Does The Holy See know what really happened to the Rwandan Catholic Church?

Does the Holy See closely work with RPF criminals and Terrorists? If not, why then The Holy See keep silence about the RPF criminals impunity?
Many of the Rwandan survivors particularly most of the Holy Catholic Church believers, Catholic clerical organizations and Catholic seminary students await an impartial justice. The entire world know that the RPF investigations were buckled to whitewash RPF crimes authors and the result should not impress.
