsie: Carbonare, Verschave, François Rutayisire, Augustin Gatera, Mukagasana Yolanda, José Kagabo (devenu sénateur en guise de récompence pour avoir suffisamment discrédité la France), les membres d’Ibuka éparpillés en Europe, Alain Gautier et son épouse Dafroza Mukarumongi, Jean Paul Gouteux, Jean Pierre Chrétien, Madeleine Mukamabano qui refusent un débat contradictoire sur RFI, Monique Mas, Marie France Cros et Colette Brackmann dont leur rôle est connu dans la propagande du FPR. Aussi vous aurez des propagandistes chevronnés du FPR comme Imma, Gourinovitch, Linda, Monsieur FIDH, Les médias qui ont facilité et aidé dans la réalisation rapide du génocide des Hutus incluant Le Soir, La Libre Belgique, Goliath, Ne touche pas à Caïn.

De ce qui précède, nul n’est besoin de conclure que le FPR est une organisation criminelle à 100%, qui dispose d’un gouvernement utilisé à ses fins criminelles et assure la protection à la mafia de toutes ses organisations criminelles tant nationales qu´internationales ( une espèce de mondialisation de la criminalité). Pour y arriver, le général dictateur rwandais Paul Kagame utilise à son avantage son pouvoir de contrôle de toute la vie socio-économique et culturelle au Rwanda.

Comme il vous a été dit auparavant, toutes ces organisations, est-il besoin de rappeler, forment une collectivité réunissant des criminels, sympathisants ou pas mais cupides d´argent, tous soumis à l’autorité du Führer et dont les subalternes servent d´intermédiaires entre le FPR et l´organisation en question. En fait, il y a une division du travail coruscante pour assurer le lobby du FPR, pour aider les escadrons de la mort disséminés dans le monde, n’importe où et chaque fois que de besoin, chaque membre jouant un rôle précis et s’ajustant aux autres rôles que leur attribue le FPR central de Kigali, le véritable régime de "corruption régulée".

Comme si ce n’était pas suffisant, vous reconnaîtrez ces organisations par une nocivité sociale considérable comme African Rights et Survie, des organisations qui n’ont pas peur de recevoir des millions de dollars pour ce sale besogne, en fait partout ce fait par le biais du blanchiment d’argent issu des croisades de Kagame dont le professionnalisme et l’efficacité n’est plus à démontrer. Ceci dit, ces groupes opèrent tant sur le plan de la propagande, des intimidations, des assassinats (utilisation des poisons y compris), de la représentativité mafieuse au niveau international par le biais de l´infiltration pour la désinformation, utilisant l´argent sale blanchi, les prostituées, etc.

Ces organisations ont la capacité d´échapper aux sanctions pénales nationales et internationales s’il fallait analyser la nature propre et le caractère illicite de leurs activités. Cette échappatoire est normalement due à leur structure interne et aux rapports de collusion noués avec la société mafieuse locale avec lesquelles elles opèrent.

A titre d’exemple, prenez African Rights de Rakiya Omaar et Survie. Comme d’autres organisations criminelles du FPR, Ces organisations sont dorénavant instrumentalisées par le leadership politico-militaire du FPR. Ce qui leur permet de mieux participer aux processus politiques, diplomatiques et militaires régionaux et internationaux. Leur rôle principal : stigmatiser tout Hutu à l’extérieur du Rwanda. C´est en fin de compte la principale activité qui leur est reléguée.

Ensuite vient la systématisation d’une collaboration de fait entre ces organisations et associations criminelles du FPR à tous les échelons et dans presque tous les pays occidentaux et se retrouvent ramifiées aux ordres encore une fois du leadership politico-administratif du FPR qui coordonne tout dans un système caractérisé par une " gestion patrimoniale de réseaux, publics et privés, grâce aux dénominations licites qui leur permer d'entretenir des activités illicites de grande criminalité à l´échelle nationale, régionale et internationale.

Ces organisations du FPR, selon des sources concordantes, ont la capacité d’intervention multi-niveaux qui tiennent à la redondance des crimes entre les protagonistes de ce système mafieux : le recrutement s’effectue sur une base transnationale et les membres du réseau occupent parfois plusieurs positions de pouvoir dans différents segments du système social pour un contrôle rigoureux pour que rien ne puisse échapper au régime nazi rwandais.

Cette base varie aussi en fonction de la position du réseau par rapport au politique, aux ONGs et groupes de pression reconnues en Amérique du nord, au Royaume Uni et en général opérant à l´étranger : un réseau d’acteurs poursuit d’autant plus efficacement la satisfaction des intérêts du Top Nazi rwandais qui dispose d’appuis solides au niveau de la mafia tant diplomatique que politique au niveau internationale surtout dans en Occident.

Vous saurez comment ces organisations opèrent, défendent le régime du FPR chaque fois que celui-ci se retrouve en difficulté au niveau internationale. Lorsque la communauté internationale remet en question la légitimité du régime répressive du FPR dont le gouvernement est composé d´extrémistes Tutsis criminels ayant forgé un style néo nazi, actuellement connu dans le monde entier avec son `style de la répression à la FPR` (une marque déposée du FPR qui différentie les crimes du FPR des autres atrocités jusqu´aujourd´hui connues).

Aujourd’hui, le régime dictatorial rwandais dont la grande criminalité obéit à une " hiérarchie-politique criminelle jamais encore vécue en Afrique et dont les tentacules se retrouvent partout ailleurs dans le monde". Cette criminalité du régime stalinienne installé au Rwanda dont la définition révèle bien la configuration des rapports de force entre d´une part, le pouvoir central du FPR et d’autre part, ces organisations criminelles, elles aussi subdivisées en réseaux.

Aussi faut-il souligner que ces autres organisations incluent des personnalités individuelles corrompus et qui corrompent les médias qui, aujourd’hui, se sont transformés en juges et en tribunaux pour calomnier et dépeindre la communauté hutue exilé dans le monde. Ceci montre bien la nocivité de ce système et la profonde hypocrisie de certains pays de l´Occident surtout du monde anglo-saxon quant au respect des droits de l´homme, à la lutte anti-terroriste (définition vague qui profite au régime sanguinaire) et au respect des libertés individuelles.

Dans ce cadre, les médias corrompus que nous retrouvons ici et là en Europe, et en Amérique du nord dans ce genre de mise en scène ne nous contrediront pas. Pour y arriver, des multinationales chargées de piller les ressources naturelles de la région des Grands Lacs Africains achètent ces médias en guise de récompense aux crimes odieux qu´elles arrangent avec le FPR tant au niveau national qu´international. Aussi dans cette même ordre d’idées, vous aurez des soutiens financiers, diplomatiques et politiques qui font tout ce qui est possible pour bien paraître comme organisations reconnues.

Dans le même temps, nous avons vu que ces organisations cachent leur objectif premier à savoir `assurer le bien-être des criminels du FPR` en discréditant TOUT HUTU QUI REFUSE DE COLLABORER, TOUT HUTU QUI DÉNONCE LE REGIME ET LE SYSTEME NAZI INSTALLE AU RWANDA SOUS L´ÉGIDE DU FPR ET DE SON PRÉSIDENT DICTATEUR Paul Kagame.

Ces organisations sont chargées de diaboliser tous ceux qui découvrent et par après dénoncent leur système mafieux, discréditent les différents chercheurs de renommée internationale ayant démasqué le système mafieux criminel chargé de faire accepter par tous les moyens le scénario de Paul Kagamé sur la tragédie rwandaise, alors qu´il en est le mastermind et le vrai planificateur de tous les massacres inégalables qu’a connu le peuple rwandais et congolais.
